The room was very nice and clean. We had 4 women in our group. We had been at gulf shores for a week. Our property manager overbooked for Friday night and we were told we had to leave even though I had paid for Friday nightl we had to leave. We were VERY disappointed to visit your pool only to find algae in it. I spoke to the front desk and they sent the pool guy out to clean but it didn’t help our situation. I’ve traveled for years and never has I seen visible algae like I witnessed in your pool. Very disappointing for our group!

Great place! Stayed one night traveling home with my hubby and kids. Did workout in gym. Breakfast was great! Front desk gal was awesome! Recommend a great Italian place for us to eat at and it was delicious!! Would go back!!

This was a great hotel, attractive and well maintained, great staff, general manager was present and on top of things, very well managed. Rooms were large and clean, bright and updated. Excellent breakfast that was included. Easy parking, restaurants nearby. We walked to Ruby Tuesday. All this and the price was reasonable. We would definitely stay here again.

The overall stay was good, the gym facilities were adequate for a good little morning workout. The breakfast was good and had a good selection of items. The only reason this gets a 4 instead of a 5 review honestly was I was slightly disappointed with the maid service. We had a room with two queen beds and while we were out enjoying the city the entire day, we came to find only one bed was made. We had plenty of fresh towels and everything else appeared to have been organized and cleaned in the room but only one bed was made.

Give them 4 stars because they let my daughter check in early as her flight was canceled, but I chose the hotel because there was a pool. And the pool was not working. It was green and closed. My granddaughter was disappointed.

I like that there’s an ihop infront of the hotel. The area is nice. Finding parking is great. The staff is nice and friendly and didn’t have an issue checking in with Expedia unlike my other stays.

The check -in staff really nice . Unfortunately the room was dirty, carpet was dirty but most disappointed with bathroom. The bathroom had wall paper around the toilet that looked like urine stains, mold and overall not very clean. Needs attention from management.

I liked the cleanliness first of all. It felt safe, the staff were very kind and helpful, it was an easy process from start to end and I appreciated the room set up. Room 123 is right next to food prep for the breakfast from 6:30-9:30 each morning… so that room is NOT quiet at 5am! That was my only complaint as I’m a light sleeper. The price was just a tad high for not being closer to the beaches, but I’d stay there again for the cleanliness factor.

Hotel was overbooked and had no room available for us after an 16 hour drive with a 3 month old baby. Apparently it was Expedia at fault according to staff. They did call around and found us a more expensive room elsewhere but failed to tell us there was no breakfast included either. Hotel we went to was not even a close comparison to what was booked.

Had to call the hotel to get the lady talking on her cell phone in the office to even get her attention to check in. After driving 13 hours from Texas coming in much later than expected for her to be super rude. Almost as if I bothered her to do her job because she made it known her shift was over in 8 minutes. Not impressed.
