Great Place! We were there for Labor Day Weekend. The staff is friendly, the property is clean and is at a walkable distance to the beach. The only thing is that the ocean view balcony does not have a direct view of the ocean as the property is not near the beach. It is a little bit inside, you would have to walk to the ocean. The property also rents bikes.

We liked the pool, breakfast bar, laundry facilities and proximity to the beach. Lots of dogs in the hotel which was no issue to us, but might be for some. The set up in the king size suite was perfect for us; we didn't want to fight crowds on the 4th to eat out with two kids in tow so we went to Publix in Brunswick and got everything we needed for a eat in celebration. The fridge held all our food and the table, dishwater and dishwasher made it all easy. We enjoyed the easy walk to the beach to watch fireworks.

Spend Father’s Day weekend here, stay was overall good and we enjoyed the breakfast! The pool is probably my favorite thing about this hotel! Only complaint I have but we made it work is the room lay out and size! Not a fan of the bathroom sliding door that didn’t lock

Great hotel, the elevator's inside light was out for our entire stay. Maintenance worked on it on Monday but the light was still out on Tuesday. There was a flashlight inside but didn't light it up enough. Other then that the staff was great, our stay was great. It would be nice if the pool was enclosed but none of the hotels seem to have an indoor pool.

We had a nice time at Home2Suites. We loved the location, was able to bike and walk to many locations very easy, including the beach! Room was spacious but I don’t think the thermostat worked very well, it didn’t get very cool even when it said it was low. Breakfast was just okay, nothing too exciting but we were still happy to have it. Staff was great, very friendly. Gym was also spacious and perfect amount of equipment for a hotel work out. Overall, would come again!

The water from the showerhead was just a trickle, no matter what you set it on. One of the elevators was out of service for the whole week we were there, only left one operational. Other than that. Place was good.

The hotel location in proximity of the place I was visiting was excellent. The staff that I have encountered were very friendly. The suite Im staying in is spacious enough for one or two people comfortably. I do not like the cleanliness of the bathroom sink or shower floor and the curtain separating the bed from the sitting are has a slight odor.

There was mold in the bathroom, dust on the towels and the covers looked very dingy and not very comforting to sleep on. You can tell the room wasn’t cleaned good, there was still residue from whatever on the bathroom toilet. I would not stay here again coming back to Jekyll island. Not many breakfast options either.

The carpets in our room were dirty, and there is no housekeeping unless you request. We didn’t spend much time in the room but to sleep and shower. The beds were comfy and the staff were nice.

Great hotel and in a great location. Just a walk to shops and restaurants. Walking distance to the beach. Great walking and bike trails. Breakfast was excellent. Very spacious eating area. Room was also spacious and the front desk help were friendly and professional.

When we arrived we found that there was a hair in the shower, the floors were sticky, and the dishes may have been wiped out but definitely not washed. However, the manager on duty was quick to correct the problems.

We came in at 2pm and was told our room wouldn't be ready till after 3:00 pm. However, we were able to use the pool area until our room became available which was nice.When we first checked in we had some issues, the TV in living room was not working properly and the hair dryer Plug was broken. They remedied the situation right away. We got back late went straight to bed the next morning I woke up and found a used q-tip and what looked like dog hair in my bed. I called down and requested our bed sheets be changed and was mortified at the thought that our sheets were not changed during the last checkout service. While we were out they came and changed all bedding but did not do a light service. On Sunday woke up to find a small dead roach by the bathroom door. Was not a big deal because whatever spray they used actually killed the roach so I was okay, we're in Florida after all. Breakfast is phenomenal, offering a variety of food. The hotel itself is in good condition, outside area was nice and within walking distance to eateries and shopping. Overall, the stay was great except for the bedsheet incident.

This was our first trip to Jekyll Island. Overall, the hotel was nice, and the staff was pleasant and helpful. As a family of 5 with kids, our favorite amenities were the free breakfast and the swimming pool. The beach is a short walk from the hotel and there is a small shopping/dining village just next to the hotel. The area is quiet and very family friendly. Our only issue was that the wifi was down at the hotel all week. We heard later in the week that the wifi was back up, but we tried on two separate occasions to connect the TV in the room to Netflix and it never worked. The manager was kind enough to give us a credit due to the wifi issue. Overall, we had a nice stay and would recommend this hotel.

Property and staff were amazing. Continental breakfast was great. Our only complaints were for the room itself - we didn't love that there wasn't a lock for the bathroom door (it was a slide door). I know, we're with family, but sometimes you just want some privacy! There also wasn't a safe for the room. One more minor inconvenience - I got in the shower and went to wash my hair, but there was no shampoo in the pump bottle. Other than that, we did enjoy ourselves. Our boys loved the pool!

To be honest it was perfectly acceptable hotel. My one and only issue is the total and complete lack of any water pressure, volume or heat in the shower. You know those miserable kind of gloomy days where the rain just kinda lazily drizzles down on you? That's the shower. Takes about 3 or 4 minutes under lukewarm water just to get your hair wet. You will never, ever get hot water from the shower. Yuck.

Overall, the hotel was clean and well maintained. The rooms are just a tad sterile. The bed was firm but not kind to backs. Lol. The couch was hard and not inviting to sit on for extended periods.

Family friendly hotel close to everything you need in Jekyll. The kids loved the pool. We loved the availability of the small kitchen in the room. Clean shower and beds. Good breakfast. My biggest complaint is how incredibly loud the refrigerator in our room was. It kept me up most of the night who CB, of course, affected the next day’s enjoyment of the island. I probably won’t book again due to this.

When I walked in, Brandon the night attendant didn’t greet me at all. Ok next day, A different attendant wasn’t friendly at all. 3 months ago I had such a good experience.I will not return to this property ever again!! Did not get reserved room type. Front desk clerk was trying to be helpful but manager advised they didn’t have anymore of room type. Didn’t attempt a resolution just sorry this your experience.

Requested an early check-in the day prior, was told I was good to go. Showed up at the property and the associate was very rude and told me I couldn’t check in early. Very disappointed overall and will never stay at this hotel again.

Very impressed with this hotel. First off, all of the staff are amazing. They are friendly and knowledgeable about the area. The hotel is very clean and room was very comfortable. Breakfast has been great. And what a great location! We can walk right out the hotel and walk to so many great spots, including the beach. We definitely picked the right spot to stay.

Everyone was rude except the guy who checked us in & the lady that came in at 8am were the ones who were friendly. I asked the lady who was in the kitchen nicely if there was more syrup and her responce was do you need more than this. I was like forget it then. As much as i paid for my room....almost $300. I would have expected nicer people but i guess she doesn't like her job!!

Great Place! We were there for Labor Day Weekend. The staff is friendly, the property is clean and is at a walkable distance to the beach. The only thing is that the ocean view balcony does not have a direct view of the ocean as the property is not near the beach. It is a little bit inside, you would have to walk to the ocean. The property also rents bikes.

It's a great location, but the Expedia description of it as "Ocean view" is misleading. It's in a parking lot across from the Westin. A smidgen of the ocean is visible, but that's it. The rooms don't have balconies, either. I don't know why I thought they did. But the hotel itself is great.

Likes Rooms Very nice contemporary decor. Liked the carpet, furniture and the sofa that was chosen for the rooms. Also like that the room included a kitchen and is large for a family. Parking While some hotels are greedy and charge guests each day for parking (think Miami) I was happy to see that the parking is free. Location The hotel being located on Jekyll Island with other hotels and near a clean beach was another + for us. Dislikes Price is high at almost $200 & up for one night. Travelocity stated that the room could be paid for at the hotel yet the front desk employee (Brandon) decided to try and hit my card for the payment several hours before my arrival at the hotel.....then proceeded to call my phone at least 6 times from the front desk when the payment didn't go through. How do I know that Brandon called my phone at least 6 times.....he was standing at the front desk on the phone calling me as I walked into the lobby with my phone ringing. Asked him if he is the person calling and he said yes. When the policy is the room to be paid for upon arrival there's no reason for hotel employees to charge the customer card before they arrive or stalk the customer with phone calls. Jekyll Island location While the hotel being located directly on Jekyll Island was a + the surprise of arriving to the island at a toll and seeing that we needed to pay $10-$15 every day is VERY DECEPTIVE! This needs to be stopped immediately..... Breakfast AWFUL!

Our room was large, lovely, and comfortable. This hotel is not on the beach, but we could see the ocean from our room overlooking the pool. Beach was a quick walk away. Every employee we encountered was friendly and helpful. The only complaint I have is that I wish there were more gluten-free options available at breakfast. The only things available were fruit, eggs, or grits (which always carries a risk of cross-contamination, for those with celiac). I would certainly stay here again, though!

The hotel was clean and the staff was very friendly and accommodating. The only bad part of the stay was that breakfast was pretty awful. The waffles were good, but that’s as far as it goes. There were no eggs, the turkey sausage was rubbery, and the yogurt Tasted spoiled.

Service and stuff was excellent the rooms super clean only 2 things that I think could be better bath is very small and the parking lot has not room for all guests I had to park across the street where there is another lot is quite dark and if you need to go back for something to your car we'll you have a little walk.
