Great stay only bad thing was the bed frame is better than the bed feet kept hitting it

No breakfast in the Morning because Manager apparently did not make it to the Hotel. When asked for immefiate refund the answer was „I cannot do this. I will leave a note hopefully they will then answer you“. Also no coffee available that was not refilled. Poor Customer Service!
