We loved the room. We loved how convenient everything was in town. My daughter wished the pool was a little warmer or a hot tub available. Other than that we loved it.

Well maintained hotel, with a decent gym and working inside pool. The onsite restaurant is a great asset, as it makes access to a quick bite very easy. I will surely stay again during my next business trip.

They accommodated a request for top level floor room upon arrival. Room was clean and had everything we needed, microwave/refrig. Balcony view of the lake was great. Pretty quiet although being top floor had noise from chairs dragging on roof top patio. Pool was great, being indoors it provided relief from sun. Local to all activities. Employees were nice.

Just amazing in every way! This may be one of the best chain hotel I've ever stayed at. Get a room with a balcony for an unrivaled view of Lake George. The coffee shop on the bottom floor is not just an afterthought, it has incredible coffee and lattes. The restaurant also has great breakfast and meals. A special shout out to Lionel, who I believe is probably the building maintenance guy. I had an issue with my car and needed some tools. Lionel brought me out everything I needed and stood by me to make sure everything was okay. You could literally park your car in the garage at this hotel and never use it again that's how close you are to everything you need in Lake George. Definitely will stay here again!

Off street parking garage was convenient and the coffee shop has delicious coffee. The restaurant I believe named Charlies was quite delicious also. My only complaints are the furniture was not comfortable and the bed was hard as a rock.

The bedding was not changed after the previous guest. We had to wait over an hour for clean bedding and had to make the bed myself. The manager said they were sold out so he could not switch rooms, and there were only 3 staff working in the hotel. Completely unacceptable to not have clean bedding ready and I question the cleanliness of the whole room if they didn’t change the bedding between guests. Huge oversight.

I don’t ever leave poor reviews on hotels, I’m very easy going. that being said - cleanliness is important. There was hair in the sheets (not ours), poop stains in the toilet, hair on towels and they didn’t even put the garbage bags in the garbage. Locations great, roof top great, staff was nice. But you guys can’t be skimping on cleanliness. So ick.

The room was fine for a 3 star hotel. The view of the lake was great from our 6th floor room. I was disappointed that our room was not made up after a long day. We had to request it. Other than that the hotel is clean the deco was very nice and tasteful the restaurant was very good and the staff were very helpful.

Booked a standard room type. Ended up being put in an ADA room even though that was a separate room type bookable on the website. When asked to move from the ADA room to a normal one, I was told it was “the last available room” that night. Bathroom had 2 shampoos and conditioner instead of shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. Attention to detail was missing, but it is a Courtyard after all.

The hotel was beautiful and the staff were friendly. The room and balcony were beautiful but the bed was very uncomfortable to sleep in. There was some sort of club across the street which we could hear the music from all night as well as the traffic noise from the street. So sleeping was a bit of a challenge.

We stayed on the 6th floor in a room with two large beds. We had a perfect view of the lake and a small outdoor balcony area with seating for 2-3. The room was spacious and clean. The only issues were the room didn’t have any bottled water in order to make coffee and our shower / tub was a little backed up / clogged but a maintenance staff came up and quickly fixed it as soon as we called the front desk. Because there is a restaurant on the property it would be nice to include a menu in the room to encourage guests to stop in for some food. There is free on site parking and entertainment options within walking distance.

We booked a suite with lake view. The room itself was great! Amazing bedding, very clean, and the staff was extremely responsive when we asked for another towel. However we were only at the 2nd floor, so the lake view was actually a view on the electric cables in front of the hotel. A little bit disappointing when we specifically came for the view of this hotel room. I believe the hotel wasn't packed so we would have appreciated having a high roof instead. But overall everything else was great.

Confronted the manager Santa at the hotel and asked why my rooms which were assigned side by side were changed to across the hall from each other. She responded that She would cancel my reservations. Stranded in a strange place with no room on a Fourth of July weekend is how the Marriott hires managers to deal with problems. Don’t put yourself in this situation , just stay away from this hotel

The hotel was decent. The best thing about it is that it’s located right on the strip of where everything is. That made it bearable. The hotel seemed run by young and not very competent people. Check in was at four, our room wasn’t ready till 5. The next morning, cleaning services came @ 9:30 in the morning. We asked to guy to do the other room 1st and come back to ours. He never did. When we went to the front desk around 2 to ask for our room to be cleaned the man at the desk told me he couldn’t tell me when that was going to happen. It was hotel policy. We paid well over 300 a night and I had to go find the cleaning women and tip her money so she would clean the room. I thought that was very unprofessional and got upset. The guy at the desk was completely unhelpful. We asked him..will it be till 9? And he was like oh I don’t know we have to get the rooms ready for the incoming guests. So I guess the people there don’t matter..finally the room was cleaned around 3. The restaurant was pretty good. I don’t know if I’ll ever stay there again to be honest. That experience but a fowl taste in my mouth and trust me I typically don’t write reviews or complain, as a matter a fact I’m pretty easy going. For what they are charging I think you can find something better.

The hotel was fine and is centrally located. The staff was pleasant - However, I did find it discouraging that there no coffee for guests. Of course, there was coffee available, but we had to pay for it. Also, we left some shorts, keys and a T-shirt in the room. we called as soon as we got home, and it seemed to be a major problem to get housekeeping to go look for our items. We had to file a claim online with a 3rd party and pay a ridiculous amount to have them send us our items. It also took two days to get a response from them . I was concerned because it said of my house keys were left in the pocket of my shorts.

This is our 3rd visit to Courtyard Marriot and we absolutely love it. The staff is very welcoming and friendly. Alyssa made our late night check in easy and quick. Jeremy and Spencer were very helpful and pleasant during our stay and the young lady that checked us out was wonderful but unfortunately didn't get her name. Always a pleasure.

This is a good place to stay I gave it three stars because of the restaurant on premises. The food is terrible. Probably if you order a burger and fries and drinks might be ok. But the menu is so appealing until the food is served. The risotto I’m as sorry to say, looked like a fake Halloween food, I really don’t want to use the world that comes to mind. Terrible. The rice with seafood had a disgusting brown sauce, the salmon was un-eatable over cooked with a gooey sauce that looked like fave vo….. I am willing to pay for good food but I am never, ever eating anything here when we come back. Someone needs to do something about the chef- cook it really really was that bad. The hotel is good otherwise. Great parking, spotless clean great service.
