The light went out on Thursday night until early Friday morning. There was no generator and I sleep with medical equipment. There were not notices, apologies, no one to answer the phone or response to inquiries the next day. Friday evening I asked the young man working the desk did they have a card, he said no. I asked for a 800 number he did not know. I asked about the black out nothing. I asked for sheets he gave me sheets that felt like sand paper. The room was clean except behind the toilet, there was urine stains and hair. The water smelled like sewage the first night, but was better the next day. Overall o would rate the stay a 3. The staff was nice , but I’m still wondering about the blackout that was not addressed.

Everything was clean and the staff was very nice. The pool was clean and available for use. The breakfast wasn’t the best because they didn’t have like the pancakes or waffles that I’m used to but everything was very clean. They were helpful. They gave us extra towels and answered any questions we had. If I’m ever back in the area I would definitely stay there again.

This was disappointing being we always try to choose Holiday Inn for our travel stays. This property definitely needs work and new management. The shower handle on our bathroom shower door was broken, the breakfast was horrible and stale and my husband and I both felt sick after eating the biscuit and sausage. When looking for hotel lobbyist she was lounging on the guest sofa and chatting with a friend and did not get up to help us find our way to the outside patio just continued to lounge. She was rude and very unprofessional. When we did go out to the patio to sit and get fresh air the patio area was dirty with cigarette buts on ground, what looked like a marijuana cigarette but and cans. The chairs were worn with no cushion and very uncomfortable to sit in. I used a side door to go out to my vehicle and the door handle broke on the inside when I pushed it and fell to the ground. It wasn't far from the front desk and made a loud sound and no one came to assist. The handle the next morning was set in the corner by the door, this could be a beautiful property if managed right. We plan to frequent the area but will choose another hotel for our next stay.

Property is clean for the most part, just a few things that could be better. We found a dead bug inside the room & in the bathroom. As I tried to call the front desk for more towels I learned the phone in the room barely works and was only useful when placed on speaker and held a certain way. After I called for more towels and trash bags hours passed by I left the property and spent time with family got back late that night and still no towels. No one was at the front desk when we got back so that I could ask so I had to go to my room call the front desk to ask if there is anyone at the desk only to come back down to grab what I needed because they couldn’t hear me over the phone. This is supposedly a newly build location, now although I didn’t get my towels for hours when 11 hit for check out someone was at my door tryna clean ready for me to leave.. Like I said the place is nice but the service and hospitality could definitely be better..

It was very disappointing that I could not get any cell signal in either of the two rooms they put me in. I had to go outside in order to text or make a call. I have T-Mobile and it works everywhere but in the hotel building. Such a bummer!
