Amazing stay. Great location.

Comfortable bed, good room temperature control, great lighting & great shower room & water temperature. Poor breakfast choices, no hot water at breakfast bar, very weak internet signal for 5 days.

I will never make the mistake of staying at this hotel again. Despite the "excellent" ratings you might see, my experience was horrible from start to finish. Upon arrival, our room smelled heavily of cigarette smoke. When I asked to be moved, I was actually told by the staff that all the rooms in the hall smelled like smoke. My son has chronic asthma and coughed through our entire stay because of this. To make matters worse, the hotel didn't even have basic supplies. I asked for towels for two people and was only given enough for one, with the excuse that the hotel "didn't have enough towels." The bathroom setup is also bizarre—there are walk-in showers with no curtains instead of a regular tub and shower. Save your money and stay somewhere else. This place was a massive disappointment.
