Room clean, although a couple of small maintenance issues. hotel facilities are very good. location is a bit remote unless you are needing to be in gift city.

The area around the property is getting built. I went for a conference at Gift city so happened to stay there to avoid travelling back each day for the conference

Very pleasant, friendly staff & helpful. Breakfast is good to provide fresh made dosa, prata, eggs - boiled, scramble or omelette. Walking distance to the nearer open space food courts & a restaurant Terra Rossa. Will come back this hotel for my January business trip.
