HAIAN Beach Hotel & Spa

No fault of the hotel but We had trouble sleeping due to music noise until 2.30 then starting again at 5am. Also, not enough chairs/lounges around pool or in shade.

Hotel restaurant has great food, spa had amazing massage and shampoo therapies. Lots of other authentic, delicious food options nearby. Beach was just across the road. Service was amazing.

Great location right opposite the beautiful beach and close to everything. Staff very attentive and always happy to help. Great rooftop pool and bar.

They serve afternoon tea from 2-4pm. Breakfast buffet is some of the best I’ve ever had. Would stay again in a heartbeat.

Haian beach hotel and spa is excellent in every way. The hotel is kept really clean. The buffet breakfast was continually replenished even if we came down close the the end of breakfast time. The staff kept the place really clean. The swimming pool at the roof top and a lovely view and the pool was really clean. The spa environment is immaculately designed and has a sea view, making it a breathtaking and relaxing experience.

Perfecto! Vista frontal a la playa, habitación cómoda, espaciosa. Solo que la cama king no es un colchón completo sino dos juntos pero muy cómodas las almohadas y sábanas. El desayuno perfecto, muchas opciones y muy delicioso todo. El servicio espectacular, tomamos un masaje en pareja en el SPA y fue espectacular. Muchas gracias! Ubicación ideal.

Great hotel. However we could not get any hot water for the shower.

Excellent Hotel well appointed. Room was very clean Staff were friendly and food was very good in the main restaurant for both breakfast and dinner The only slight issue was the shower wasn’t hot in the morning’s

The hotel is in a great location. The rooms are clean and nicely decorated. The staff were wonderful, friendly and helpful. We would definitely stay here again.

Hotel staff was amazing. We had a wonderful stay. Buffet was exceptional and the restaurant Ca Go is a must try restaurant. Dishes are authentic and beautifully plated. Rooms in the Hotel are clean.

Shower booth overflooded all the time. Because a window was not closed perfectly because of the construction problem, noisy and incovinient.

Very clean

Room was comfortable, clean and modern. Drainage in bathroom was an issue and floor got soaked every time we had a shower or bath. Excellent location and beach view room was worth it. Huge variety at breakfast and complimentary afternoon tea which was a nice treat.

Windows in the room was leaking all the time when it was raining outside.

Location and staff are great! Good breakfast options. Just beware that the beds are NOT soft! Otherwise, a nice place to stay for a short stay in DaNang.

The room was clean and very spacious. The view is incredible. The staff that I dealt with whether at the reception or the breakfast/dinner area provided good service. I had dinner on the 14/01 and the team working was very impressive, especially the lady who took my order and helped me with choices and advise on portions. Very impressed with the service. Everyone I interacted with was very good at what they do.

Booked an ocean view, worth it. The rooms are looking tired, bubbled wallpaper. Clean though. Breakfast is exception, wide choice catering for all tastes. Location is good with the beach across the road.

Lovely hotel, friendly and helpful staff. Stayed here as part of a longer trip, the room was amazing, very spacious. The only thing i would comment is the noise you here if you are facing the main road, it can be quite noisy with all the beeping, but couldnt fault the hotel or the room otherwise. Good location and walking distance from everythinf you need.

Construction right beside my room. I was awakened by the noise at 7 am.

the room i booked was very spacious with gorgeous ocean views and a separate seating area. large, clean bathroom, the shower/water pressure was excellent. great AC and wifi. staff are very friendly and welcoming. the restaurant has great food, surprisingly one of the best bun cha hanoi i’ve had in the city. the pool also has amazing views, i didn’t get to use as it rained during my stay here. there is complimentary afternoon tea, i didn’t utilize but it looked great. plenty of shops and eateries very nearby. the bed was firm, but i didn’t mind as the bedding was comfortable. it’s located on a busy street, but the noise didn’t travel to the 12th floor. the only very minor detail was the dark brown walls made it feel dark. would recommend and stay again!

I had the Diamond beach view room for 7 nights. Excellent room, spacious enough for three people. Large bathroom and excellent view of Da Nang beach. Breakfast buffet was excellent. The staff were attentive providing us with fruit platter and hand written note. Only negative is that the sound outside can be heard in the apartment and this did result in some sleep issues.

Very convenient hotel but somewhat dated and needs TLC. Very convenient to get around and close to everything. Beach across the road is a plus factor. Spa therapists are amazing.

The positives - Comfortable - Hotel staff very nice and helpful - Clean Negatives - Noisy / from the street and contruction next door - Very busy had to wait in line to get rhe breakfast table - Lifts that have the mind of their own had to wait for the lift sometimes for 5min

Fantastic, this hotel is excellent. Subeo the customer service manager went beyond by booking our river cruise and having birthday cake, flowers and special room decorations for our birthday celebration. . She even had a breakfast to go for our early check out. The breakfast buffet is amazing. Room is very nice and clean. Rooftop pool is relaxing. My second stay in this hotel it keeps getting better

We came back for almost 3 weeks! We had such a great stay the first time that when the weather changed our plans we decided that the best place to stay safely was Da Nang and the best hotel was Haian. We were in Vietnam for over 2 months and we stayed in many very good hotels. But what really sets the Haian apart is definitely service and staff! Their dedication, positive attitude and desire to make everyone feel special is unmatched! They always have a quick solution for every issue. When we left, it was like saying goodbye to family and friends.

This hotel is incredible. The staff makes all the difference. Chiang the pool boy, Neil the bartender, Jameson, and Cloudy were all fantastic. Luk Long was wonderful, absolutely wonderful. Snow at the spa was spectacular. Everybody at this hotel from the management to the housekeeping folks were all excellent. The breakfast buffet is excellent. Lots of food. Continually being replenished. Incredible buffet considering it’s included. Afternoon tea was nice. Sweets and drinks in the lobby. Very nice. The view of the beach right across the street was amazing. The place is immaculately clean. The housekeeping folks are phenomenal. The folks running this hotel are intelligent and professional. They make sense and go the extra mile which is good business. We loved this hotel and truly hated to leave. Everything you need is at this hotel. The restaurant for lunch and dinner is really great. Delicious food for just a tad bit than outside, but the quality is head and shoulders above outside establishments. The spa was great. Professional and clean. The spa is a bit more than outside, but much cleaner and right there in the hotel. The area is safe. Right across the street from the beach. The rooftop pool is incredible. My only recommendation is to upgrade your beds. We stayed in 1106 and the bed is basically a boxspring . They put a pad on it, but still too hard. Invest in better bedding. A hotel of such quality should have better & softer beds. 10 ⭐️

This was our second stay at this wonderful hotel and it was top notch again. The location is fantastic but what shines out is the staff, they are so dedicated and simply great and very friendly to talk to and this is reflected in the high standard of the hotel and facilities, we will be back

ビーチまで本当にすぐです。 しかし目の前の横断歩道を渡るには少し勇気がいりました。すぐ慣れますが… 朝ごはんのフォーがとても美味しかったです。バインミーが出たのは3日のうち1日だけでしたが美味しくてもっと食べたかったです。 レセプションを始め、スタッフの方皆とても親切でした。 インフィニティプールは広くはありませんがとても気持ちよく過ごすことができました。素晴らしい三日間をありがとうございました。チェックアウトした後もプールを利用できるということで夕方の便だったので最後の最後までゆっくりのんびりできました。

I stayed in a room facing the beach, but the music was blasting from the beach not just late at night but all the way until morning, and the sound of car horns was terrible too. If you're sensitive to noise, I don't think you'll be able to sleep. They even provide earplugs as an amenity next to the pillow—made me laugh.

Great location on the beach

Overall our stay was fantastic, great buffet breakfast, close to heaps of restaurants and great food. Central to a lot of attractions and beautiful landmarks. The downside was the surrounding streets and litter. Vietnam isn't the cleanest of places and there was just a lot of damaged footpaths, rubbish and unusual smells that aren't great but you get used to it. There was a lot of construction going during our stay and you can hear a lot of road noise during the night, hence why you are provided ear plugs which we used and helped alot.

Great location on sea front in Da Nang, lovely hotel, very comfortable bed, no building noise as there is some work going on nearby, room 1516. All staff were lovely and very helpful. Will definitely return to this hotel.

Hotel was in a great location to the touristy area. Walking distance to the beach and staff was too notch.

I cannot wait to come back. The hotel is amazing. Staff was so helpful from the minute you leave the bags with them to bring up yo your room to towels you get for the beach across the street. Someone is there to help give directions, give you a short cut. Restaurants all around. You can get clothes washed two short blocks away. Free water bottles everyday and coffee refill. The breakfast buffet was amazing. We looked forward to getting up and eating rhe breakfast buffet everyday :)

Hotel conveniently located and basically OK. However it is very well used and starting to show its age. For the price, it does represent good value. Breakfast crowded unless one went quite early. Constantly seemed to run out of glasses and cups. Very minor point but something that should be easily solved. Staff polite and helpful. Pool area quite small and got very busy at times.

This property was well located right across from the beach and an easy walk from many shopping and dining options. The staff are friendly and attentive. The rooms well equipped and clean. The only thing I would comment on for improvement was the breakfast. There were items running out and a queue for the coffee machine, bacon was overcooked and the knives were too blunt to cut it. That’s what pulled it back to a 4 would have been 4.5 if I could give it.

Clean rooms, comfortable bed, good air con, lovely staff, amazing breakfast and we ate last night in the hotel restaurant and have to say it is one of the best meals we have had. Highly recommend as far as location goes too.

We really loved our spacious suite and the panoramic ocean view. Easy access to the beach, shops and restauants near by. Breakfast was mediocre compared to other places we stayed on our trip but there were plaenty of options. While we tried to avoid the peak times, it was a very busy experience.
