Noisy, thin walls, old, poorly lit.

I rarely write negative reviews, but our experience at this hotel was deeply disappointing. We booked two business rooms for six days each. Unfortunately, the stay was marked by a series of serious issues. Three of our guests suffered food poisoning after eating at the hotel. Two blazers were damaged by the hotel’s laundry service. Upon arrival, despite checking in after 3 pm and being visibly exhausted from travel, our rooms were not ready. The most alarming incident occurred when we were given a room key 813 and, upon opening the door, found another guest already inside. This was an extremely embarrassing and unacceptable mistake that raises serious concerns about guest safety and privacy. When we raised these issues with staff, the response was dismissive and rude. The situation escalated into a very uncomfortable scene in which all our guests were asked to leave the hotel in an unprofessional manner. Overall, this was a very poor experience, especially for what is presented as a business-standard hotel. We expected professionalism, safety, and basic hospitality. Unfortunately, we received none of those.

I finally found my place to stay when I fly to São Paulo. I have stayed in many places, but none compare to this charming, elegant, with a great location and an amazing service. I went on a family trip and it was amazing.
