One of the reception staff was like a robot, did not smile or welcomed when we can checked-in. Rest of the staff were OK. Dropped in to get clean towels the next day, even before the request had a look like WHAT DO YOU WANT? Staff might need additional training to smile and greet.

Most of the staff are so rude & miserable. Housekeeping just opens your room door repeatedly, starting early in the morning (8:15). I was going to make another reservation and extend my stay, but housekeeping was so rude I decided to leave. I sincerely thought checkout was @ 12 so between that, making a last minute decision to leave, and having a lot to pack (I was there for 5 days), I wasn’t going to be ready by 11. Housekeeping kept opening my door without knocking every few minutes (10:40, 10:45, 10:55) asking if I was leaving yet. I finally said to them, “I’m not done getting dressed & packing, but if I’m going to be charged for late check out I’ll just pay for the day and stay.” Front desk staff knocked on the door @ 11:05 a.m. saying how checkout was at 11 and that housekeeping said I was rude to THEM! She ultimately said she would give me until 12. I ended up leaving around 12:25-12:30, and I was charged $75. I stay in a lot of hotels and this experience was so disappointing. For all the attention housekeeping gives about checking out, if they find out you’re not leaving they don’t offer to freshen up your room, not once in 5 days. I had to go to the front desk for towels etc. For all this commotion they weren’t even busy or near sold out, it’s not like they were waiting to clean my room or anything. I also observed other guests being inconvenienced not being able to check in their rooms for silly reasons, having to wait for hours. I would choose another hotel to stay
