Pool was very dirty and Jacuzzi was not working. Not properly maintained.

We had to check in twice because the first room was still dirty from the previous guest. It looked like someone had their period all over the side of the bed. The second room was just as dirty. It had also not been cleaned after the previous guest. Most of the windows on the back of the building were broken or missing the screens. The hallways looked like they hadn’t been vacuumed in weeks. The back door was missing the security fob so anyone could walk in the building. Near the managers sleeping quarters(?) it smelled strongly of smoke. Two unhoused men were having a bbq in the parking lot. The pool had been condemned by the health department! Across the street was some kind of rave event from 1992. The music was so loud! The men at the front desk looked like they had a rough night out partying and just arrived home. Hair disheveled, shirt dull, dirty and untucked. I could not make this up. We left and drove another hour to get as far away from that hell hole as possible.

The hot tub didn't work and the pool was literally green. The spigot in the bathtub had a 2" gap from the wall and smelled. The water control handle just fell off. They agreed to cancel and refund my second night but ended up taking more money from my account. Then attempted to take more money out basically double charging me. The manager Neil was rude, condescending and completely unhelpful. He shouldn't be in the hospitality business. I had to drive back to the property 4 times because no one ever answers the phone there. Worst experience of my life. Avoid this hotel at all cost.

The pool was very dirty

Hotel was dirty, floors and walls stained, it seemed like one maid for entire hotel cleaning and cooking breakfast, exterior doors were broken. Felt like people were living on first floor, broken down cats in parking lot

Waited to get checked in about 10 minutes. I called the hotel number to have someone check us in. (Reception area alone a lot) Breakfast was very limited… no eggs only sausage links and toast (both days we were there). One of my concerns while staying there was that the back door was left open and unattended, literally anyone could walk into the hotel. Hot tub and pool area were not well maintained. Personal not pleasant at all.

The room was clean, the tv remote did not work. I had to go to the desk to get a second remote which also did not work, when i complained i was told to use the bomuttons on the tv. Thw wifi also did not work. The room security lock didnot work, in fact it was missing. The public areas were filthy and the security door to the parking lot was broken and propted open with a n aluminum can so you could getvin and out. We had to go to the desk to get freash towels. And the room was not serviced the entire 4 days we were there. I will never book with Quailty inn ever again. The staff was also very rude and dismissive of our complaints.

Pool had trash floating around. Spa only half filled and unusable. Doors to outside were not secure.

When you go into the lobby it doesn't look presentable. Once I got the room key, I didn't have to use it at the door as it didn't lock. The first room didn't have the door latch. Upon complain as I was staying alone, front desk said all room were like that and that is why there's a deadbolt. But once I got a different room that one did have the latch. But there were no towels in the room. It wasn't the cleanest ether.

The carpet was dirty the room smell and there was cockroaches

Our room was absolutely filthy. We don't have high expectations generally but this was beyond ridiculous. There was a used eyelash strip on the hand towel bar, pieces of dog food on the floor, drips of something on the headboard and walls, used towels on the balcony and dirty splotches all Over the tiles. The sink and the shower didn't drain, SO GROSS! Do not book here.

Dirty, unfriendly/unprofessional service. Breakfast was not breakfast. No one at the front desk for help when needed. No toilet paper or tissue upon arriving in my ‘cleaned’ room. Makeup on the pillow cases (disgusting). Never gonna stay here again. I would rather pay $50 dollars more a night at a decent hotel.

This hotel was DIRTY. Stained sheets, stained walls and littered hallways. Putrid odor in the stairwell leading outside. The lock on the door to the parking lot was broken and the indoor stairwell smelled putrid.

Do not stay here unless you want to be sleeping with bedbugs. Hallways smelled and it was very unclean

Absolutely terrible hotel. Pictures are not accurate. Run down in every way. Debris in stairwells, litter surrounding entry. Disappointing breakfast offerings, broken hot tub and sad looking pool. Rooms didn't appear vacuumed at all, sheets and towels were stained. Speaking of towels, only 1 or 2 offered per room and it was difficult to get more. We stayed nights (paid for 3, but left after 2 because it was so bad -without a refund). Stayed in 4 different rooms and all were bad. Dirty walls, old moldy looking tubs and bathroom outlets that didn't work. It is close to the ballpark, but not worth your health or safety. Stay somewhere else! Hotels.com should be ashamed to have them on their site.

In need of a cleaning, carpets were filthy, in room and hallways. Cockroaches in my room, walls stained, desk, sinks, table were not cleaned off. Only one towel to dry off. Door leading to parking lot broken so was left open with a rock. TV remote missing, AC unit didn't work so it was unplugged, went to plug it in and started to smoke fire hazards. Manager walked over debris in hallway never picked it up. One good thing... No bed bugs but heard chewing sounds coming from the walls. Manager was never around. Horrible stay. Was supposed to check out Sunday 10/19, after seeing the roaches I left Saturday afternoon. Never will I stay there again. The company needs to close this place and give it a good cleaning and new management. I want my money back.

Room was dirty, had lots of mosquitoes and small roaches

This was the most unsanitary place that I’ve ever experienced there was feces smeared on the wall and curtain and the staff wasn’t concerned about it at all. They basically ignored our complaints and we were forced to leave and find another place to stay.

This hotel is NOTHING like advertised. Very sketchy! The reception area is a complete mess. Behind the counter is stacks of papers and clutte at least a foot fully covering the counter. There is plastic shields (like COVID-19 style) between guest and worker. There are papers on the plastic that are falling off. Card was handed to me and room was called out. I wasn’t asked for anything and didn’t sign anything. Went through a side door that was unlocked. Possible homeless or camping people just sitting outside in lawn chairs in the grass next to the door. Stair way has not been cleaned in probably over 10 years. Upon arrival to the room it was disgusting! Appliances missing. Phone did not work, tv did not work, remote didn’t even have batteries. Things looked like they were pulled from the wall or table. Very dirty! Walls, sheets, floor, curtains, tables, etc… very dirty. Bent cards/cardboard found behind the headboard, shower dirty and broken. Basically everything broken. Dirty hand towel just balled up on top of the microwave under top of counter. Took a video and went back down to the front. Staff was put off and asked “what was it dirty or something?” I said yes and nothing like the advertised. I showed him the video. He was like “oh, you want a different room?” DO NOT STAY HERE. Very Dirty and UNSAFE!

This hotel/motel used to be functional and economical for quick stays. It is now a complete disaster. The pool/spa area is closed. The bathroom is disgusting. The shower/bath was working but broken and potentially dangerous. Locks on the room door were broken. No screens on the windows. The WiFi was spotty at best. Stay Away from this hotel/motel.

The room was a little run down curtains all torn. There was no hot water in the shower. No one answers the number on the hotel website very bad service.

My room's entry card reader only worked intermittently - the front desk supplied 4 different cards, 3 of which did not work, and the 4th only worked after inserting the card 10 times. The nightstand had a pool of some viscuous, sticky substance on top. The shower took a full 5 minutes of running water before it was warm enough to shower.

Service was nice. Room was awful. Very hot day and no A/C unit. Hole in the bathroom door. Staff said to contact Orbitz and let them know they are offering a 20% discount

My room had holes like someone punched the wall and smelled like a sleazy motel...definitely not a family friendly place. Felt dirty even after a shower.

You get what you pay for I guess. Check in was simple but I was only given one card and no directions to get to the room. I wasn't given the wifi code. I was able to ask and get the wifi code but it never worked properly so I just used my phone as a hotspot. The stair well leading up to our room smelled like a homeless person was lingering in there. there were cigarettes butts and ashes of the cigarettes all over the stair well. This stair well never got cleaned for the two nights we stayed there because the cigarette butts were still in the same place. I was asking myself if this place would be safe for myself and my daughter because the stair well just seemed like no one cared and that there might be a bum lingering around. once we got in the room it seemed ok but taking a closer look I found dirt and crumbs in the drawer with a stained bible. my room was a smoke free room but I found a torch, a half burned cigarette, and a joint roach on the balcony. The only reason I picked this place was because it is right across the street from the Sports center for my daughter's soccer tournament. So it was conveniently located for events that are thrown there. I wouldn't recommend this place if you need a clean space that makes you and your family feel safe.

Hallways and stairways looked like they haven't been vacuumed for a couple weeks. Chicken bones on stairs! Was told vending machine was on first floor. Coins kept falling through so I used a $5 bill for a $3 soda and never got any change. When I went to front desk, no offer to return $2, only told not to use the vending machine after being told where they are! Front desk clerk was not welcoming at all, like he hated his job, better off using a robot! This place should be named POOR Quality Inn.

They have no elevator so I have to carry my luggages up the stairs. The receptionist person wasn’t there when I came to check in my hotel at 11pm. I have to call and waited for a while for someone to come out.

There was hardly anyone at front desk.

I got there at 730 pm . turns out, they didn't have a reservation for me. They were fully booked. I had to drive two hours home to turn around and drive back in the morning. very frustrating

Terrible. Just terrible. I booked at hotels.com for a king bed room. Upon arriving I was told they weee out of king bed rooms and I could have a 2 queen bed room for the same price or I could upgrade to the "suite" for $20. After that shake down I proceeded to my room. The garbage inside and outside of this place is disgusting. Garbage cans over flowing. The floors are stained throughout the hallways and had obviously not seen a vacuum in some time. The room was clean however, the smoke alarm was covered with a plastic bag and the peep hole was stuffed with a tissue. I tried to get a soda out of the vending machine and it did not work. I cannot express to you how filthy this hotel is. Stay somewhere else!

I checked in, then walked to the room and immediately asked for a refund because of the drug addicts living in the hallways, the "working people" meandering through the facility, and "business transactions" in the parking lot. The desk manager told me it wasn't his problem and all of America is full of drugs. He said to contact Expedia to get my money back. Please advise all guests to stay away from this facility.

the worker was rude and not helpful the night I checked in. He was a young guy and didn't want to respond to my request that I already pre-paid for the room. He stated"They didn't send us the money, so you have to pay". He began to walk out after telling me this. He was not at the desk when i arrived and it felt like I was inconvenienced him by checking in.

I was hesitant when reading all of the low reviews, and I thought it couldn't really be that bad. I was wrong. Upon check in nobody was at the front desk, I had to call a number. Once the guy showed up he simply asked for the name on my reservation. No ID or anything like that. He seemed in a rush to get back to whatever he was doing before I called. Very unprofessional. Throughout the hotel it seemed like none of the carpets had been vacuumed in weeks. They were covered in trash, moldy old pieces of food, everything you can imagine. The room wasn't much better. When I walked in I was immediately overwhelmed by an overpowering scent of what smelled like a can of Clorox disinfecting spray. I wouldn't be surprised if that was the only thing the housekeepers used to clean the room. There was trash and old food throughout, cigarette burns on the bedding, and the bed was extremely uncomfortable. Oh and the free breakfast is a joke. I came in at 7:30, an hour after it was supposed to be open and they had just finished stocking the food. I have no idea how it took them that long to open the breakfast because the only food they had was a vase of cheap orange juice, bread, waffle batter, and cereal. Overall I felt the staff did the absolute least amount of work they could. Do not stay here. Terrible service and cleanliness. I would like a refund. This quality of service deserves a free price tag, and should not be under the Quality Inn & Suites name. What a shame.

The staff was annoyed with us at checkin. We were given a room that a family was already in. When I went back to the front desk he was more annoyed and then said I didn’t listen when he told me the room number. The rooms were disgusting with women’s hair everywhere in the bathroom. The pictures did not match the reality of the Quality Inn.

Great price and good location.

This place is disgusting. The rooms are not being cleaned properly. There were no blankets on our bed, no shampoo, etc. The while place smells. Do yourself a favor and stay away. This place has one thing going for it - it is conveniently located across from the soccer fields. That said, if you're coming for a tournament, stay down the street and drive. I'd rather sleep in my car.

Hotel is located in a great area. Although our stay was “peaceful” there were a few things that were upsetting. For instance, we didn’t have a working toilet and although we asked for someone to come check it out, no one came. With a family and little ones, it was frustrating! Going upstairs from the side door looks a little dirty and outdated. But it was nothing too crazy. Sliding door in rooms are locked so can’t open them. Ac worked great!

Close to the freeway and a very quiet neighborhood.

It is right across from Morgan hill sports complex. Perfect location if you are traveling to tournaments at sports complex. Make sure to take your own toiletries, beds were comfy and breakfast was filling. It could have been cleaner, some of the walls looked filthy and needed to be wiped down. They should tear out old carpet and put new flooring. Some cosmetic repairs are needed but overall it was not bad for a short notice stay.

From the moment I go inside hotel service was not good at all…. No one at front desk had to ring bell then someone from the back yells can I help you without coming out instead.. So I say I got a reservation and I want to see to check in early. Took him 5 minutes to come out. Said there was a $25 fee which was fine. I was given no receipt for the fee or hotel reservation . Got my key went to room. Then saw my bank app and he charged me $30 instead of $25 he said. Key didn’t open side or back doors to enter building we had to hold door with the mats. Had balcony window but screen was broken off so no point of opening it. Breakfast was horrible service seems like they put out the minimum and when it was gone they didn’t replenish it when breakfast hours where still open. I saw several families walk out after asking if there was breakfast and they took there time to replenish or said they ran out. All we had was toast on our stay. So overall I wasn’t happy with the stay. Won’t stay there again

The room was ghetto. Missing coffee filter, only three pillows, one towel set, AC unit didn’t cool down room, screen off window, shower curtain had stain on it, shower towel mat had a rip, blanket was ripped and stuff was coming out, no one came by to clean our room while we were gone. Breakfast was a joke, all they had were waffles,slices bread, cereal and banana’s. The orange juice was watered down/ coffee was nasty no type of protein was offered. I’ve been to other quality stays this is by far the worst one, Ever.

The breakfast was good the first morning. The second day there was no eggs. Place could be more cleaner. The bathroom fan could be quieter.

Hotel is very outdated. We thought it’d be nicer since it’s across the street from the soccer complex and lots of traveling teams play there. We were wrong. Pictures are not what it looks like. Went to breakfast and were offered bagels or bananas with spoiled milk. Worst hotel breakfast experience.

The breakfast was poor. Most things were unavailable. E.g., there was a serving plate labelled eggs, but there were none. The server said they don't have it. The water for tea/coffee was lukewarm. We asked to use the microwave to heat it. The microwave didn't work well. There were 3 in our party, but they only gave us towels and toiletries for 2. We have stayed in other Quality Inns many times before and have always found them comfortable, with good rooms and a good-quality breakfast. Not this one.

The workers there were nice and my review does not reflect on them as individuals. However, the hotel itself is in a state of disrepair. The pool is marked by the state as unusable due to water chemistry, yet kids were still swimming in it. A hole in the wall of the stairwell appeared during our stay. There is a lot of trash outside the building that was never taken care of. It was very easy for people to prop the doors open leaving it not very secure. The hallways look like they are never vacuumed, but the rooms were clean enough for our two night stay. An earwig did come out of the Kleenex box under the sink. The breakfast was eggs, sausage, bananas, apples, and the standard waffle maker.

The staff was amazing. They were able to get us extra blankets a few extra pillows they made our stay very welcoming. The room was clean. We didn’t have any issues in the room at all. If I had any little negative point, it could be that there could’ve been more hot breakfast, rather than just the cereals and milk.
