Clean. Great pool area.

The stay has been a disappointment. I’m an Hilton honor member and they couldn’t accommodate a simple room change request to change the floor to one where another friend’s family was staying. Their very small pool was terrible smelling. My kids left the pool in 5 minutes because they were ready to puke. The breakfast wasn’t appealing for 25 dollars a person. On their website it say that you can add that ahead of the time for$15 pp but they didn’t honor that as well . And we didn’t wanna pay 100 dollars for lousy breakfast when there were great options nearby

Communication regarding non-working amenities. The hot tub jets were broken for our entire stay. The curtains in the room were torn.

I liked that they had the pool on the second floor. The water in the shower turned cold sometimes and was shocking but other than that everything else was perfect.

Fabulous rooms, staff, and location! Easy access to everything in Burbank and the LA area. The room service is terrific! The pool and spa are spacious and lovely. Nice restaurant and dining space. Highly recommended!

The pool was great for the kids. Parking was below the building, underground. Fresh fruit with breakfast was a bonus.

Front desk employee was so friendly and super nice. Pool area was very clean, well lit and comfortable with plenty of towels and a welcoming fire.

The room was very clean and comfortable. However, the bathroom sink faucets were extremely hard to turn on, and the water sprayed onto the counter. Also, the cleaning service forgot to leave toilet paper and wash clothes. We did get them from the front desk. Overall, it wea a nice stay. I would come back.

Great location in a very nice, clean area of Burbank. Large and very clean room. Service at check-in/out was very friendly and professional. Food at restaurant was good. I would stay there again.

The room was very clean, beds were comfortable and the staff was so friendly and helpful! The sink faucets spray water all over the counter and the handles are very hard to turn on. Also, the bathroom door squeaks when it closes. We did enjoy our stay, and we look forward to coming back.

We arrived an hour after the check in time. Check in staff initially struggled to find our reservation, then informed us that one of our two rooms was not ready. After waiting a while, they found our reservation and an available room on a different floor. When we arrived to our rooms, they both smelled very strange and certainly not fresh or pleasant. Below is a picture of a dirty pair of bathing suit bottoms and a brown stained washcloth that was discovered in the hair dryer cubby hole. Up to this point, I was just very unhappy about spending $335 per room for one night! After this dirty discovery, I was absolutely disgusted. I really expected a better experience after spending 1/4 of my monthly mortgage on a one night stay at the Hilton. Needless to say, I will never stay at a Hilton again. Two final comments/suggestions… more astute greeters/desk personnel may be a good idea. Requiring these staff members ask how someone’s stay was when they check out should be part of the script for every guest. It may also be a good idea to not have additional fees for parking and the very plain hotel breakfast when guests are paying $335 per night!

Both my wife and I had bedbug bites and the bedding had a stench of a homeless person. Swimming poor didn’t provide any towers. I’ve been a Diamond Member of Hilton Honors for 7yrs and never stayed at any Hilton Property with such a terrible experience! Won’t be recommending any of my family or friends to stay at Hilton Gardens Inn Burbank.

The rooms are decent but mine was kinda dusty so I had to do an extra wipe down. (More than i normally do) dry paint on the floor of the room. But the surrounding area is nice and the staff is friendly.

Our check-in experience was disappointing. The receptionist initially gave us a room that was still occupied. When we returned to the front desk to get a new room, the original staff member was gone, and the person who assisted us showed no concern or offered any apology for the mistake. This lack of professionalism and customer service left a bad impression. I hope management improves staff training to ensure a smoother and more courteous check-in process. And the room they gave is so Dusty!

Positives: The check-in staff were friendly and accommodated our request for a top-floor room away from the elevator. The indoor parking, conveniently located near the elevator, streamlined our check-in process, and the room was notably clean. Negatives: Unfortunately, the rooms lack sufficient sound insulation, creating challenges for those seeking a peaceful environment, as noise from nearby rooms is easily audible. The constant and noisy bathroom ventilation, along with the shaking of the floor and furniture from nearby footsteps, were additional drawbacks. Furthermore, a late-night staff call regarding noise disrupted our sleep, and the initial charge for untouched water bottles (though they've agreed to refund us) added to the inconvenience. For light sleepers, this hotel may not be the most suitable choice.

are the amount of money that I paid it should’ve been quieter. You could hear the ice machine you could hear door slamming all night you could hear the neighbors coming in late the rooms were very large and as a result had no sound baffling which amplified any sounds

It was a good overnight stay. The location is perfect to go out to get food in Burbank. The walls are unfortunately thin and we could hear our upstairs neighbors walking around and people screaming in the hallways. The room was large and bed was comfortable.

I had a great short stay at the Hilton Garden Inn. The area is great and the staff were helpful about directing me how early to leave to get to the concert across town.

I arrived to the hotel early. Check in was not available yet which was understood but the front desk woman treated my questions as an inconvenience to her about when my room might be ready. Finally at 3P I went to check in and was sent to my room which was filthy and hadn’t been cleaned by housekeeping. Unmade bed. Dirty bathroom. I cannot lift my luggage easily as I’m pregnant so I went downstairs to ask for this to be fixed and only one person treated me with any sort of kindness and asked a maintenance man to help me with my luggage to my new room. In the morning before checking out, I called to ask for a luggage cart to take my bags to the car and was told “sorry there’s no bellhop at this hotel” I wasn’t asking for a bellhop. Just a luggage cart. Simply one of the worst and most unfriendly hotel stays I’ve ever had.

Front desk was difficult and gave attitude

The staff at this property is always awesome. I constantly recommend friends and family to stay here.

We put up two employees for 2 weeks at this hotel, and the staff was less than helpful. A toilet got backed up and was overflowing and the front desk and continued staff were completely unhelpful. The employee had to go purchase a plunger and plunge the toilet themselves. This should be unacceptable in any hotel situation, under any circumstance. And then further, the staff, not being helpful, was also considerably rude. I am aware that this went up to a corporate manager, but still. Its not that your customers "want" something in return, its that even if you are unable to do anything for them, that you show at least some empathy and kindness, don't be xty to your guests. Please. That was a lot of money to not have a functioning toilet. I expected more. Not sure I would stay here, or have employees stay here again.

The receptionist at the front desk at check (about 11 PM Wednesday July 2, 2025) in was rude and uncooperative to the point of almost forcing me to abandon my prepaid reservation. She would not acknowledge even the most basic questions and refused to provide simple answers to even yes/no questions. I can't believe I am actually writing this in a review, but she even flatly refused to tell me if I was required to put a parking permit in my vehicle! She kept repeating, over and over, "if you have time, but security will be performing sweeps". Whatever that meant! She kept trying to change my room type with an upcharge, even though I repeatedly told her I was fine with my pre-reserved and prepaid selection. Over and over I told her I was fine as is, but she kept pushing a different upgrade in an attempt for an upcharge. This property also does not pay attention to the notes or special instructions you leave at reservation, as it was obvious she had no idea what I was talking about when I asked if the connecting rooms I requested had been honored. She, extremely rudely replied "no, they are sold out". The hotel itself is fine. Nice enough. Very clean and good amenities. Bed was to hard for my personal taste but that might be a positive for some people. But this could have been the Four Seasons for $50 per night and I still would never, ever come back if it meant I had to deal with that receptionist ever again.

We have stayed at this location twice already and I will be returning on our next vacation to the LA area. I forgot my curler (expensive curler) and two months later it was still there waiting for me. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Definitely recommend.

A nice neighborhood with a lot of restaurant options within walking distance. Nice large room.

The hotel was clean, comfortable and conveniently located. It is within walking distance to a number of stores and restaurants in downtown Burbank. It was fairly easy to get ride share transportation to and from the hotel. Hotel restaurant food was decent and convenient, but there are lots of other options in the area.

Everything about this hotel was great, especially the location and very walkable and accessible to all the dining in downtown Burbank. The hotel was very clean as well as quiet. The staff was very nice as well.

The hotel is in a very convenient location in Burbank. Trader Joe's and Ralph's are a ten-minute walk down the street in one direction, along with IKEA, and central Burbank is in the other. There are several restaurants nearby and the Metro bus-stops (for instance 155 for Universal/ Studio City) are just a short walk away. The location is also easy for car service pick-ups and drop-offs. The pool and hot tub are nice, and the availability of a hoist for disabled individuals who wish to use the pool is great.

Was a great place to stay! Clean, centrally located to a lot of tourist destinations. Definitely would stay again!

I was able to check in quickly, there was plenty of parking, hot tub was perfect temperature, the room was simple and met our needs. I was able to check out within seconds. The site was a quick walk or drive from many restaurants and shops. We stayed here primarily to visit the LA zoo which was only a 10 minute drive from the hotel.

There was a $25 per person charge for a continental breakfast. $25 for continental breakfast are you kidding me! That is ridiculous. There was also a charge for parking, I guess I’m old-school but it’s implied that if you’re checking into a hotel that the hotel will provide parking. Why would we be charged for parking? I guess times have changed.

Great location in Burbank. Many dining choices available within a short walking distance with a fun vibe to the area. The only drawback is the expensive breakfast. $25 per person/per day is too much to pay for a family of four for the same breakfast that is free at most other Hilton hotels.

I had a lovely stay. People were friendly. Decent dinner with good beer selection. Room was quite nice and pillows were of variety and I really like that. Hot tub was really good, with great Jets.

Comfortable bed and bedding, good meals in the dining room. Courteous staff. Only drawbacks are the every other day room cleaning and low water pressure in the shower.

The staff at the buffet needs to know the meaning of customer service. The hostess just played with her hair, and was chit talking with the staff. The staff just just was talking to each other instead of refilling the drinks and taking plates away. The $25 buffet food was cold. Not worth it at all to be honest. Whoever the franchisee is, should be concerned about their brand.

Restaurant is great. Beer selection is excellent.
