Super 8 by Wyndham Beaumont I-10 College St

The building needs to be renovated or better yet, just tear it down!! Holes in the walls, rust in bathroom, rust on doors, and it smells terrible; hotel has no elevator or ramp for access to upstairs. I can't believe Wyndham associates their name with this hotel Super 8 in Beaumont TX, hwy I-10.

I was not pleased with my stay and wouldn't stay again. The room was not clean, the towels were stained, and the fire alarm was not even attached to the wall. The "breakfast" options were visibly old waffle mix, stale bread for toast, or cereal that looked questionable, but no milk for said cereal. The orange juice tasted like water with a hint of artificial orange flavor. The lady at check-out seemed annoyed that she had to get off the couch and get my cash deposit. She didn't even bother to get off her cell phone while she was getting it. Overall, there are better places to stay in the area for the same or better price.

ALITTLE RUNDOWN BUT WAS AN OK STAY. DIDN'T BOTHER WITH THE BREAKFAST (LITTLE OR NON EXISTENCE) NOR THE POOL (BESIDES WEATHER BEING ALITTLE COOL THE POOL WAS GREEN...YIKES)

The breakfast was almost non-existent. And every key they made worked one time and no more.

Absolutely terrible experience. I stayed here for 11 days and not once were the towels or bed sheets changed. When I raised this issue, the receptionist handed me a sheet and expected me to change it myself—completely unacceptable and not what anyone should experience at a hotel. The cleanliness was beyond unacceptable. I found a cockroach in the bathroom, and the bathroom ran out of toilet paper during the first two days with no effort from staff to restock or check on the room. Housekeeping was essentially nonexistent. This is not just poor service—it’s a serious failure in basic hygiene and hospitality standards. I paid for a hotel stay, not to clean and maintain the room myself. I expect a partial refund for this unacceptable experience. I will also be escalating this complaint further if it is not addressed promptly. I strongly advise others to avoid this hotel.
