The Rise is centrally located in Osaka with good connection to the train network and in good walking distance to bars, trains, and convenience stores. This hotel is clean and located in quiet neighborhood. We had a connecting room so it was very spacious for for 4 people. The washroom was the only downside, very small you can't hardly stand there to brush your teeth. And it's not the most convenient location. You have to take train to everywhere. The elevators were very small so during busy times you have to wait quite a while to get in.

The hotel felt like a condo not a hotel. It is self check in & out with the kiosk. As soon as you walk in the small lobby or reception area you are greeted with stored luggages for the day. Like most rooms in the hotel our room was small but comfortable enough and clean. The beds are a bit too firm for our liking. There is self serve brewed coffee & tea on the lobby which is nice. Other needed toiletries are available as well which you can pick up beside the coffee machine. Lots of nice restaurants in the are but they are small restaurants & therefore fill up quickly during dinner time. Hotel is easily walkable to the nearby subway station. There are a few convenient stores a block away as well. I love that there is a laundry facility in the hotel itself. One downfall is that they do not vacuum the hall ways frequently enough, we were there for 5 days & the same dirt/garbage were laying on the floor.

The Rise is a walkable location to two major station <15 min. Conveniently located in the nightlife district. Rooms are small - even for Japan standards. I wasn’t thrilled with the front desk. Check in is “automated” via a kiosk and when we called down to ask how to turn off the entryway light no one could help.

Very nice hotel, location is great - just be mindful the nearest subway into town is about a 5-7 min walk depending on your walking pace. Bus stops are closer though. The elevators get quite jammed during check out time so be mindful of that. These are absolute nit-pick comments as I had a great stay and the staff are ultra friendly and very accommodating. Will definitely be back!

Loved the fact that we could do laundry , had multiple machines too. The location was close to the stations but far enough to not be mixed in with ghe hectic crowd . We enjoyed our stay.

Location was great, easy walk to train station. Easy check in and out process. However, the room is dated and bathroom doesn’t smell fresh. Bathroom is very tiny and not a lot of room to move around. However we couldn’t watch tv or access YouTube as it kept lagging and was super slow and was told there wasn’t anything we could do about it as other guests were also on the same network. The bathroom was smaller than other hotels in Japan and had a step to enter the bathroom which could be a potential tripping hazard. Overall the stay was okay

Its location is convenient as I wanted somewhere close to Osaka train station. It takes 10-15 mins walk and most of this walk can be done via underground mall so we don’t have to expose to the hot sun all the way. It’s easy accessible to various train lines, metro and bus routes. There are lots of restaurants choices around here which opens till late but shops and restaurants are closed in this area on public holiday. The rooms are a bit small and old but it provided what we need. There is a bathroom eventhough it’s a small space but won’t be suitable for big person. The breakfast only had two choices in the morning, Japanese style and western style. The breakfast changes every day and they are all beautifully presented.

駅までは10分弱歩くが、街中にありコンビニのローソンも近くにある。朝食は和か洋を選ぶタイプ。でもそれぞれのお料理のクオリティが高くとてもおいしかった。清潔感があり、静かに食事を取れた。たまたま擦り傷を使って血が出るような怪我をしたがフロントで絆創膏を頂き助かった。荷物を預けるのにチャックアウト後は1つ500円が必要だったがコインロッカーに預けることを考えるとさほど違和感はなかった。スタッフの対応も良かった。
