Breakfast was good, Check in is smooth and room is stunning. There lacks of communication during check out. The staff at the reception deduct the room fees again when it is already paid upfront using the Hotels.com app. And she did not mention it or a receipt is provided.

This is a relatively new, beautifully furnished hotel in a central location on the Swan River next to the University of Western Australia (UWA). Our room faced the river, had a nice balcony, well-designed space, plenty of storage, and a nice large bathroom. The open-air hallways in our wing provided plenty of fresh air. Breakfast options were numerous and tasty, though the dining area seemed understaffed over the long Easter weekend. Free access to the UWA gym across the street was a welcome bonus.

Soni made us feel welcomed, valued, and looked after in a way that you simply don’t experience very often anymore. This wasn’t just “good service,” it was exceptional. Every interaction felt personal, effortless, and sincere. You can tell the team here truly cares about the guest experience, and it shows in every detail. If you’re considering staying here — don’t hesitate. This is world-class hospitality, beautiful accommodation, and service that sets a benchmark.
