全般的に清潔で快適でした。入口が少しごちゃごちゃした感じでインバウンド向けなのかなと思いました。フロントのスタッフは感じが良く、部屋も清潔でした。エレベーターが1機でしたが、階段が使えたので私は問題なかったです。お風呂は良かったのですが、洗い場が少なすぎ、ロッカーも少ないのが、残念でした。

プチ大浴場があるが、明らかに洗面台の数とロッカーの数が一致していない。男性側は4台しかなく、脱衣所も狭く渋滞状態。人が多く利用する21~23時頃は、行列待ち状態になっています。また、エレベーターも1台しかないため、結構待つことになり、広さもないため見送ることも。チェックアウト時に、混雑居ていたからとチョコレートを頂きましたが、祝日などではいつもこうなっているんだろうなと推測できます。部屋についてる空気清浄機も、加湿フィルターが汚れており、不快な気分に。ホテルに宿泊して、風呂場でこんなにも混雑したのは初めてだったので、それだけで2回目の利用はないかな……と思いました。利用する方は、連休か時間帯を避けた方がいいかと思います。

上層階だったからか、洗面所やシャワーの水圧が低くて不便だった。掃除が行き届いていない所があり、気になった。朝食は美味しかったです！商店街を散策したり、アウトレットや美観地区にも歩いて行けて、近くにスーパーもあり、立地は良かったです！

一泊でスイートルームを利用させていただきました。お部屋は広くバルコニーも露天風呂も良かったです。が、あちこち汚れが気になりました。お部屋の壁掛電話の上部にホコリが積もっていました。お風呂のカビも多かったです。隅々のカーペットのホコリや汚れもありました。大浴場が汚すぎてお部屋のお風呂を利用しました。フロントのシャンデリアや、展示のダウンライトの辺りにも蜘蛛の巣やホコリがすごかったです。清掃は日本人ではない方がされていましたので、仕方ないのかなと思いましたが、もう利用しないと思います。

The location is excellent! It's just across from Kurashiki Station and about a 10 minute walk from the Ohara Art Museum, Denim Street, and a myriad of other tourist attractions. The staff were attentive and the breakfast buffet had a lot of options (as a vegetarian, I especially appreciated the small salad bar, miso soup, and tofu). The hotel has only one elevator, and the ladies' bath has just three washing stations, so you might need to wait your turn at times. Similarly, the breakfast buffet has limited space, so while they refill the food promptly, you should get there early if you don't want to wait for a table. There were some obvious signs of wear and tear in our room, but it was nonetheless clean and comfortable. The only reason I'm giving this a score of 4 rather than 5 is the WiFi. The hotel offers three networks... none of which have passwords. I don't know why that's the case, but it didn't feel secure. The connection was slow at best, and really detracted from what was otherwise a pleasant stay.

今回ツインにエクストラベッドを設置してもらい、3人で宿泊。いつもベットの寝心地が良かったので、期待してましたが、エクストラベットの布団が超薄っぺらで、寝心地が最悪でした。目は何度も覚め、朝起きたら頭は痛いし、体のあちこちも痛いし、とても残念でした。

호텔위치가 너무 편리하고 바로 앞 대형슈퍼가 늦은시간까지 영업하여 매우 편리 했습니다. 객실내 쇼파베드가 너무 편안해서 3인가족도 충문히 휴식을 취할 수 있으며 호텔내 목욕탕이 너무 좋아서 여행의 피로를 풀기에도 참 좋았습니다. 다만 6츨 객실내에서 와이파이 연결이 안되는 점은 개선이 좀 필요할 듯 싶습니다

スタッフの方たちは皆さん感じのいい接客をしてくださってとても良かったです！ただ、予約時の部屋のイメージ写真と実際の部屋の間取りが違いすぎて、入った瞬間残念な気持ちになりました。安かったのでしょうがないのですが、予約の部屋と同じ間取りの写真が掲載されればいいかなと思いました!

The hotel was lovely and our room was fantastic. We loved the open air bath. Our only issue was the wifi. I wouldn't recommend using the hotel wifi if you have online business to attend to. Otherwise everything was perfect.

クレンジング・化粧水・乳液も揃っており良かったです。消臭除菌スプレーもあったのも良かったです。そして、何よりシャワーの水圧も強くて、大満足でした！立地も良く、倉敷駅からも近いですし、美観地区に行くにも、アウトレットに行くにも便利でした。近くにスーパーもあるのもとても良かったです。

The hotel was in a great location, close to the station and Bikan district. All staff are so friendly and can speak English. The room was very comfortable and clean. It would have been great if they provided a bottled water and had more lifts rather than only one lift. No hesitation to recommend to anyone, it was good value for money.

当日、駐車場の場所を聞くため電話をしたのですが、何度かけても何分待っても電話に出ない！電話を5分くらい鳴らし続けてやっと出たスタッフ『女性）に駐車場の場所を聞くと『市営駐車場に停めて下さい』との事『市営駐車場ってどこにあるのですか？』と尋ねると『天満屋の横』『天満屋はどこですか？』との問いに『ネットで調べて下さい！』でした。不親切にも程がある！スパが売りのホテルですが、スパの掃除が行き届いてないのかしていないのか、浴槽に浮遊物が浮いていたり、使い終わったタオルが山盛りになっていたり…このホテルには2度と泊まる事はないです。

ホテルの方の対応に大変満足です。外国の従業員の方が多数でしたが、ある意味その辺の日本の人より丁寧だったのが素敵でした。設備に不備があった時の対応もとても良く、気持ちよく旅行を楽しめました。

I had a wonderful stay at the Kurashiki Centurion Hotel. The location is excellent, just a short walk from Kurashiki Station and very close to the beautiful Bikan Historical Quarter, making it perfect for both sightseeing and convenience.

The hotel was in a great location, close to the station and Bikan district. All staff are so friendly and can speak English. The room was very comfortable and clean. It would have been great if they provided a bottled water and had more lifts rather than only one lift. No hesitation to recommend to anyone, it was good value for money.

The Centurions hotel is located in the heart of Downtown which we didn't realize. It was the perfect location. Shopping was all around us. A beautiful mall was a hidden gem located less than 1 block away from hotel. You would never know it was there unless you went out to walk and explore. 100's of restaurants and shops, dessert places, and more. Branches off into many directions putting you in a different location in the city at each exit. The hotel itself was very nice. The staff were excellent and extremely respectful and courteous(Japanese Tradition). The bathrooms were a bit small for larger people but we made do.

朝の時間帯はエレベーターが激混みで何回か見逃さないと乗れなかった。朝食時間が決められていたので、エレベーターに乗れなかったのは時間のロスになった。朝食のタイミングが悪かったのかでビュッフェの品がない状態も重なったのであまり食べる事ができず、時間が来てしまいました。残念です。あとは、お風呂も気持ちよく人が少なかったので娘と2人でゆっくり入れました。

家族4人で二泊しました。バルコニーのお風呂がとても良かったです。部屋のお風呂も十分に広くて快適でした。エレベーターが一つしかないのが残念です。朝食ブュッフェもデザートがなく、少し物足りなかったです。その他は大満足でした。

部屋数が多いのに小さいエレベーターが1つしかなく、乗りたい時にいっぱいで乗れなかったり、なかなかエレベーターが来ない状態。朝食も4部制になっていて、私がチェックインした時には6:30と9:30しか選べなくて、次の日の予定もあったので仕方なく6:30に。朝食はカレーもあって内容は良かったし、美味しかったです。

This was a lovely boutique hotel. The room was spacious enough for you to open your suitcase. Good amenities for women, including a large bath house in the basement. They allow us to check in earlier, around 1 p.m. A great service.

Excellent experience staying here. Staff spoke good English. Breakfast was amazing, and you can even choose from Japanese or Western. It came as a set. The onsen is pretty decent. As a spa hotel, look out for its full repertoire of bathroom provisions which even included moisturising milk! Oh, they even had samurai props which you can use & take photos with! Definitely value for money & a wonderful experience!
