One bedroom suite booked. Sofa bed in sitting room. Spacious. V clean with new decor. Used washing machine. Easy to use. Good soundproof quality. Plenty of storage. One downside: not enough parking spaces. Needed to park on street right outside hotel (allowed between 7 pm to 7 am the next day). Husband then got up around 6:30 n parked our car back into hotel’s compound once after a car left. Otherwise the stay was perfect

Everything was fine except very displeasing firealarms, two weekly exercices, two toaster alerts, one at six a.m during our 17 nights stay. Besides, our apartment hotel was very cosy, quiet, and the staff mostly serviceable. Mentions to Clarence, Izzi, Emmanuella and Jasmine for small details. Bravo.

On the first day, a terrible observation that one used condom had been found in new bath towels. I tried to report to Management and waited for the results. They refunded me one day's rent as an apology but still had trauma in my head.

Nice area. Close to the high street, a few restaurants and train station. I strongly dislike that there is no natural light in the suite based on the way the rooms are designed. The windows face out to an exterior wall corridor and you can’t even see the sky or skylight. We don’t know if it’s sunny or cloudy outside. You can’t open your curtains completely because the exterior wall corridor has everyone else’s windows facing yours and no privacy. Our living area is very dark during day hours (like if it was night time outside) and you must have on the interior lights. It’s dingy and depressing, like being in a dungeon! Rooms are only cleaned every 8 days, I was told by reception. That’s a huge inconvenience also to not have the suite vacuumed, bed linens changed, etc. for more than a week.

I stayed for 2 weeks for a business trip and I found very suspicious traces in the room, on the floor, of a reddish dried tint. Best case some food sauce, worst case dried blood. Anyway, I asked for a room change. The second room had leftover milk in the fridge. I don’t need to explain what may happen with leftover milk, assuming that the white liquid was indeed milk, since this may be a biohazard. Indeed salmonella can develop rapidly. Otherwise the rooms are quite spacious.

We really loved the apartment. It was big, clean and beautiful. It had everything we would need and more. The only thing I would like it to have is a window or better air vent in the bathroom. The breakfast was great and we really enjoyed our staying.

When I complained about it (given the price of the room) I was told "everyone complains about this, but it's a safety light". If everyone is complaining about it, you should put this in the room description "bring your own eye sleepwear, otherwise you will be kept awake every night". It's just not good enough. The room was also meant to be cleaned on day 7 - they made the bed and changed the towels. No cleaning done or dishwasher emptied. Otherwise, it's close to transport, restaurants and shops.

Really nice apartment, very well stocked, big and comfortable. Great location yards from the station and quiet at night. They are inflexible on date changes, unlike almost every other place I stay in, but other than that I would stay here again

This was our first time here...accommodation was excellent and included all of the essentials and a few nice extras (washing machine, 3 in 1 microwave, grill/microwave/fan assisted oven, nexpresso machine)....staff were very pleasant and helpfull (they went out of their way on several occasions. Opening doors etc)...we stayed for 14 nights and every member of staff that i encountered during that time,from management to cleaning staff greeted me with a good morning/ hello and a smile......We will definitely stay here again.

The hotel experience is average with friendly staff. The AC/heating system is my biggest issue. Other than that, pretty spacious for what you pay for. 6/10 experience.

Stayed in double bed appartment. The bed was one of the most comfortable beds i have slept in. Very comfortable. The room was well appointed with cooking, crockery and cutlery. The appartment was 5 minutes walk from Sutton station plus well appointed shopping area. No problems staying there again!!

Excellent location and staff are very friendly. Thanks Asman for the big help on my check out with loads of luggages. I stayed for 3 weeks in between moving houses and enjoyed the welcoming atmosphere with smiley faces. Thank you for making my stay a happy one!:)

Had 5 nights here and was 100% happy. Had an issue with the washing machine but the manager and Danielle were fantastic. Danielle washed my clothes and dried them for me and also gave me a complimentary breakfast for the inconvenience. Walking distance to train, bus stations, grocery and plenty of shops to buy from. Plenty of eating places as well. Would I stay again, definitely.

Our living area is very dark during day hours (like if it was night time outside) and you must have on the interior lights. It’s dingy and depressing, like being in a dungeon! Rooms are only cleaned every 8 days, I was told by reception. That’s a huge inconvenience also to not have the suite vacuumed, bed linens changed, etc. for more than a week.
Nice area. Close to the high street, a few restaurants and train station. I strongly dislike that there is no natural light in the suite based on the way the rooms are designed. The windows face out to an exterior wall corridor and you can’t even see the sky or skylight. We don’t know if it’s sunny or cloudy outside. You can’t open your curtains completely because the exterior wall corridor has everyone else’s windows facing yours and no privacy. Really nice apartment, very well stocked, big and comfortable. Great location yards from the station and quiet at night. They are inflexible on date changes, unlike almost every other place I stay in, but other than that I would stay here again

Stayed in double bed appartment. The bed was one of the most comfortable beds i have slept in. Very comfortable. The room was well appointed with cooking, crockery and cutlery. The appartment was 5 minutes walk from Sutton station plus well appointed shopping area. No problems staying there again!!

This hotel is conveniently located next to Metro station. Restaurants and cafes with delicious food around the area within walking distance. Staff welcomed us with a smile and were kind, friendly and very accommodating.

Had 5 nights here and was 100% happy. Had an issue with the washing machine but the manager and Danielle were fantastic. Danielle washed my clothes and dried them for me and also gave me a complimentary breakfast for the inconvenience. Walking distance to train, bus stations, grocery and plenty of shops to buy from. Plenty of eating places as well. Would I stay again, definitely.

It was just far from everything. We had to take long train rides everywhere and the taxi ride from Heathrow was $200. The facility was great, really nice actually, but the cost of transport to and from made it less worth the discounted price.

We really loved the apartment. It was big, clean and beautiful. It had everything we would need and more. The only thing I would like it to have is a window or better air vent in the bathroom. The breakfast was great and we really enjoyed our staying.

Second time staying at this property. Standards dont seem as high as the last time I stayed,but that is understandable as the standards were very high last time.we still had a very enjoyable stay and would definitely recommend this hotel to others.if I was to make any complaints they would be trivial and not worth mentioning here...apart from regarding the breakfast.If it comes with you room then it is perfectly adequate, however, dont purchase as an add on or I suspect you will be very disappointed.

The apartment was very comfortable and well equipped, clean and new. It even had a washing machine! The parking was convenient and also the location, in a neighbourhood with all sorts of ameneties and very close to a train station with direct links into London.

I usually commute between Northampton and London for work but there was a strike on so I needed a base to wait it out. Finding it: tricky at first because it's in a building with lots of other businesses and you have to look for the sign. Only a five minute walk from the station. Close to the high street which is well served with shops and places to eat. Staff are very friendly and helpful. I had a little accident in my room and the member of staff was very caring and offered the first aid kit for a dressing. Room was very clean, bathroom is small but had everything I needed. Kitchen was a bit under equipped, so two bread knives but no smaller knives to cut vegetables. A strainer spoon would have been useful too. It took me a while to realise that there was a combi oven installed. Three regular tea bags provided, I will probably bring my own in future! Will bring my own pillows too. Hotel in general is a bit bashed about, need some polyfilla and paint! Can't comment on the restaurant or bar because I ate in my room. Overall, good! Would probably return!

Frühstück gut, Sauberkeit gut, ruhige Lage trotz Strasse. Gut erreichbar mit dem Zug und Bus. Personal freundlich und hilfsbereit. Küche funktioniert, wir hatten sogar waschen können! Sehr gut.
