This was a long weekend stay for us. The refrigerator in the room wouldn't work we called front desk it never worked the 4 days we stayed. Pool was out of order half the time we was there. Beds are very firm. Breakfast options could have been better. As far as cleanliness it was perfect. Very convenient. Shopping across the street with food options.

Fantastic facility! Wonderful breakfast and super nice staff. No issues. We went for walks at night and I went alone in the morning--completely safe. Lots of shopping options and restaurants nearby. One downfall is that pool is outside and was not open. No hot tub:( Room was very clean. Shampoo, conditioner and body wash are attached to the wall in the shower. Our body wash was empty, but we easily substituted with shampoo. Highly recommend this hotel if you are in the area!

Very nice stay and easily the best hotel in Collierville. The pool is outside and closed, and one of our rooms still smells like someone had a dog in there for a while. Still, we would return here.

I liked the hotel, however my bathroom was full of hair from prior guest and the chair in the rooms are very uncomfortable. The room needs a comfortable sofa chair or high back accent chair to rest when you don’t want to sit on the bed to watch tv.

This property was in an excellent location. Several awesome restaurants and a huge shopping mall just across the street! The staff was friendly and helpful. The facility was spotless. The beds made our backs hurt, so we will choose another place next time for that reason.

Had reserved a standard king bed room and got a king room with a handicap bathroom. So there was not shower door just a curtain that dint reach the floor. Would have preferred the room that I had booked.

it was the closest hotel to the wedding venue we were going to, and had a breakfast included. The room info said a fridge and microwave were included, but mine had no microwave, so I couldn't heat any soup or my heating pad for a sore back. The road noise was bad, as well as loud adults grouped outside my window at midnight. Had to call front desk to get them to move on somewhere else.

When i went to check in the attendant said, "I have a remix for you," and she went into the office and came out with a piece of paper and then said, "here are your walking papers, you're going over to the Courtyard." And then she pointed out the window to where I would see the other hotel they had moved me to. No explanation. No apologies. Nothing. Then, when I got to the Courtyard they had no reservation for me and looked at me like I was crazy standing there with a fake excuse paper in my hands. Then they put me in a dirty, old, musty, handicap room.

If I could give 6 stars, I would. The hotel is fine: clean, comfy, decent breakfast, all the stuff you want in a hotel. The 6th star would be how helpful the staff was. Several of my friends and I were in a wedding and they selected a less than stellar hotel in town. I went down to the lobby and asked if I could reserve two more rooms for my friends and within 30 minutes we had two more rooms for them at discounted rates for my friends. They even let them check in early. I cannot praise this hotel and the staff enough. If I’m ever in Collierville again, I know where I’ll stay.

Went for a wedding. This was one of the nicest hotels for the price we have stayed in and we teavel alot. Super sweet staff from check in to check out. Quiet clean rooms. Easy access which is what we needed. Sweet town without the hustle and bustle of Memphis. Close enough if you wanted to go to Memphis. Great place. But the staff makes it.

We realized the first morning we were at the hotel that the shower water was cold. My husband asked at the front desk and immediately we were assisted. The shower needed a new part, so they gave us a suite for the rest of our trip.

I booked a king bed room back in May for a mid July stay. I never received a notice that they switched my rooming accommodation prior to our stay, I didn’t even receive a notification when I got my room keys. We found out we had been downgraded to a double queen room when we went up to the room. When I addressed this situation with the night shift worker she acted as though I was a complete bother and told me there was nothing she could do about it. When I asked for some form of compensation to make this right she said she would give a “5000 point voucher with Marriott as an apology”. I looked up the value of this and it was $20! After telling her I wasn’t impressed with this entire situation or the solution I was told “tough”. All of this on top of a messed up AC unit that was loud as hell and struggling all night long. I won’t be back to this location.
