Bien aimé notre séjour. Le seul point négatif, cest qu'à la piscine, il y a peu de chaises pour s'asseoir et déposer nos choses. Ma mère a des enjeux de santé et lorsqu'elle est sortie de la piscine, les chaises (seulement 4 en tout) étaient toutes occupées et elle n'a pas pu s'asseoir.

bathroom floor was not clean, and support/box spring on one side of a box spring or mattress support was broken. Hotel was also selected for use of it's pool, and the pool was in a "period of maintenance".

Pool was closed, nothing on their website. Hallway walls looked like they were flooded so they made an attempt to slap some boards over them. Toilet was pushed so far back and under a counter, if you were sitting, you HAD to lean way forward. I will say tho, the Thai restaurant was money!!!!

Je ne conseillerais pas cet hotel: su 8 ième étage les tapis ( du couloir et de chambre ) étaient écoeurants, déjà qu’on ne vois plus de tapis dans les hôtels maintenant, un seau dans le couloir recevait un tuyau sortant d’un mur, les murs ne sont pas propres, ceux de l’ascenseur aussi, ça sentait mauvais dans le couloir . Nous sentions les ressorts du matelas. Ce n’est pss une belle expérience!

The service and staff were great and spoke English which was convenient traveling from the US. The hotel is under construction so the amenities and directions inside are unclear. The website said there was a pool, but no directions inside on how to get there so we assumed it was unavailable due to construction. The room was nice, but the bathroom was pretty unclean and I actually didn't want to use the shower due to dirty footprints and hair on the tile. We had to also notify the desk upon check out that the window pull/chain was broken when we checked in (the screw was out of the wall and it was hard to us) and the alarm clock AC plug was melted from someone using it so we only used the wall outlet. Neither of these impacted our stay, but it was a little weird to be staying in a newly renovated room with these issues. It probably was the worst cleaned room I've seen in a while (dust, dirt, hair) besides the bed being quite tidy and nice. It was fine for a couple days if you're in a pinch and want a local stay, but you may need to ask for items/help or do a little touch up cleaning yourself.

Beds were comfortable. The room was clean upon arrival. The reception desk staff were friendly. The restaurant on-site is very good. On the third day, the cleaning staff refreshed the bathroom but didn't make the beds. We stayed in a room right beside the cleaning storage room. It was quite noisy in the mornings, but we were already awake, so it didn't really bother us. We could hear people outside our room clearly. I'm not sure how soundproof the rooms are.

Great location to attend our daughter’s graduation ceremony from basic training. The bathrooms are small so if you need a lot of counter space for your things this is a problem . Beds and pillows are great , slept well . Dinner at the restaurant on our arrival was excellent .

The room was clean. The bed was comfortable. The staff was extremely nice. Free parking was great. Room had a mini fridge. However, the bathroom was a bit outdated, and the room had an old, but clean carpet. Too bad they haven’t updated to the laminate floors. In all, I would stay there again.

Check-in is very slow. There was only 2 guests in front of me and I wait for 30 minutes. My check-in took more than 10 minutes. I'm not sure why! The concierge found the reservation from Expedia right away and still was very slow to get the keys. Try to arrive early if you have an appointment.

I really liked this hotel. The price was right, the room was very clean, no funky smells, etc. It looked like it was recently renovated. The front desk attendant was very nice and helpful. The outside needs some sprucing up.... but hey, its the inside that counts, right? lol. I would definitely stay there again.

Check in took 1.5 hours, cleaning guy was at the front desk for after 11 checkin, he had no idea how to use a computer. Normal desk guy was asleep in one of the rooms, or so i could figure out. They finally found him and i checked in, after telling him i was not impressed he basically said too bad. I would never stay at this hotel again.

When we arrived there, they informed us that they had no available room, even though we had made reservations. However, the staff member tried to find a solution for us, but with certain conditions. Eventually, they changed my room three times in five days due to overbooking. Unfortunately, the last room they provided was located next to a mechanical room with lots noise, the last night I did not even go there, I went to my friends house
