En fantastisk upplevelse. Rena fina rum, varm och hjälpsam personal. Frukosten var mycket bra och hade många alternativ som färsk frukt och hembakade kakor med gott kaffe. Vi tog erbjudandet om en heldags båtutflykt som anordnades av hotellet. Vi fick se Monte Argentarios vackra klippor och grottor från havet, fick snorkla i turkosblått vatten, samt mycket bad. Vi var väldigt nöjda efteråt!

Very nice hotel, we paid a bit extra and stayed on the 4th floor, a lovely view of the ocean over the tops of nearby buildings, and a very very clean hotel, Michelle and Ashley were the most friendly and helpful registration / front desk attendants I've met, we rented and rode around on the electric bikes, right there next to the front lobby, SO Convenient !!! Will stay here again next time we visit ! Thank you ! John and Diane

Very nice hotel, we paid a bit extra and stayed on the 4th floor, a lovely view of the ocean over the tops of nearby buildings, and a very very clean hotel, Michelle and Ashley were the most friendly and helpful registration / front desk attendants I've met, we rented and rode around on the electric bikes, right there next to the front lobby, SO Convenient !!! Personale, colazione e noleggio bike eccezionali. Manca di parcheggio, i bagni sono completamente da ristrutturare, le camere sono nuove ma non insonorizzate, la zona è trafficata e discretamente rumorosa. Con poco si può fare nettamente meglio.

Cet Hôtel ne devrait pas avoir 3 étoiles. s’il s’agit plus d’un centre de location et de réparation de vélos. Je ne comprends pas pourquoi il est visible sur les plateformes de réservations en ligne. Il n’est pas possible de se garer à moins de 2km de l’hôtel. Le personnel est constitue de jeunes stagiaires d’environ 20 ans. La Direction se fout éperdument de nos remarques pourtant formulées de façon aimable. La climatisation fait un bruit épouvantable et n’est pas entretenu, c’est un nid à microbes. Les murs sont sales et les fenêtres donnent pour la plupart des chambres sur un mur ou des canalisations. A fuir !!!!!

It was nice and clean place on panoramic street. WE stayed three days. Staff is very friendly and accommodating and helped us number of times with great tips and suggestions. Room are quite small and shower area specially but then that reflects in very reasonable and affordable price for the location. WE enjoyed out stay and had little balcony to enjoy as well as large patio on top of bulding.

Wonderful room with a balcony to relax and enjoy on. The staff is amazing and accomodating. The breakfast each day was fabulous!! You can order eggs and cappuccino. The desserts were made special each day with plenty of deliciousness. There is parking close by with a little walk. We would love to stay here again ❤️

My room was beautiful and comfortable, with a lovely view of the town from the hotel. The girl at the front desk was super polite and helpful. The location is very walkable, with easy access to the bay and nearby restaurants. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it!

Wonderful room with a balcony to relax and enjoy on. The staff is amazing and accomodating. The breakfast each day was fabulous!! You can order eggs and cappuccino. The desserts were made special each day with plenty of deliciousness. There is parking close by with a little walk. We would love to stay here again ❤️

Balcony was nice but tired looking the whole building looked looke a student bunkhouse a little bit rooms were clean but very small -pokey… not sure it was worth the huge bill I was expecting a little more luxury for that price but the walk down to town was only 10 mins not as bad as some ! We didn’t use the bikes or boat trip so I’m sore that was handy for some!

Overall, a nice hotel. There’s a grocery store conveniently located just across the street. The staff were friendly, although their English was somewhat limited. Parking is a bit tight, but manageable. There are also several nice restaurants nearby. Nice holiday place - not crowded.

I visited with my wife and teenage daughter. We had an amazing time! Ashley was very helpful in arranging a day on the water. We had relaxing evening strolls down to the beachfront for dinner each night. Be prepared for a hike up/down the hillside to get from the beachfront to the hotel. I also recommend you arrange for a transfer to the B&B if arriving by train in Orbetello. The hike is much harder with luggage (lots of stairs)
