トイレ、シャワー室ととてもきれいだった。数も多くて混むことはなかった。キッチンがなく、電子レンジがないところが少し残念だった。駅からは歩いてすぐで、スーパーマーケットも何個か近くにあるので便利だった。

A lot of positive things here. The communal area is huge with space to relax, eat, drink, play games. Cheap and good options to eat and drink here. Location is good, near Norrebro metro station. The bed was very comfy, enough space in the room, but it felt very hot at times. The bathroom and showers area is also huge. My main negative comment would be that the water pressure is way too weak, the rain is sometimes harder.

Very nice staff and people, and great bar/bistro and facilities. My only complaint is the noise late into the night and the music can be heard from the tents some nights and was hard to get to sleep.

Great place and one of the best hostel experiences I've had across a good number of cities. The bedding is high quality and comfortable, and the tent configuration is nice where you are not looking directly across at your neighbors as is common in hostels. Each bed comes with a large locker to use and they sell locks if you do not bring your own. The facility is top notch in general, as far as hostels go. I like having the bathrooms separated so you are not disturbed by others using the facilities while you are trying to sleep. They also have plenty of spacious, private, hot showers so there is never a wait to use one. A basic breakfast is available and it is an excellent value.

Stayed here as a couple for four nights for a trip to Copenhagen. It's really nicely situated by some supermarkets and restaurants and also the metro so you can get to the centre and elsewhere easily and cheaply. The area felt very safe too, we'd walked back from the centre one night just for the walk (about an hour) and it was lovely. The staff were very helpful, we wanted to take a day trip to Sweden and one girl, I can't remember her name, recommended Malmö and told us which apps to download for travel and where to visit. They have happy hour at the bar and food available to buy if you don't wish to leave. The common area is also nice to relax in if you want som chill time. It can get noisy but the quiet hours were 10pm-7am and I had no issues. The bathrooms were always clean which can sometimes be an issue with hostels but this one was great. We had a queen bed tent I believe and had plenty of space and some lockers. They don't come with a lock so If you wish to secure your things, bring one with you but they have lockable ones you can pay for downstairs. Honestly I had a great time and couldn't rate the place better. Thanks!

Es war eine sehr interessante Erfahrung und ein gutes Konzept, aber es gäbe einige Ideen zur Verbesserung. Beispielsweise wäre es schöner gewesen man hätte die Zelte sicherheitshalber abschließen (oder irgendwie absichern) können und wenn es ein Ausleihsystem für die Schlösser der Spinde gegeben hätte. Wir haben leider keine Information vorher dafür gefunden und mussten dann das Schloss voll kaufen für 8€. Die Nachtruhe war für 22 bis 7 vorgesehen, aber es gab keine Kontrollen, dementsprechend kam es oft zu lauteren Situationen.

The concept is very interesting: the rooms look literally like some tents and everywhere is decorated as if you would be in a forest or so. The stuff is super friendly! It is definitely a hostel that stands out. I would really book it again. It is quite warm inside. The toilets are very generous with the space and clean.

Fin og venlig service ved ankomst. Mht. morgenbuffeten ville det være dejligt hvis den inkluderede lidt yougurt naturel. Man kunne godt bruge en ekstra rengøring af bade- toiletområdet i løbet af morgenbadetiden. Dejligt rent og lækkert sengetøj.

Stayed 2 nights. The staff were lovely, so helpful, walked me up to my tent and explained everything very clearly. The bar is a nice place to sit and chill, especially after walking around the city all day! The showers had a terrible smell, like blocked drains or something but the toilets were clean. I was lucky and had lovely, quiet girls in my tent, overall very quiet, I didn't wake up once and that's saying something for a hostel! I would say the area just outside the hostel is a bit rough, lots of homeless and rubbish everywhere, however you're very close to Norrebro Metro and can get to Copenhagen Central, and other parts of the city. I would stay again, thank you 😊

Incredible stay!! Can’t say enough positive things. This is the cleanest hostel I’ve ever stayed in. Even though your in tents it’s a very homey feel. The bathroom are spotless.

The place overall was good! We stayed in one of the 2 rooms on the 2nd floor, The room didn’t have towels or any kind of wardrobe despite having them listed, when I asked for towels the rude girl on reception at the time wanted to charge me despite showing her the listing, The duvet cover had blood or paint on it but I didn’t use it as it was warm in the room. The bathrooms were beyond excellent and were clean everytime I used them. The chill/food area beyond the reception was great to chill in and we spent a few hours passing time and having a drink before departing for the airport. The tents are an excellent idea and appear to work very well with plenty of guests staying in them. The metro is a very short walk to get to the airport or the city. Most of the staff were helpful and friendly.

Want to start off by saying that it was a pretty clean place. It’s very cold during the winter and I came December and they kept it very warm. But, my flight landed at 8am and I was awake for around 24 hours at that point. Check in is at 3 and they make sure to never give you the room UNTIL 3. It was very obvious every tent was empty as very few people stayed at the time. They just didn’t want to let me in even after seeing how drained and exhausted I was. They give me a lock for a locker to store my stuff while I walked around the area and the lock was a use once thing. So it was a $5 USD lock that once I open it I have to pay again. Then the worst part.. I am a solo traveling young female. I specifically requested a female only hostel room and they even repeated it back to me. I only stayed two nights and night one I was lucky enough to be alone (like I said barely anyone stayed). But night 2 .. 3 different men came into my room. 2 men together then another man in the middle of the night. This part had nothing to do with them but I just want to mention for my personal advice if you’ve never done hostels I wouldn’t recommend. 2 of the men stored uncomfortably loud. I didn’t sleep and ended up doing an all nighter leaving the hostel at 4am and getting to the airport 8 hours early. Also just super weird they let men into my room when keep in mind many other rooms were empty. Every single thing you can think of is costly. Not the best but not horrible.

The tent concept is very impressive, the beds were comfortable and bedsheets clean. You can hear sounds from neighbouring tents, but that’s a given knowing you’re basically camping in a room with other people around. Earplugs are available for free though. Staff is very helpful and friendly. Towels are not included, neither a lock to luggage storage in the tent (available to buy in the reception). Overall a good place to stay for few nights.

We booked a double bed and a private bunk room as the double would not accommodate 3 adults as it suggests . Arrived on a Friday and had zero sleep due to the noise in the sleeping areas. There should be better monitoring through the night by staff on duty . Despite having paid for 4 more nights we checked out the next day without any refund ( booked through Expedia) .. if you are a young traveller and want to party this place is a good match . On the plus side we did laundry and the bike rentals were reasonably priced .

Very cool hostel. The bar was cool, the indoor tents were cool, there is easy access to public transportation and it’s very easy to get to/from the airport if you are flying. I would definitely stay here again. The only thing is that you can definitely hear people in other tents, it’s not as quiet as being in a room. But all the guests were very polite and quiet when I stayed, so hopefully that is a sign for how things are most of the time.

Ganske glimrende ophold til prisen, gode muligheder for at komme rund i København fra stedet, dog kunne man god have brugt aircondition eller mulighed for at åbne er vindue da teltet var meget varmt at sove i, elsker i øvrigt telt konceptet

I only stayed two nights and night one I was lucky enough to be alone (like I said barely anyone stayed). But night 2 .. 3 different men came into my room. 2 men together then another man in the middle of the night. This part had nothing to do with them but I just want to mention for my personal advice if you’ve never done hostels I wouldn’t recommend. 2 of the men stored uncomfortably loud. I didn’t sleep and ended up doing an all nighter leaving the hostel at 4am and getting to the airport 8 hours early. Also just super weird they let men into my room when keep in mind many other rooms were empty. Every single thing you can think of is costly. Not the best but not horrible.

The tent concept is very impressive, the beds were comfortable and bedsheets clean. You can hear sounds from neighbouring tents, but that’s a given knowing you’re basically camping in a room with other people around. Earplugs are available for free though. Staff is very helpful and friendly. Towels are not included, neither a lock to luggage storage in the tent (available to buy in the reception). Overall a good place to stay for few nights.

We booked a double bed and a private bunk room as the double would not accommodate 3 adults as it suggests . Arrived on a Friday and had zero sleep due to the noise in the sleeping areas. There should be better monitoring through the night by staff on duty . Despite having paid for 4 more nights we checked out the next day without any refund ( booked through Expedia) .. if you are a young traveller and want to party this place is a good match . On the plus side we did laundry and the bike rentals were reasonably priced .

Stayed here as a couple for four nights for a trip to Copenhagen. It's really nicely situated by some supermarkets and restaurants and also the metro so you can get to the centre and elsewhere easily and cheaply. The area felt very safe too, we'd walked back from the centre one night just for the walk (about an hour) and it was lovely. The staff were very helpful, we wanted to take a day trip to Sweden and one girl, I can't remember her name, recommended Malmö and told us which apps to download for travel and where to visit. They have happy hour at the bar and food available to buy if you don't wish to leave. The common area is also nice to relax in if you want som chill time. It can get noisy but the quiet hours were 10pm-7am and I had no issues. The bathrooms were always clean which can sometimes be an issue with hostels but this one was great. We had a queen bed tent I believe and had plenty of space and some lockers. They don't come with a lock so If you wish to secure your things, bring one with you but they have lockable ones you can pay for downstairs. Honestly I had a great time and couldn't rate the place better. Thanks!

Um hostel muito bacana. Quarto limpo, confortável, banheiros espaçosos, só precisam limpar mais vezes ao dia. Café da manhã bem simples, porém bom. Única queixa, são os hóspedes que não tem respeito sobre o horário de silêncio ( determinado pelo hostel a partir das 22h) muitos hóspedes mal educados. Es war eine sehr interessante Erfahrung und ein gutes Konzept, aber es gäbe einige Ideen zur Verbesserung. Beispielsweise wäre es schöner gewesen man hätte die Zelte sicherheitshalber abschließen (oder irgendwie absichern) können und wenn es ein Ausleihsystem für die Schlösser der Spinde gegeben hätte. Wir haben leider keine Information vorher dafür gefunden und mussten dann das Schloss voll kaufen für 8€. Die Nachtruhe war für 22 bis 7 vorgesehen, aber es gab keine Kontrollen, dementsprechend kam es oft zu lauteren Situationen.

Stayed 2 nights. The staff were lovely, so helpful, walked me up to my tent and explained everything very clearly. The bar is a nice place to sit and chill, especially after walking around the city all day! The showers had a terrible smell, like blocked drains or something but the toilets were clean. I was lucky and had lovely, quiet girls in my tent, overall very quiet, I didn't wake up once and that's saying something for a hostel! I would say the area just outside the hostel is a bit rough, lots of homeless and rubbish everywhere, however you're very close to Norrebro Metro and can get to Copenhagen Central, and other parts of the city. I would stay again, thank you 😊

Very cool hostel. The bar was cool, the indoor tents were cool, there is easy access to public transportation and it’s very easy to get to/from the airport if you are flying. I would definitely stay here again. The only thing is that you can definitely hear people in other tents, it’s not as quiet as being in a room. But all the guests were very polite and quiet when I stayed, so hopefully that is a sign for how things are most of the time.

A lot of positive things here. The communal area is huge with space to relax, eat, drink, play games. Cheap and good options to eat and drink here. Location is good, near Norrebro metro station. The bed was very comfy, enough space in the room, but it felt very hot at times. The bathroom and showers area is also huge. My main negative comment would be that the water pressure is way too weak, the rain is sometimes harder.

A very great hostel in a great neighbourhood! I really liked the tent-concept and my bed was comfortable. The staff was very friendly and the bar/common area was a great space to hang out (especially for happy hours). The facilities were well looked after and quite clean though the bathroom was sometimes smelling (but you could tell it was cleaned multiple times during the day). Only reason I can't give 5 stars is the missing kitchen, which is a huge bummer fo anyone travelling on a budget.

Best hostel in Copenhagen! I love to come here. Great people and great setup for a hostel. The bedding is nice and of high quality. Breakfast is not fancy, but that's fine because it is an excellent value. The hostel is very convenient to the Norrebro Metro, S-Tog trains, and numerous bus lines. One of my favorite things here is the nice bathrooms and spacious showers -- which are centrally located so there is never a wait to use them, and the noise is away from where you sleep.

There should be a quiet hour enforced in the morning - a lady in the tent next to mine was always speaking very loudly at 8am. The paper towels would often run out in the evenings which made it difficult to wash your face.

Cancellation Policy:
Non-refundable reservations
Payment will be charged on the day the reservation is made.
The reservation is non-refundable under all circumstances.
The total reservation amount will be charged if the booking is cancelled at any time.
Flexible/Standard reservations
Reservations must be cancelled at least 48 hours before the scheduled arrival date to receive a full refund.
If cancelled less than 48 hours before arrival, the full reservation amount will be charged.
In the event of a no-show without prior notice, the full reservation amount will be charged, and the reservation will be cancelled.

If you expect to arrive late or after midnight, please let us know by email in advance.
Breakfast:
Breakfast is available daily from 07:00–10:00.
Our breakfast buffet includes freshly baked bread, butter, two types of jam, two types of cheese, salami, ham, yoghurt, fresh fruit, muesli, juice, water, and one filter coffee or tea.
Payment:
Standard reservations are charged 48 hours prior to the arrival date.
General:
Taxes included.
Bed linen and WiFi included.
Lockers are available in the tents. Please bring your own padlock or purchase one at reception.
The hostel is non-smoking.

Urban Camper Hostel is an adults-only hostel.
Guests must be 18 years or older to stay at the hostel.
Shared Dormitories:
To preserve the social backpacker atmosphere of our shared dormitories, these rooms are reserved for guests aged 18–40 years (inclusive).
This policy applies to all new reservations made for stays from 1 January 2027 onwards.
Guests aged 41 years or older are welcome to book one of our private rooms or private tents.
If a reservation for a shared dormitory is made by a guest who does not meet the age requirements, Urban Camper reserves the right to:
-offer an available private room at the applicable rate
-cancel the reservation if no suitable alternative accommodation is available.
