We highly rated this hotel. We stayed in the Junior Suite on level 9 and it was modern, near new, spacious and extremely clean. The bathroom design was really practical with twin basins outside the bathroom. The luggage rack is poorly designed. The location was excellent and the free parking and breakfast were a bonus. We enjoyed the pool, although it was quite small and lacking in sun loungers (only 4 which were all occupied). You have to walk through reception/bar area and there are no robes provided. The pool surrounding was dangerously slippery when wet (very smooth tiles).

The hotel was very modern and it took a little time for us as seniors to get use to the modern aspects. However once this was accomplished with the help of the cheerful staff. It was very comfortable. The breakfast was great, the outside and pool area were adequate and we enjoyed utilizing it. Lots of restaurants in area, very walkable. Great experience.

É um hotel bom , quarto é pequeno , a pia fica no quarto pq chuveiro separado em sala com vidro que ilumina o quarto . Café é bom , completo sem variações , pessoal solícito e educado. Limpeza não é muito forte , pedi para limpar o chão por causa da minha bebê . Trocam as roupas de cama com frequência . Perto do Costanera . Bairro bom é cheio de restaurantes . Forneceu berço arrumado para bebê .

Travesseiro pessimo, limoeza do quarto diaria limitada a forrar a cama, o cafe da manha e bem ruim, o croissant deveria deixar de ser oferecido, nunca ci algo tao duro, nao é croissant. Se ascende a luz do banheiro a noite todos acordam porque a divisiria e de vidro. A equipe é simpática….

1. die Zimmereinrichtung ist unpraktisch: keine schränke, die Fenster lassen sich nicht öffnen, wodurch man dem abnormalen Rauchgeruch im Zimmer nicht durch Lüften entgegenwirken konnte 2. die Klimaanlage war kaputt, wodurch Wasser ausgetreten ist. Da daneben ein Koffer stand sind viele Kleidungsstücke im Koffer nass geworden . Das haben wir bei der Rezeption reklamiert -die Klimaanlage wurde zwar repariert, eine Entschuldigung für die nassen Klamotten haben wir aber nicht erhalten- sehr traurig für so eine Hotel Kette :-(

Ótima localização, da para ir a pé a bares, restaurantes e ao principal shopping da cidade. Os funcionários foram atenciosos e cordiais, inclusive na antecipação de um dos nossos check in. Quarto não tão espaçoso, mas funcional, atendeu nossa família.

O quarto é incrivel , as camas macias e chuveiro maravilhoso. So nao dei nota 5. Pois coloquei na observação para ficar num quarto sielencisos e fiquei num de frente para revepcao. E a chegada de hóspedes quase toda hora e o pessoal que fica no bar, fez um pouco de barulho.

O salão do café da manhã é pequeno, especialmente porque estava lotado nas férias de julho. Achei as camas também menores, embora confortáveis . O hotel é moderno, mas as paredes permitem passar bastante som, então ouve-se muito barulho. O hotel é bom e a equipe ótima, mas não acho que seja de um nível superior ou que possa cobrar como se fosse de luxo. A localização é muito boa.

Fomos muito bem atendidos no checkin pela Camila, que prontamente ofereceu a guarda das bagagens até o horário do checkin, visto que não havia disponibilidade para entrada antecipada. O hotel é bom, o café da manhã é excelente, as pessoas de modo geral são cordiais e educadas, a cama é o chuveiro são ótimos, Alguns pontos negativos (que não prejudicaram a estadia) foram o frigobar que não estava funcionando (e foi prontamente trocado) e a vedação da porta do box do banheiro. Sai um pouco de água para o piso, encharcando a toalha de piso. O que decepcionou foi o checkout. Aceitaram o pagamento em dinheiro em USD no checkin e o retiveram como caução, informando que seria confirmado no checkout e que não havia troco no momento. Mas no checkout informaram que ainda não tinham troco e que não poderiam aceitar 2 notas de 20 USD, que estariam danificadas (não tinham praticamente nada). Só que o valor em dinheiro já estava praticamente o valor a pagar. Em resumo, perdi dinheiro em 3 conversões de moeda para pagar a diferença, pois não aceitaram as notas, nem cartão pré pago em dólar, e tive que pagar em outro cartão com os impostos pois se tivesse pago em pesos no débito no pré pago iriam cobrar 19% do IVA. Porque então não informaram isso no checkin visto que as notas já estavam há 5 dias em posse da recepção? Foi um desconforto sem necessidade.

The reception people were amazing! Great security and location. However, breakfast staff was not so friendly. They started to remove the empty plates from the buffet counter before the breakfast time ended without adding or replacing them with full dishes. Sometimes there were no plates, and food replacement or clean plates took a long time to arrive. Overall great experience.

Das Hotel ist o.k. und gut gelegen, jedoch sind beim Wäscheservice einige Kleidungsstücke verloren gegangen. Bis heute kein Feedback über den Verbleib. Die Kosten für den Service musste ich mich mit etlichen Telefonaten und Mails zurück ergattern. Kommunikation ist sehr mangelhaft.

O hotel é maravilhoso, de excelente qualidade. O único inconveniente foi que o recepcionista não explicou sobre o pagamento de 19% de imposto se eu pagasse no débito. Eu poderia ter pago no crédito se ele explicasse isso. Não achei legal deixar mais de 1200 reais só de imposto por uma simples falta de comunicação. Eu não sou do país para pagar imposto. Eu sou brasileira e fui ao país visitar e consumir as coisas do país, movimentar a encomia mas não pagar 19% de imposto sobre algo que eu não precisaria. Achei que agiram de má fé.

The first 2 nights were sponsored by expat explore. Then we went to San Pedro de Atacama and left our luggages for the meantime. Then came back and stayed for another 2 nights paid by Expat Explore. After the tour, we extended our stay for 6 more nights. We felt safe in the area and located near Costañera, San Cristobal Hill and santa Lucia.

Quarto de tamanho razoável. Cama muito confortável. Pequeno armário com cofre, mesa e banco para pequenas refeições. Banheiro moderno com excelente chuveiro. Não fomos incomodados com barulhos da rua ou dos corredores do hotel. A área onde o hotel está localizado é muito tranquila, com boas opções de restaurantes e comercio ao redor. O bar do hotwl possui boas opções de drinks e comidas. Pedimos uma pizza que estava ok. As pessoas da recepção foram solicitas e bastante cordiais. Sugestão: O café da manhã poderia ser, no mínimo, mais acessível ou já estar incluído na diária, idealmente.

En términos generales excelente hotel, ubicación muy buena. Pueden mejorar poniendo toalleros para las manos y canastas para la basura del baño más grandes. De otro lado en los desayunos en temporadas alta pueden revisar tener mayor números de alimentos para servir, por ejemplo huevos y tocinetas se demoraban en reponer.
