Breakfast was good. Didnt like the fact the front desk the next morning would not allow me late checkout. i will not visit this location again.

Enjoyed my staff. The clerks at the desk all were very pleasant from checking in to checking out. The clerk that checked me in on Saturday 4/4/26 around 1pm was awesome. The housekeeping attendant (Black female) that was cleaning rooms on the 2nd floor around 12:30pm near my room 223 took the time out to help me put on my necklace. The breakfast was excellent and Doral made sure every thing was good. Always a Hilton fan but the Holiday Inn Express Hotels has a new customer.
