The parking lot has super brigh lights that stayed on all time making almost impossible to have a dark roo. The bedsheets had holes. The towels were super smelly. The shampoo and body wash were horrible.

As soon as you walk in the office to check in it smells really bad. Makes me want to puke then walking up to the second floor. We have metal stairways that you can lick through the stairs and nails coming out from the rooftop. Just very scary for someone that has disabilities

The check in desk area was dirty and crowded. The exterior and interior paint was peeling. The only chair in the room was fabric and badly, freshly stained. There was no phone in the room, you had to go to the office for help (i.e., they gave me no internet connection information at check in). There were limited towels and wash cloths, no hooks in the bathroom, no hangers. When I checked out I had to ring the doorbell at the office because the door was locked. She came to a side window and talked to me through the raised window and screen.

To begin, a mess outside bc they are refacing and remodeling everything, I assume. The room wasnt taken care of properly b4 had. I cleaned the filter, jet tub, the bathroom floor. Also, did receive anything about the wifi. Was unable to get information via message. The floors were unfinished, the fridge wasn't wiped out or even running. No bothered us tho. It seems a few familys are living at property. So, thats why I say that.

Loose tiles around the hot tub were very dangerous. They had placed the tiles in the correct positions, but they weren't glued down and shifted when you went to step into the tub. There were five unglued tiles, right where you had to step to get into the hot tub. The reason this room was so expensive was that it had this tub, but it was very unsafe!

When we got there, they put us in the first room that smell like smoke and moldy, and like the carpet was wet so they moved us to another room and in the morning while I was showering, my daughter flush the toilet and fecal material came up into the shower and also the toilet was leaking all over the floor. It was horrible. I would not recommend staying there at all I was never offered a refund or anything. Just another towel if I wanted to take another shower.

I would NEVER EVER EVER stay at this place. I WOULD ADVISE ANYONE ELSE WHO LOOKA FOR A PLACE TO STAY, AVOID THIS!!!! The pictures do not match the rooms, completely different when u get there. The rooms are painted RED and white. The website lies. THE ROOM WAS DIRTY!!!! THERE WAS A PLANT GROWING IN THE DOOR OPENING I HAD TO BREAK OFF. THERE WAS MOLD FROM ONE END OF THE ROOM TO THE OTHER. WATER DAMAGE ON THE FLOOR BOARDS ALONG WITH MOLD UP THEM. THE TABLE HAD WATER MARKS ON THE LEGS AND THE TABLE WAS DIRTY. THE FLOOR WAS SEEPING WATER THROUGHOUT THE ROOM. I HAVE PICTURES OF THAT TOO. IT WAS RAINING AND THE SEALS ON THE DOOR WERE GONE AND THE WATER DRAINED IN THROUGH THE DOOR. THE BED HAD HUGE BROWN STAINS ON EACH SIDE. THE MATTRESS WAS STAINED IN MULTIPLE AREAS. THAT WASNT EVEN COVERED IT WAS VISIBLE BY EYE. MULTIPLE STAINS ON THE BEDDING. THE BED WAS SUPPORTED WITH WOOD PLANKS AND HELD TOGETHER WITH THESE METAL BRACKETS. THE BED WAS FALLING APART. THEN WHEN I ASKED FOR A REFUND SHE SAID SHE COULDNT DUE ANYTHING ABOUT IT. IM SORRY BUT THUS IS FALSE ADVERTISING. SO DISGUSTED WITH THIS PLACE. CHARGE 178$ FOR ONE NIGHT FOR IT TO END UP LIKE THIS!!! EXPEDIA.COM SHOULD BE ASHAMED TO EVEN ADVERTISE A PLACE LIKE THIS ON THERE WEBSITE. ITS APPALLING, UNSAFE AND IN HORRIBLE CONDITIONS!!!

Seneca Falls is awesome, everyone at the motel was nice and the room was cute, but there was a guy shouting in the parking lot who appeared to live there, and our room smelled strongly and sickeningly of dog. Not so clean.

I booked, because it was just one night to drop off my son, and where I usually stay was booked. This is a Motel! Not a Hotel, and you can’t have any guess. The sheets were dirty, and it looks like it’s falling apart. The shower head is very dirty! Don’t book this!

First of all, this is a motel, not a hotel. The outside of this property is very quaint and nice. However, our room was very small and a mess. Our bathroom mirror was on the floor of the main room, the refrigerator was unplugged, open, and dirty. The room overall was very poorly kept and there were stains on everything; the carpet, the furniture, and the bedding(yuck!). Check-in took over 20 minutes and we were almost charged twice with a payment that was double what we paid on expedia. Unfortunately it seemed like they had no idea what they were doing. I would not recommend this stay to anyone looking for a clean and comfortable night.

The owner was very nice for check in and provided me an upgrade from my original reservation. This was a very nice gesture. The room was a minimalist approach, it did have a refrigerator and was a suite arrangement. The floors and the bathroom needed a little more attention on cleaning. It was tolerable. The bed was very hard and the A/C unit cycled all night. The second night was better as we used constant fan since it was cooler temperatures. And the bed although still hard was easier to sleep on due to us being exhausted from our daytime adventures.

Hotel room was old, small and outdated. I think George Washington slept on the mattress.....it was that old and used. Management nice but are milking everything they can with no reinvestment.

I travel a lot for work and I have stayed at this property quite a few times. It's always clean and quiet. The staff are so kind and welcoming. It's right outside of Seneca Falls which has a lot of dining options and shops. Could not recommend this place enough

I arrived at 10pm the night before the eclipse, only to be told my reservation was canceled 2 weeks before. My hotels app still showed my reservation. After an hour with the app chat, I am told the hotel canceled it due to overbooking. Two weeks prior! After speaking to locals, they suspect tbe hotel canceled to upcharge last minute guests to take advantage of eclipse prices. By the looks of the place and other reviews, I believe that was the reason for canceling. Extremely immoral and unprofessional to cancel on a guest just to charge other people more!

I booked an OYO Hotel through Expedia about a month in advance. After a long drive, I arrived at the hotel around 6:00 PM to check in. To my surprise, the front desk told me that because I hadn’t prepaid the room, they had given it to someone else who did. They also informed me there were no other rooms available, and they couldn’t accommodate me in any way. To make matters worse, even though I was there in person, they later charged me a no-show fee for Friday night. This was incredibly frustrating and unfair. This experience with OYO Hotel was completely unacceptable—poor communication, zero accountability, and a total lack of customer service. I will never book or stay at an OYO Hotel again, and I strongly warn others to avoid them as well.

I never got a confirmation email and called them 3 day before or scheduled stay on Dec 13th to confirm it. When I got there I was told our reservation was cancelled on December 5th. They couldn’t tell me who cancelled it but offered me another room for more than my original price. We left and booked at a more reputable hotel chain. Never again will I stay at an OYO motel nor recommend them to anyone

This is a motel, not a hotel. Check in took 35 minutes because the front desk is not staffed, you ring a doorbell and someone comes and unlocks the front door for you, it took 25 minutes for the man to WAKE UP and answer the door. Then if you’re going to offer amenities like an alarm lock or mini fridge it’s common sense that the clock is plugged in and the time is set, and the fridge is plugged in and cold for your guests. ALL of our food went bad over night. Check out was also a bad experience. Went to go ring the doorbell and a woman looked around the corner, outside, and took my key card then walked away. There was no polite or friendly interaction with ANY staff member. 10/10 DO NOT RECOMMEND.
