自然に囲まれた場所併設されている道の駅、延命の湯など楽しめました。施設内の中華レストランもリーズナブルな価格ながら美味しく頂けました。延命の湯の露天は熱くて気持ちよかったです。内風呂も源泉掛け流しでいいお湯でした。スタッフ野ホスピタリティもとても良いと思います。

定宿のホテルが改装中のため初めて利用しました。飲食宿泊業の基本であるクリンリネスは徹底されていて、しっかり管理されていると思います。また足が大きい人向けに特大スリッパが用意されている点は気配りを感じました。しかし、前日に泊まった全国チェーンのビジネスホテルと比べてもガッカリする点が多くて、総合評価としては低くなりました。ガッカリポイントは以下の通りです。・夕方６時過ぎのチェックイン時、受付には専任担当者が不在で、受付にあるベルを鳴らすと、事務室から事務担当思しき男性が現れてチェックイン対応・歯みがき用カップが紙コップ・自宅なら間違いなく追い焚きボタンを押しているだろうと思われる、宿泊者専用浴場のお湯のぬるさ・20年以上昔に建てられた為か部屋のコンセントが少ない。・喫煙スペースが館外（通常は館内に専用の喫煙スペースを設置）・ビジホですら朝食バイキングが珍しくない今では希少なオマケレベルのプリセット朝食。随所に人手不足とコスト削減が見え隠れして、会社の宿泊者軽視が感じられました。クリンリネスがしっかりしているので☆３つにしましたが、コスパの観点だと☆１つです。このホテルが建てられた当時は近隣にこのようなシティホテルタイプの宿泊施設は殆どなく、それなりに価値もあったのかもしれませんが、今となっては宿泊施設としての相対的バリューは大きく下がっていると思わざるを得ません。仮に料金が半額でもここはパスだな、というのが実感です。

There are a lot of clutter in the hotel lobby, which makes it feel messy. The hotel looks a bit old, though it is clean. I arrived at the hotel after 10 o'clock at night. When I entered the door, I couldn't see the check-in counter. I went to a counter on the right. There was a card showing “ 百名湯認定証 ”, and add water room “加湯室” was behind the counter. I was about to search everywhere I could in the hotel, when suddenly I saw a man at the far end of the left side, so I chased after him and asked if he was a hotel staff. It turned out that the checkin counter was on the left, and I turned the wrong direction and went to the right. I was indeed frightened at that time when I couldn’t see anybody. Checkin was smooth with the help of the staff. If I haven’t been to the wrong direction, everything would be fine. The breakfast is delicious, and it is a semi-self-service style. Milk, rice, miso soup, bread, tea, etc. are all available for self-service. The mountain view from the restaurant is great.

フロントの対応はとても良い。すぐ隣に道の駅、ホテル内に中華レストランがあり、味も美味です。1階にあるお食事処は内容の割には値段が高い。隣にあるパワースポット温泉に無料利用できる。宿泊者専用の温泉もあります。レイトチェックインでしたが快く対応頂けました。乗馬で小淵沢に頻繁に行くので、これからも利用したいと考えています。

There are a lot of clutter in the hotel lobby, which makes it feel messy. The hotel looks a bit old, though it is clean. I arrived at the hotel after 10 o'clock at night. When I entered the door, I couldn't see the check-in counter. I went to a counter on the right. There was a card showing “ 百名湯認定証 ”, and add water room “加湯室” was behind the counter. I was about to search everywhere I could in the hotel, when suddenly I saw a man at the far end of the left side, so I chased after him and asked if he was a hotel staff. It turned out that the checkin counter was on the left, and I turned the wrong direction and went to the right. I was indeed frightened at that time when I couldn’t see anybody. Checkin was smooth with the help of the staff. If I haven’t been to the wrong direction, everything would be fine. The breakfast is delicious, and it is a semi-self-service style. Milk, rice, miso soup, bread, tea, etc. are all available for self-service. The mountain view from the restaurant is great.
