The lobby may be at the basement but it was cozy. I like that there were some free food and beverages and we could also bring in food and eat it there. There were also activities for the kids and adults alike.

The reception was nice and attentive even with language barrier, we communicated well with google translate. Laundromat was free and booked swiftly at the reception for the next day and you had at least 5h to finish doing your laundry. Room was small but bathroom was bigger which compensated the cramped room. New towels and toilet paper everyday before 5pm. Location was great and very close to Ximending and Fmailymart + 7/11.

I somehow booked a Room without a Window which I didn't even believe existed I asked to get a room with a window. The manager had rooms but the cost for those rooms was exorbitant.
