Très bel hotel en général et excellent petit déjeuner. Cependant il fait trop chaud la nuit dans les chambres (manque une climatisation), les fenêtres ne s’ouvrent pas en oscillant battant ce qui est dommage et même dangereux avec des petits enfants. De plus, il est très dommage qu’il n’y ait pas de parking sur place.

Stayed here for just 1 night as we were off to Plopsaland the next day. Really lovely hotel, very clean, the staff were very friendly and helpful too. Parking can be a little tricky, but we managed to get parked in the orange zone which was right outside the hotel. Plus Plopsaland was just 10 mins away, so super convenient!!

We appreciated the very spacious family room, small kids play room and the large choice of breakfast items

Super mooi hotel. Zeer kindvriendelijk, met leuke speelhoek Koffiemachine op de kamer en heel nette kamers. Een minpuntje is dat de frigo niet werkt

The hotel’s location was excellent it was clean, staff was wonderful and helpful. Breakfast was very good and everyone’s needs there was an additional cost but well worth it. Parking was off site but again in a city centrum to be expected and it was a easy walk. Drop off for bags when checking in and out was not difficult. I would recommend this hotel and the town for a long weekend.

Établissement correct mais un accueil froid. Le petit déjeuner est bon et varié. Cependant un peu cher. En revanche, pas de parking. La réceptionniste nous a dit que le stationnement était gratuit le week-end hors ce n'est pas vrai, nous avons eu une amende...pas terrible d'avoir ce genre de cadeau quand on nous certifie que c'est gratuit. Autre bémol, les produits type gel douche ou savon pour les mains étaient vides.

Tout était prévu pour un weekend romantique à La Panne... A l'arrivée un accueil très froid, en tout cas pour les francophones car il était très différent pour d'autres. Il nous a été attribué une chambre dans la partie arrière de l'hôtel, de construction récente. Au lieu d'un lit double nous avons eu 2 lits simples. Après discussions nous avons eu droit à ce que nous avions réservé soit une chambre double. Mais à l'arrivée dans cette chambre (la 121) nous avons eu une (nouvelle) mauvaise surprise : impossible d'entrer dans la salle de bain à cause d'une odeur d'égout assez incroyable ! Retour à l'accueil toujours avec la même réceptionniste toujours aussi peu accueillante qui nous annonce qu'elle ne peut rien y faire. Nous demandons à changer de chambre : le réponse est sans appel : l'hôtel est complet ! Et elle nous annonce que le service de menage n'est plus disponible mais qu'elle va se renseigner. En attendant, retour dans la chambre ou l'odeur devennait de plus en plus forte. Après une quinzaine de minutes nous sommes surpris par de grands coups dans la porte ! C'était toujours la même dame qui est entré pour mettre un peu de produit ménager dans la douche en disant que personnellement elle ne sentait rien de spécial ! Elle est ressorti sans même une formule de politesse en claquant la porte ! J'ai contacté le service client d'hôtel.com et très rapidement une nouvelle chambre nous a été attribuée ! Bizarrement il y en avait plusieurs disponibles !

There is no aircon in the rooms. The windows provided no respite to the heat. ( it was only about 22 degrees outside) but felt like the central heating was turned on and was easily 40 degrees in the room. We noticed that keeping the bathroom door closed helped a little, we think there must be hot water pipes or underfloor heating that is not turned off. It made the evenings and returning to the rooms during the day extremely uncomfortable. Our youngest was physically sick on our last night and we had to leave a note for the cleaners!

We were just passing through with our three kids, and the Continental was the unexpected gem we needed. The family room was perfect with bunks for the kids and separate room for parents. The AC was an added bonus as it was 30 degrees here! La Panne is a beautiful sea town. Wish we had the time to stay for longer.

Hotel was prima, lounge en incheck top! Kamers verouderd…helaas geen airco…aan de zee verwacht ik kamers met airco…buiten dat zeer kleine kamers…

Tellement décevant,l'avant dernier jour nous avons retrouvé notre chambre vidée du shopping que nous avions fait la veille . Après le nettoyage du service, le parfum que j'avais acheté le jour d'avant ,ainsi que les cosmétiques ont tout bonnement disparus. Nous avons appelé de nuit pour avoir plus d'informations, il n'y avait personne à l'accueil On se sentais en insécurité totale . En ce qui concerne le numéro à appeler ( car il n'y a absolument personne le soir à l'accueil !), la personne était désagréable alors que nous avions un besoin urgent car nous avions laissé aussi des effets personnels importants dans ce sac shopping... Nous n'avons pas dormi de la nuit , c'était affreux Il n'y a personne sur place pour nous aider , une personne au téléphone succinct qui dit qu'il ne pas pouvoir nous aider ...et que nous devons attendre le lendemain 7h pour avoir plus d'informations ! Le lendemain matin à 7h...rebelote.. personne n'a vu ce sac... Désobligeant !!

Had to wait about 15 minutes before someone showed up at check in, at 9pm. No excuse from receptionist. quite rude.
