Stay was great except we did not find out until we got there that they had experienced a storm a few days earlier and there was no Wi-Fi or elevator service. Not the fault of the property however, I wish there was a way to notify people when booking since we are traveling with an infant and not having access to the elevator was difficult.

The check in was great - very disappointed that the pool was out of service - specifically because I picked this hotel for the outside pool.

This property is new and well maintained. The rooms are spacious clean and modern. The beds are super-comfy. Great breakfast and convenient parking.

The elevator didn’t work, the hot water in the shower didn’t work.

All of the staff was excellent, and the room was clean & comfortable. I needed to stay for a couple of nights to be near the hospital so I didn't spend a large amount of time at the property. There were some noisy guests during my stay & elevator techs were servicing the property when I arrived, but this was the smallest inconvenience that & not a big deal at all. Can't say enough positive things about the front desk & breakfast crew -- really made a positive impact when I needed it the most. Would certainly stay here again.

They have a lot to offer from breakfast, pool, workout area to a kitchen in your room.

The staff were extremely kind and helpful. Every single one was incredibly helpful and genuinely nice. The breakfast selection was versatile and changed daily. The room we stayed in was perfect in regard to space and amenities. The room itself was very clean and spacious and well stocked. There were some minor stains in the shower. Their parking lot is quite small for a hotel of its size and each night was a struggle for parking. I contributed this to them being completely booked for 5 out of the 6 nights we stayed there. I also used their conference room briefly and it was covered in gnats to the point I had to take my meeting elsewhere. There were no gnats in any other part of the hotel that I saw and the staff quickly went to remedy the conference room after I made them aware. Overall it was an amazing stay and I would book again.

The only problem I had is walking into the hotel and smoking area is right outside. So if anyone is smoking you can smell it and walk through it.

I will never stay there again. I paid almost $900 for five nights there and the service was terrible. Only one elevator working out of two. The power kept going out in our room every day two and three times a day. The water in the shower was cold. the Wi-Fi sucks and also the phone went out in the room.

In room coffee maker malfunctioned. Room surfaces were semi clean.

Staff and service was excellent. Would only recommend that housekeeping check under the sofa sleeper a little closer, there were a few kid snack items on the floor under it. The bathroom was very nice, but the door was a bit hard to open and close a better handle would have been nice. We loved our stay and will definitely stay again.

Location is great for food options. Front desk was nice. Rooms are spacious, and breakfast had variety. Actual room is just okay. Stains on the carpet, there was hair everywhere in the bathroom, and a small bug in the fridge.

Room was warn. Carpet had stains. Bedding was weak. Downstairs floor weee sticky. Breakfast was so so. Not our best stay. The tub was clean.

Property meets all my needs. Excellent location distance to my trip location, clean, safe, reasonably quiet, reasonably priced. Room was comfortable and bed was comfortable too. Many dining choices within walking distance.

Hotel overall is very clean and well maintained. It’s in a great location near plenty of restaurants, shopping, coffee shops, hospital, park with walking trail, etc. Room was nice and spacious. Large walk in shower. Nice, kitchenette that includes dishes. Free breakfast had a lot of variety of options and tasted good. The only downfall was room cleaning. On our third day we asked for a fresh swap of bedding & towels. We left the hotel for a few hours. We returned and we were provided some new towels. However, all the dirty towels were left in the room and the bed sheets were not replaced.

There was no hot water and showers for part of our trip and hotel at first would not acknowledge, then said that there was a maintenance man that was supposed to come and work on things. We had to check out and not have a shower before our big Easter event.

Very convenient to shopping & restaurants. Bed was too firm, really hard. Bathroom was very small & sink had very little water pressure & shower was just a little better. Other than those items, the hotel is very nice

A/C in room 215 wasn’t working properly, bathroom door was very difficult to open and latch was broken, and no hot water in room or restroom.

Nice hotel, no hot water, water in the sink barley no water at all. Had to bathe my kids in cold water. Also, no tub, hard to shower kids in a shower.

Some guests on our floor were extremely loud and made it hard to sleep..

The elevator didn’t work, the hot water in the shower didn’t work.

Was a nice property , and in a great location around lots of good choices to grab a bite to eat. Only problem I had was when taking a shower the hot water did not last very long

We had a great stay the only thing that was a negative was our mattress was extremely hard so we didn’t sleep well

Hotel was overbooked and no one called about my booking.

Waited 3 hours to get checked in. Was never issued a room key due to computer issues. Air-conditioning was weak.

The staff was so friendly across the board. All super kind and helpful. The rooms were very nice but they weren’t as nice as Kim and the others working in the building.

The property was nice, clean, and easy parking. We checked into our hotel at 3 pm. We were woken up at 10:30 pm to someone trying to get into our room. Then received a phone call that the hotel could not find our reservation. I went down to the front desk to find the same lady who checked me in, telling me I did not have a reservation. This was irritating for obvious reasons, especially since we had a toddler that was woken up by this chaos, my husband was fighting to get him back down while I handled this mess. The front desk lady then said "Oh you're not supposed to be in that room". Her tone made it sound like I was going to be made to change rooms. I asked "is that why someone was trying to get into my room" and she replied "No one was trying to get into your room, that was me trying to get in. The only reason I couldn't was because you locked it from the inside. Someone else said their key wasn't working so I had to come open the door." Thankfully I did lock it because who would've walked in on me & my family? I understand it must've been a long shift for her and her tone & attitude reflected that, which is why this rating isn't less, but it was very irritating nonetheless. She blamed everything on a system glitch & that she went on spring break & the system was brand new to her so she wasn't familiar with it......I think she should've been well trained in the new system before being responsible for customer safety & wellbeing because who knows what would've happened.

Expedia help us reserve a two nights stay at this hotel. Everything was confirmed and booked for a Suite, 2 queen beds and extension rollout sofa yet when we got there, someone had changed the reservation and it was only one bed with no pullout sofa. Customer service was horrible. They were not empathetic about our situation. Did not want to bother the manager because the manager was apparently in a meeting, then did not want to refund us either. I will not stay at a home 2 suites hotel again we had to drive almost half an hour from my previous location to find another hotel.

I would having giving this a 5 star review however when I arrived the key system for the rooms did not work so every time I left the room I had to have someone come with me to unlock the door. When I left the receptionist stayed on her phone the entire time while I was waiting to check out.

We love staying at Home2 suites. I believe it was Margaret who checked us in and she was quick and professional. The hotel rooms do show just a little bit of wear and tear, but it was very clean and quiet. The breakfast selection was hot and replenished frequently. The hotel staff cleaning the 4th floor went above and beyond my expectations when she found me several bags of English Breakfast tea. It was very much appreciated.

It was amazing the front desk clerk Margaret is Awesome very kind,human and accommodating whoever hired her she be promoted because her welcoming spirit brought joy to me and my wife’s stay!

Location was clean, safe, and well kept. Staff was helpful and kind.

It’s a relatively new hotel so everything was pristine. Comfy bed but a tad too close to the ac/heater; not much room in between it and the bed. Lots of food choices within walking distance as well.

The property was accessible to the Scott and White Temple Hospital for visiting a family member.

Full kitchen option and clean. The breakfast option were good to take up to the room and overall relaxing. Within walking distance to the hospital.

Nice property, good selection of restaurants near by. Just had an issue with check in, found out it was an Expedia issue, not the property. Great breakfast!

First time @ Home2Suites. Breakfast was great! The facility was clean and most of all the staff at the desk were amazing! 6star experience!!!

Our experience at Homes 2Suites at Temple. TX wss O.K. We thought that the beds could have been better quality. It is an older hotel, so it shows some signs of wear (e.g., the caulking around the bathroom tile is peeling.). Another thing that we found disappointing was that the complimentary breakfast was subpar. While the staff were friendly, the food was not that good (e.g., the hash browns were over cooked, hot coffee took awhile for the server to brew, and the fruit was not fresh - the apples and bananas were bruised). This property did not meet my expectations.

Over all comfort was good for the most part. The a/c was leaking and soaking the carpet. There were no empty rooms to change. There were ants in the bathroom and kitchen area. The breakfast was awful, what was there was mostly room temp at best. Plain hamburger buns for the breakfast sandwich, the eggs were cold and like rubber. Oatmeal barely warm brown sugar so hard you couldn’t get any out. Bacon was so thin and over cooked it was literally lie jerky and no flavor at all.

Everything was good the rooms are spacious, the facilities are good, and the sercice was good. The room didn't particularly smell good and the breakfast buffet was disappointing. They only had turkey bacon that was burned to a crisp and weird eggs and other things with the consistency of something after it sits under a heat lamp for several hours. They need to go back to the original scrambled eggs and bacon that every other hotel has had forever now. I visited the same hotel in a differnet location and they didn't use this food.

Bathroom door lock was broken so door could not be locked, water was luke warm when showering and breakfast was not the greatest.

Very nice. My only nitpicky negative was lack of pastries or bagels. (But i didnt get there til nearly 8am, so maybe they were just all gone
