The beds were comfy and warm, and loved the down-style pillows! Rooms were clean, didn't have any funky smells and had plenty of shampoo, conditioner and body wash. We had plenty of towels, my only complaint is low water pressure (I have a lot of hair). The pool was small, but great for my kiddo! They kept towels stocked and had plenty of seating. Water was a little cold, but the longer I was in it, I got used to it. Clean & perfect for a quick dip in the pool! Their continental breakfast was great and they mix in a couple different options each morning (although I always had a waffle myself!) Staff works hard to keep garbage from overflowing and to make sure food is refilled as needed. Overall staff was great and welcoming. Nice hotel, and very clean!

The Pontiac Hampton Inn is clean, comfortable and up-to-date. They have a great fitness center and everyone at the front desk was very pleasant.

The hotel is very clean. The pool is freezing and was disappointing especially with toddlers who were too cold to swim. The cleaning & breakfast staff were very nice. 🚩Be careful on what they are charging you during check in for your deposit. I was told the total with deposit. They held the room charge, deposit, plus an additional $75 and no one can give me a clear answer on why they held that much. The first pending charge is $75 over what they told me & after checking out I have another pending charge of $45. Even though they keep saying it's a pending charge and will fall off, it sucks to have money tied up that you weren't planning on using.

The hotel overall was very nice. Staff was pleasant, engaging and easy to talk with. Our only complaints were we reserved this location over others as it had an indoor pool, Website did not mention the pool was closed for maintenance so we were disappointed to pay more for an experience we could not use. Also found one of the bed frames to be rather squeaky but overall the rooms were nice. New layout did not have any storage drawers to put clothes so basically had to live out of suticases for our 4 days we were there. Again, overall we had a good experience with just a few minor issues.

Stayed two nights, all was great except our room was never cleaned. Other than that, stay was awesome, breakfast best I've ever seen. Hotel was clean and well kept, crew was attentive to this especially.

Pool was not heated, wifi was horrible and TV we could not watch it and staff did not care. Had a $30 charge on hold on my card just in case I did something to the room...was not told about this when I called and paid for the room.

The service, room and breakfast was great. I do wish that someone would actually sleep in the room to get an idea of how bright it was during the night. The alarm on the ceiling was quite annoying with two lights flashing all night. Also, the curtain is too short and we could get the night light under the curtain.

Staff was nice and breakfast was great! The curtain situation could be a little better. We were facing the gas station and there are only sheer curtains in the center of the window. I understand not having the thick curtain over the air unit, but then you need to have the black out blinds to cover the other area. Truly our only complaint. It's a lot of light coming in from that station, but I do like the convenience of it being right there.

There was a motor/engine noise coming from outside our room or the roof. It went in a cycle all night and at its loudest it always woke us both up. All night. The night duty manager and the man at the desk seemed to have no idea what it was. No one seemed too concerned.

The hotel is very nice, great location, clean, newer. But the beds were kinda bad. Mattress was hard and the box springs squeaked horribly! There was a connecting room and you could hear the people next door like they were standing in your room.

I had to cut my trip short and wasnt going to stay the extra night as planned. The staff was very rude about any refund , although it was close to check out time. I asked if i could have a partial refund and the rudeness continued. I was not impressed with this hotel or the staff

Hampton Inn 10/11 7:30 pm Told them we are weary travelers looking for a place to rest. Third floor completely full, so opted for first floor (room 132) so no one would be above us. Amy told us she can’t see if there are people in rooms around us. Quiet until around 9:15. Someone was checked in right above us and nearly certain they had little ones. Very loud. We would have called front desk, but I was already in bed and didn’t want to move. We didn’t want to call people upstairs because that can make things worse. Things finally quieted down around 11:00. At around 3:30 am something fell and made a loud noise waking my husband. He never did go back to sleep. The loud walking and galloping continued the remainder of the morning. We are glad to be leaving at 9;00 am. I spoke with Heather who said she can see if rooms around us are occupied. This group used stairs only and there were at least 5 people in room 232. We saw 4 come down for breakfast and still heard walking in room above. The manager was supposed to call me on 10/15/24, but never did. Terrible customer service.

We booked here because of flight delays and cancellations and did. It get to the hotel until 130 am. The room keys were ready and the hotel was completely understanding what was going on and made everything smooth so we could get right to our rooms

The staff are very friendly and helpful. Our room was very clean and the bed was comfortable. The AC unit was on the noisy side but worked really well and the room nice and cool. Breakfast was fantastic.

Front desk is nice. But the employee who was in the breakfast area was holding the bread, bagels and other food with her bare hands while holding a wash cloth she use to wipe off the surface and sprays her cleaning solutions bear the uncovered food. That was nasty.
