The pool was out of service, the elevator was down for part of the stay and we were on the 4th floor, then no one was present to check us out. So i had to leave the keys and a sticky note. VERY VERY DISAPPOINTING!!! Wont stay here again!

We have 4 children and typically rent an entire house but found this place and decided to book b/c we could bring our large breed dog and have the kids swim. The maintenance and the hotel was not well kept. For being a newer building, it looked very worn and many things were broke - including the pool. We will not rebook here again.

The room was in a prime location. The staff was friendly and courteous, with a quick easy check in process. My only complaint could be the room could have been cleaned a little better. But overall great price, location with Trader Joe’s adjacent to the room. Plenty of restaurants and shopping within walking distance or very short drive. In door pool was a plus, with plenty of space for a family of 4-5 traveling.

The back door entrance lock was broke and the staff just put a sign “close the door behind you.” We came back several evenings to it just being wide open. Walls are thin; we could hear the lobby, anyone in the hall, and the people above us. Breakfast sandwich made me sick.

So many things!! First the back door is STILL being propped open even over night ( yes I checked) the first floor is under construction and because of the weather we had to walk through this construction zone anytime we went down stairs. The stairway door was also not secure and broken! The room was fine and the night staff was very friendly. The breakfast food was NOT good not fresh and at 930 AM the housekeeper came into the room using a key while we were in there!! Worst experience I’ve ever had at a hotel!

Would be a 5 star except for a few things: One elevator did not work entire visit. The other elevator worked perfectly, just long waits at times. Pool was out of service due to maintenence entire trip (one reason for picking this hotel was the indoor pool.) Staff was excellent. Cleanliness was excellent. Breakfast was great.

The room is very clean and spacious. Check in was quick and easy. The swimming pool was closed for maintenance and some of the equipment in the gym are not working. Bathroom door doesn’t close all the way down.

Thin walls. Hear everything. Dogs barking all night in rooms nearby. Drunk people in halls. Horrible water pressure. Toilet wouldn’t flush right. Bathrooms seemed dated and had a heavy sliding door for the bathroom. Cumbersome. Parking and access very tight.

My suite was well-appointed and very clean. There's a dishwasher so I was able to keep the dishes and silverware clean. The front desk staff was friendly and always greeted me when I passed through the lobby. I'll stay there again.

There's not much i liked therefore it's a N/A. The room was dirty. The commode was filthy, shower was dirty, floor tile and doors had dirt and marks all over. My wife and I cleaned and wiped down floors door,walls and toilet. Reported all to staff who did change the bedding because it appeared to not have been changed. When offered another room we declined as we did not want to clean another room. Had I not had to pay in advance as Expedia required and not being refundable we would never had stayed. I'll never book a room with Expedia again nor will I ever stay in a Hilton property.

The bathroom had hair all over it, the tub was not clean and strands of hair all over it. We needed the pull out bed obviously since we had 3 adults, we put the packaged sheets and blanket on it and there were tiny worms all over the blanket crawling around. Breakfast was decent but milk was out of date and spoiled. The hair dryer went between hot and cold air and at one point burnt my hair. Will not return there, which is a shame because we plan to visit our daughter at UK.

Room was not the cleanest, no shower gel, tub had pubic hair in multiple spots, lights did not work, no clock, I’ve stayed here many times but I’m not sure I’ll come back there’s plenty more hotels at a cheaper price and if I pay more we should expect better service (right???)

The room we got was not clean when we first arrived. It was only a few minor things at first like dirt smudges in the shower and bathroom floor, toilet paper in the toilet, no shampoo, stains covering the couch, stains covering the office chair. The last straw was when we pulled the bed sheets back and there were crumbs. We called the front desk and they were going to send a manager up so we waited and nobody came. We had to go down to the front desk to get our own bedding and replace the sheets ourselves. We talked to the manager in the morning and he said he would adjust our rate but nothing was ever done. We had reservations for our return trip and he assured us he would inspect our room personally before we arrived. To their credit, we had a different room on our return trip and, except for the stained couch and office chair, everything was much cleaner. In the morning I asked a different manager about the rate adjustment and she looked into it and said that because we booked thru Expedia they couldn’t do anything to adjust the price. She did offer for us to take anything we liked from the “market” but that seemed strange so we just went on our way. Overall it was a nice hotel and a nice area and the free breakfast was good so I think the dirty room was an exception, but a little better service to make things right would have been appreciated.

This hotel is located close to many eating, shopping and attraction options. The staff is nice, the lobby area is great and the kids really enjoyed the indoor pool. The bed was a little firm for my taste, hit everyone will have their own preferences for that. My issues with the room were in the bathroom were there was mold or mildew in the tub and the hand rails on the shower seemed to be coming off the wall. I also thought it was very pricy.

For the price, this hotel is a no. It was so noisy, at midnight you could still hear screaming kids like they were in your room. The hallways and outside of the hotel are very poorly kept, the exit sign was hanging down on the floor, the carpet is dirty, the hallways have marks all over them. But, my room was clean, the bed was comfortable. The tv didn’t work and the air conditioner was lacking. For what I paid, I wouldn’t stay nor recommend. If you get this hotel for under $100, it’s worth the price. The check in staff was lovely.

The room and bathroom was very nice, however this hotel is EXTREMELY loud. The people next door left their TV on all night and kept us up all night. We could hear every ding of the elevator and every piece of ice falling out of the machine.

Unfortunately a guest in the next room talked nonstop late at night and prevented me from sleeping. She must have been on the phone The next night it happened again so I called the front desk. Perhaps they asked her to move somewhere else in the suite because her conversation was less loud, but comtinued. Walls must be not sound proof Frustrating to say the least

Book this location accidentally...I usually stay on the East side of Lexington but enjoyed my stay. The King Suite was clean, had acomfy bed with plenty of fabulous, down filled pillows. Large bathroom with walk in shower with hand pump soaps and lotions on the wall (my favorite). Plenty of fluffy towels. Room came with large frig, microwave, sink, D/W and real dishes. There was a pull out couch and even a privacy curtain to separate from the bed. I bring my dog and there was a ton of parking lots all around the property (and some grass) so lots of space for walking...not full of restaurants but businesses ...so empty in the evening/morning. Trader Joe's however is within a walking distance. Comp breakfast was good with sausage/cheese bisquits and all the other quick grabs plus cereal/bagels/muffins/coffee and juice! You will need your key to ride the elevator so security is great!

Hard to find. Drunks in the back parking lot (not the hotel’s fault). But, Front desk agent was unable to check me in because they didn't understand how to operate the system . I had to wait for the manager to arrive….. from his home address!! In order to resolve my room and reservation. 3 other guests were also waiting. Im tired after driving for 10 hrs. I just want to sleep…. To have to wait bec of someone else’s lack of training was maddening.

Could not make room keys, app would not work to for digital room keys so staff had to walk people to their rooms every time you needed in and elevator does not work without a room key. House keeping opened our door at 9 am when check out was at 12 pm. Front desk worker when we checked in was doing her best but she had multiple people checking in at the same time and then had to take everyone to their rooms.

I had a terrible experience at this property. The hotel staff was not helpful with my check-in I had to call Expedia for help to resolve the issue which they did quickly. When I did check in, the hotel gave me a key card to a room that was already taken. I opened the door to someone else's room! The day of my checkout, someone opened the door to my hotel room while I was still in bed and I yelled at them to get out. I called the front desk and they said it was housekeeping. I don't know why housekeeping was coming into my room at 9am on the morning of my checkout. I might not have been so scared if they had not given me a key card to someone else's room the day before. These practices are not acceptable. Overall, a terrible experience. I will not go back.

This property was so unpleasant to stay at. The younger lady working the desk at night had such an awful attitude. I expressed that our room had not been cleaned in 4 days. The sign in the bathroom says cleaning staff come every other day which was not true. I asked for towels and she was so rude and sighed so loud when she went to grab them. I found out there was a basketball team of young boys on our floor and they were up running up and down the hallways and yelling loudly until 2-3am. I brought this to the attention of the staff but the younger people working did not care. No empathy or sympathy from them. Luckily there was an older lady working my last day and I expressed my frustrations with my week long stay and she was very kind. Other than that, I will never stay here again. I frequent to Lexington often and now I need to find a new place to stay because I will never come back.

We were assigned three rooms. The first smelled of cigarettes masked with freshener spray. The second room had not been cleaned prior to being assigned to us. The third was clean but every sound from the room above (including bathroom trips) was heard. No one was available to man the front desk when we arrived. While we waited for someone to drive in, we had the pleasure of watching people in the lobby steal from the in hotel market. I felt sorry for the one employee that was trying to hold down the fort on Christmas eve after a coworker called off, but when you pair everything together, the trip was not getting off to a great start. But wait! Our car was broken into in the parking lot that night and when we reported it to the police, we were informed that it was very common in that part of Lexington due to the large homeless population. 16 hours. That was how long we stayed before packing up and going home. Without cameras and better lighting at the property, I would not recommend the hotel to other visitors. I do want to thank the front desk staff for helping us cover our busted window. If I had not prepaid on Expedia, I am not sure we would have stayed after the 3 room debacle,but the staff worked with Expedia to get us out of there and headed home as soon as possible.

Impromptu trip due to a family member in the hospital. The night shift staff woman working had the best customer service of anyone I’ve encountered. The room itself was wonderful and I wish I’d have had more time to stay for pleasure. The breakfast was also better than most with many warm selections and things you could heat and take with you.

Was very unimpressed with the breakfast they served. I could go to a gas station and get the same quality of food. Originally I booked a king but the room door lock was broken and had to move to a queen bed room that was smaller in every way. Not going to book here again.

Had no problem with the check in or the room, but Saturday the person in charge of the breakfast apparently didn’t show up so no breakfast. Then Sunday as I was getting some cereal I noticed the milk was 7 days past its best by date!! Other than that had a good stay.

I was over charged for my room. I know I booked it at $187 and when I was charged it was $279!! The lobby was loud and leaking water, there was no drinks cause the juice machine was broke, the coffee was like water, the bathroom door was too heavy to move in my room. Very disappointing. The staff was frustrated cause they had been working for more than 12 hours. Won’t recommend this hotel.

We booked a king room and when we got to our room it was next to the elevator and had a large piece of maintenance equipment in the room. Nick, the front desk clerk came and removed the unknown piece of equipment and offered to switch our room, however, there were no other king rooms available that night. The next day we switched to a double queen room which happened to be much larger and nicer than the king room. Both rooms were clean and beds were comfortable. Last night of our four night stay a group of young adults were in the room across the hall from us smoking pot and carrying on. Pot smoke drifted into our room and I reported it to the front desk. Breakfast had several options but everything had a very odd taste and there wasn’t any fruit options any morning, which would have been nice. Second morning when we came back to our room, house keeping had been in only to put fresh towels in the room but never made up the beds which we found dry odd. Overall it was an average stay and probably would not stay there again.

Have stayed here multiple times previously. This visit no breakfast service first day (no staff). Modified housekeeping procedures to only every third day (limited staff). Given no notification of changes prior or at check in. Will stay again because clean and convenient, but they could do better A
