Very nice property and very clean. Good breakfast. Construction around it made it very difficult to get to and there were no signs around to tell you how to get into it. Heater was out in the pool and hot tub. They were waiting on a part so none of this was really the motel's fault but it was rather frustrating.

I asked for late check out and she said she had to make sure it was ok and it was . Very nice pool area and the hot tub was very nice perfect and so was the pool . Breakfast is from 6 to 10 so that is definitely a nother big plus. The restaurant within walking distance was very nice $15 for a fish bowl long island all was very good 👍

Was a nice hotel and we enjoyed our adjoining rooms, but we had a few disappointments along the way. I had talked to the front desk a few days prior about getting adjoining rooms as we are traveling with 4 kids. He said it shouldn't be a problem, just check back that day. It does give adjoining rooms as an option on its Orbitz listing. I called the morning of our arrival day and was told they don't have 2 queen rooms that adjoin and that it would be an additional $50 to get a king suite, which would adjoin to a 2 queen bed room. When we arrived, the lady did apologize, saying it was an employee who transferred from another location and she said she gave me the 20% off deal that Orbitz had, so we appreciated that. We had built up the pool/hot tub to our kids, but when we arrived there was a sign saying the heater was broken so water temps are colder than normal. Kids were able to splash around a little, but I didn't get to enjoy the hot tub as it wasn't even warm. Ah well, things do break, just disappointing.

Awesome!!! Elizabeth is AWESOME EMPLOYEE 👏 good parking lots of space in the room nice pool area great hot tub!!!! Comfortable beds, there’s a bar you don’t even need to leave to get a beer!!! It’s awesome good environment.

We greatly enjoyed our stay. The pool and hot tub felt amazing and relaxing on a hot summer day. We loved being close to Squealers as well as the interstate to get to Sioux Falls. We'd definitely stay here again.

Breakfast was a true breakfast and had many good items to choose from (carbs and proteins). They didnt have fresh fruit, but lots of other hot and cold choices. Everything was clean and our bedroom was quiet. We enjoyed the hot tub and cooling off in the pool. The bed was great and the mattress felt new. I slept great.

Checked us in early- super nice people- very clean and quiet. We used the hot tub and pool- very clean. They have a small bar- only wine and beer. Only complaint- no liquor! Overall- very pleased!

This is the cleanest hotel I’ve ever stayed at and I’ve stayed at all price points. Lobby smells clean and new. The pool is open 6 am to midnight for adults and 7-10 for children. Nice big hot tub as well. I have zero complaints. Best hotel experience by far. If you staying in the Sioux Falls area it’s worth the extra 10-15 min drive to Tea, SD.

Great as it was the first time we stayed. Here’s a pro tip: if you’re a lighter sleeper, ask for a room on the side of the hotel furthest away from the road. Traffic can be noisy. Rooms are great and breakfast is excellent ad well. Will always stay here if in this area.

Overall the hotel was clean and staff were friendly and helpful. The hot breakfast was tasty. The pool was nice, had a bathroom in the pool area and was well stocked with towels. Our only complaint was with the pillows. The pillows on the beds were terrible. All eight were super flat and bumpy and should be thrown away! We all woke up with sore necks. If you stay, bring your own.

I knocked stars off because the bed was incredibly hard and difficult to sleep on. The TV had terrible sound quality and we had to just turn it off it was that obnoxious. When it comes down to it comfort is a huge part of the quality of the stay. I would not choose to stay at this hotel again.

What a great nights sleep! When we started to settle into our room we realized the fan on the air conditioner was very loud. We made our way to the front desk to talk to the young girl wo was working. What a sweet girl. She changed our room and was so accommodating! We had a great nights sleep!

The staff was so nice!! We automatically liked the place when the staff greeted us and were extremely helpful! The room and hotel was clean . We did not use the pool or gym area. The breakfast was good, they had a good amount of healthy and to go items along with the traditional breakfast foods. The a/c unit was little noisier than I would have preferred, it sounded like a semi was left running outside the window. But I still slept fine. We also got a 1st floor room which we never get and was nice to not have to haul our stuff up stairs or an elevator. Overall we loved our stay and would definitely stay again!

Had to use a phone at front desk to call attendant. Sent us to a room that was already occupied after checking my ID to verify my name. Breakfast is on the cheapest paper plates money can buy. Vending machine was broken. Party in the break room both nights we stayed. Didn’t shovel parking lot, so parked cars were all over since lines were hidden. Overall not a great hotel.

We made our reservation months ago. Received emails the week before with information about check in. Arrived at 5:30pm on day of check in. Clerk informed us that someone called the morning of around 7am and cancelled our reservation. We did not cancel it. I asked for a cancellation number as my reservation still showed active in my account. Clerk could not provide a cancellation confirmation number, the name of the person who cancelled our reservation nor the phone number of the person who cancelled our reservation. I asked to speak to the manager and one was not on duty. Clerk texted the manager and the manager informed her to give us phone numbers for other hotels but would not rebook us. No other rooms available in the area and we ended up having to go an hour and half out of our way to get a room. I continued to receive automated emails from the hotel regarding checkout. I seriously question the security of my information by if someone is able to cancel my reservation unbeknownst to me. Tried reaching out to the manager built no responses. Reservation from last night still shows confirmed.

Got check into an occupied room, thank goodness the other people weren’t in there otherwise that would have been absolutely embarrassing. Front desk “upgraded” us from king to king bedroom so same room but with a door which just caused our kid to be too scared to sleep on the pullout couch in the “separate room.” It was evening, kid was tired, weather wasn’t great (which is why we stayed) so it wasn’t worth trying to figure a better situation out. Room was very clean!! Breakfast wasn’t great, eggs tasted like chemicals, only “kid” cereal was empty and not a whole lot of variety. We enjoyed the pool and hotel was quiet in general!

The property was very clean and quiet. There is a very good restaurant just across the parking lot and a nice coffee shop just across the road. It is just a few minutes drive to Souix Falls so you get much more for your money staying just south in Tea at the Gateway Park Hotel and Suites

First of all, the staff at this hotel are welcoming, polite and professional. The property is conveniently located on 271st Street and Gateway Lane, less than 2 miles East of I-29, exit 73 (271st Street). A modern very well kept hotel. Safe, quiet, clean, comfortable and many hot breakfast choices. We were in the area to visit the falls and it was a short 20-minute drive from our hotel. I wish I had gotten some of the names of the staff so I could give them a personal shout-out for their great service.

Property appeared fairly new and well maintained. Check-in staff was friendly and checked us in quickly. Excellent restaurant next to hotel. Only negative was breakfast was out of most items and staff did not refill until most guests were finished eating. Closer watch on breakfast area was needed!

I travel to see a specialist in Tea South Dakota, I specifically chose this hotel due to hot tub options for my pains and hot breakfast, I did enjoy the hot tub and the whirlpool in my room, the bed was a bit too firm for me woke up with lower back pain, but the pillows were nice. I was extremely unhappy that I woke up early to get ready for my appointment and at 9 am before leaving for my appointment I went to get the hot breakfast and there was absolutely nothing available except gravy, not a single omelette like I was looking forward to or biscuits only thing available was cereal bars and cereal I grabbed a cereal bar extremely upset about it because it’s loaded with sugar and I’m not supposed to have that much sugar, I went to my appointment and traveled back home starving the plan was for that hot breakfast to tie me over til I got home, from now on for my continued appointments I will look into other hotels in Sioux Falls or something.

Hotel and room were great, clean, quiet. Breakfast was all picked over an hour after they started service. You had a choice of waffle or yogurt, everything else was out. No body available at front desk to inquire about it or for check out. Too bad, it’s a great place to stay that need a little extra.
