Overall it was a fine experience. However, our room felt very warm and when we tried to adjust the thermostat, we noticed it was locked to 26 degrees Celsius. We asked the front desk how we could lower the temperature in the room, because as Americans, we are used to quite cooler temperatures. They told us they would not lower the temperature! They did however give us a fan, which was the only way we survived the night. We unfortunately also lost power in the middle of the night and had to wait up for a repair man to come. But they did give us a free breakfast as the result of our inconvenience and the breakfast was delicious. By our second night the temperature was mysteriously lowered to 23 degrees for which we were grateful. Still, Americans beware if you visit in the summer, it will be very warm!

Nice hotel, close to train station. Great for quick stay. Comfortable bed. Everything you need, nothing extra special. Solid choice.

It was not a full room. It was a space that did not meet the dimensions of the normal rooms so a substandard bed was placed in it and a bathroom was squeezed into so small a space it was difficult to get into it. However, it was clean and staff were friendly and polite. It might be ideal for a backpacker on a budget. Had I seen the room before booking, I would not have chosen it.

This was one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had. When we arrived, our room wasn’t ready, which was understandable. However, we were given a key to the luggage room, and it appeared that every guest had the same key. There were no security cameras, so anyone could access other guests’ belongings. I did not feel comfortable leaving our luggage there. When we entered our room, it was filthy. One garbage bin hadn’t been emptied, the toilet still contained human waste, and there were unsanitary stains on the walls. We immediately asked for the room to be cleaned, but were told there was no one available. We then requested a different room, but were told none were available. The front desk staff, especially the young woman wearing glasses, were rude and dismissive. We repeatedly asked to speak with a manager, but throughout our entire stay, we were never able to speak with one. To make matters worse, the TV constantly turned off and on, and when we requested towels the next day, it took about 20 minutes for them to arrive. The cleanliness was unacceptable, the customer service was poor, and our concerns were never properly addressed. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.
