Place2Stay Business Hotel @ Waterfront

Place2Stay claims three stars but it doesn't offer this quality of accomodation. The building is not well maintained, the rooms are a little shabby and the services are basic. Rooms are never cleaned during the stay, even for a longer stay, and the waste bins are never emptied. Please give your guests a broom and let they know that bottles are not to be thrown away in the room bins! It's definitely not good value, hardly two stars. But the location is great as a lot of good Kuching restaurants are located around and it's possible to walk on the river side to the city centre.

They don’t know how to clean when I entered the room the bed line was so dirty me the bathroom all wet also is was a razor as someone use just before we enter. I don’t recommend this hotel at all. There are others with better conditions at the same price. It’s a DON’T

The level of hygiene is low, especially in the toilet area. lack of facilities in the toilet and the walls and doors are not repaired properly. the cleanliness of the toilet floor is not scrubbed as clean as possible. no place to hang towels and clothes.
