Muy bien para descansar me quede una noche pero muy a gusto muy cerca del malecón y el centro! Lo único que no tenía servicio la alberca!

Did not like the pool conditions. Was not clean

The pool was filthy with morass although the staff did clean when told it was not done properly, our room loss access to water supply for quite a time, internet access was poor on the third floor, we found dead roach as we entered our room, the toilet was dirty amongst the toilet paper holder. Another room of ours smelt like drainage and the other was being flood with water on the floor because of the a.c. Must say the staff was very friendly and tried their best to resolve issues.

El hotel está en muy malas condiciones. Parece como si estuviera abandonado. Aunque las habitaciones son amplias y el AC funcionaba muy bien, todo lo demás estaba mal. Las sábanas manchadas, el baño olía muy mal, el seguro de nuestra puerta no funcionaba, los pasillos sucios y con platos de comida que dejaron por dos días ahí, la alberca sucia y por el precio que se pagó está lejos de valerlo.

It was clean and spacious. The pool was small and dirty.

ANUNCIAN SERVICIO DE ALBERCA, PERO EL AGUA ESTAB MUY SUCIA, LECHOSA, Y FRIA, ESRVIMOS DOS DIAS Y NO NOS METIMOS A DAR UN CHAPUZON PRO EL MAL ESTADO DE LA INSTALACION EN GENERAL. NO TIENEN SUFICIENTES LUGARES DE ESTACIONAMIETO, Y ANUNCIA QUE TIENE SERVICIO DE ESTACIONAMINETO, UN DIA TUVIMOS QUE DEJAR EL CARRO EN LA CALLE Y EL OTRO NOS ABSTUVIMOS DE SALIR A DISFUTAR CHETUMAL DE NOCHE POR TEMOR DE LLEGAR Y TENER QUE DEJAR EL CARRO EN LA CALLE, ADEMAS QUE NO BRINDA NINGUN APOYO PARA DEJARLO CERCA, ESTAS DOS COSAS FUERON MUY DESAGRADABLES.

The beds were hard, the bathroom door material wa peeling off. The pool needs a major upgrade as its not what's showing in the picture. The water is not blue. Limited and tight parking.

Nice staff, excellent food, fresh juices, nice gated parking and pool area.

En general bien, solo que en la regadera olía mucho a drenaje, que llegaba un punto que era intolerante el olor!

The bathrooms were really dirty, the shower, shower, glass, the tiles and the sink

La propiedad ya es vieja y las habitaciones están en extremo descuidadas y nos tocó cucaracha, la puerta rota y olor a humedad. No recomiendo el hotel, nosotros fue una noche y no pasó a mayores. El restaurante es lindo, buen servicio y rico, el personal de recepción muy amable también solo el hotel es el que deja a desear mucho por el precio.

Huele mucho a humedad. Las toallas están muy usadas y deterioradas. El colchón esta pegado a la base, no tiene esponja.

Los blancos lucen extremadamente viejos _ Las almohadas estaban extremadamente manchadas se ve que no las lavan desde hace mucho tiempo. No me volveria a hospedar en este hotel... El agua del baño durante el dia sale caliente y no puedes disfrutar de una ducha refrescante.. Si estan pensando hospedarse en este hotel sugiero analizar otras opciones

Esta lindo el hotel, solo el baño tiene un problema de olor que seguro es fácil de solucionar

Great value for your money. It’s not a “five star” hotel but I give it five stars for a hotel at this cost point. It is clean, good service, and in a great location.

Las camas están muy cómodas, se descansa muy bien, las personas de limpieza hacen muy bien su trabajo. Se descansa bien rico sino te tocan inquilinos ruidosos, se escucha entre paredes mucho ruido

Es un Hotel que se encuentra muy bien ubicado, tiene acceso a diferentes partes como son restaurantes, cenadurias, cafeterías y tiendas donde puedes comprar ropa, calzado, y detalles para regalar, las habitaciones son muy amplias.

Estuvo comoda la habitacion. Bastante amplia

It's basic and worth the price, nothing more. Big rooms the size of a roomy NYC studio or even one-bed apartment. Clean sheets, towels, good hot shower. Must have been apartment building at one time, has a faded 1970's Miami Beach vibe before the restoration and trendiness. Neighborhood okay but not charming.

El mobiliario (camas, mesas y closet) en la habitación requiere renovarse pues es muy viejo

Las paredes de tablaroca sin aislamiento me permitían escuchar todos diálogos de ambos cuartos contiguos a mi y no podía dormir a gusto ya que las personas hablaban y hablaban sin parar y movían una pequeña mesa arrastrandola y eso era bastante incómodo de escuchar, fuera de eso todo lo demás bien

Las paredes son de tabla roca y se escucha absolutamente todo de las habitaciones contiguas. La habitación básica, limpia, aunque el nivel del piso era extrañamente con desnivel y era raro caminar en la habitación.

Todo el hotel es de tabla roca y el ruido se filtra por todos lados

Didn’t receive any breakfast as I had payed for in the stay ..No welcome drinks as stated on Expedia.I feel as if I was robbed and just payed for a stay that was expensive with little to no help about what I had payed for .Im a bit disappointed .

Desde que llegamos la atención del personal amable. Solucionaron todas nuestras dudas. Muy limpio y cómodo

The guy at the reception area was rude. Has no customer service skills. He didn’t inform us we needed to hand in the remotes during check-out. So when we left early this morning, he insisted on us to go back and find the remotes. We told him why weren’t we informed of this. We only brought back the key. And he answered in a rude way giving us a lot fi attitude. Not nice!

Location was great. Rooms need some maintanance but it was OK for a couple nights. Staff were very helpful and friendly.

We were just there for a short stop over to refuel ourselves. Was perfect for what we needed, clean and extrwmely friendly and helpful front desk.

Arges Hotel charges 12 US Dollars to replace a simple plastic card key. Those don’t cost 12$$$. There is no advance notice of the charge for misplaced cards. Also walls are very thin, beds are placed head to head so you can hear the snoring in the adjacent room.

Pésimo, para bañarte no teníamos agua caliente, durante toda la estancia era un batallar, lo peor es que el mismo personal te dice que eso es "normal" que cuando el hotel está lleno siempre tienen el mismo problema, te dan un whats para estar en comunicación y uno de los dias ya ni me contestaron, nos quedamos sin bañarnos porque se nos hacia tarde para un desayuno que teníamos programado, todas las mañanas fueron terribles, exijo se me regrese lo que pagamos por todas estos problemas, si no tienen la capacidad para atender no se llenen, mejor vendan hasta donde su capacidad les de para brindar un buen servicio, por llenarse salen mal, por otro lado, las paredes son tabal roca, se escucha todo, el personal con su radio a todo volumen no usan chicharos, se ponen a platicar fuerte a tal gradao que el 1 de enero tuve que pedir les digan que vayan a platicar a otro lado porque toda su plática la estabamos escuchando, sin duda la peor estancia que jamas hayamos tenido en un hotel, por ello exijimos se nos de una compensación, adjunto las pláticas vía whats con el personal del hotel que dan prueba de lo mal que lo pasamos. HOTELS.COM tiene que intervenir con esta queja, como verán viajo lo suficiente al año como para tener apoyo de hotels.com quedo a la espera de sus comentarios.

Excelente restaurante

We stayed at this hotel with our dog. We really appreciate them allowing dogs as so few hotels will. The hotel is very clean and the staff were nice, especially the young woman serving us in the restaurant. The hallway to the rooms is very wide and the ceramic tiles on the floor seem to not buffer the noise as people roll their suitcases along the hallway. It was horrible and luckily we were at the end of the hallway so we didn’t have many people passing by. We don’t usually eat at hotel restaurants but for convenience we did the first night. It was so good that we continued to eat most meals there. The food was so good!! We sat outside every time so that our dog could sit under our chair. The pool is very nice and the water was warm. All around I would suggest this hotel especially if you have a pet.

It is not nice that no outside food or drinks are allowed outside of your room and worst not the pool area. I could have agreed if there were no eating allowed by the pool area but it’s unfair that you have to buy food from the hotel to eat by the pool area when the pool is for hotel guests onlt

Simple no frills accommodation. Ok for a night. Sixeable hotel. Restaurant had vegetarian choices. Falafel salad was good.

El hotel y la ubicación es excelente, lo único fue que prometieron una bebida de bienvenida y nunca nos la ofrecieron. Nos encantó la cama y la habitación muy amplia.
