Tico Tico Villas - Adult Only

Cute cabaña with kitchen. We didn't cook, but used the frig. Beds very comfortable, AC worked well (and was needed). Host was fun and gave good information. We were a little worried about it being right next to the road to Manuel Antonio, but very little sound came inside. "Resident" iguana and frequent squirrel monkey visits. Recommend.

Great stay! We stayed for 4 nights and it was a great stay. We were welcomed by a family of monkeys when we first got there. Super cool ! Renata was very welcoming and helpful. The room was great with a little kitchenette which we used every morning for coffee and breakfast - perfect location to go to Manuel Antonio or Quepos, as it is right in between. Another plus was the place next door also has live music on Friday nights so easy walk for lively entertainment. Pool was a perfect way to end a busy day of exploring the towns around us. Very refreshing - plus some great wild life around the property. Highly recommend!

I did love everything about this place it is amazing. I will definitely come back.

Well kept property, nice pool area and friendly staff.The best was seen the monkeys on the ropes and jumping from three to tree in the pool area. Friendly staff. A bit out of town, closer to Quepos, you need a car or Taxi/Uber.
