There was one house cleaning staff I don't know if she was new or not but she left my door open with the latch open after cleaning it I don't know what happened after I told the manager what happened to the cleaning lady. I found out that she was in a rush to go home and forgot to LOCK my door and I came in late that night when I found my door open at 9:00 at night. I've wasted money on food because I have no refrigerator microwaves are broken. CUSTOMERS DON'T HAVE NO CONSIDERATION FOR OTHERS. The only thing I can say that management was professional and pleasant.

Did like the area did like the convenient shopping did like the parking. I absolutely did like the hotel the room the cleanness I did like customer service however, wish we had a microwave and a refrigerator in our room however everything went well for the stay.

Place listed on-site parking, not true, just one spot so you can check in then you have to go find street parking and it's difficult to find. Elevator is dirty & so was the room. Walls, bathroom & door. No toilet paper in the room. A little plastic square supposed to be a ice bucket and it was cracked so was the replacement. One microwave, one ice machine for everyone in the building. No iron or mini fridge.

I have never at an hotel so filthy and terrible: the bed cover sheets were visibly dirty, the bathroom had nasty black spots everywhere, the floor was sticky and dirty, their was no wash cloths, their were two different soaps like they were randomly taken from other hotels, the shampoo bottle was different from the conditioner, the toilet cover was loose, and to make matters even worst, when I arrived to the hotel, I waited over 15mns before I could be provided service, and the guest service person was just standing outside. This was such a lesson learned.

It was very noisy and the door only had on lock. The bedding smelled so bad and when I lifted the covers, the fitted sheet had brown spots scatted all over. I turned the pillow around to see makeup all over it. There was only half toilet paper and it was just not the best stay. The price was not worth it at all. I paid $140 with fees and tax included. I only mananged to stay in there for 9 hours

The bed was comfortable and the shower was nice, however some of the sheets and towels had permanent stains even though they were clean. The walls are quite thin but luckily most of the guests were quiet. No bed bugs or roaches or anything like that.

The hotel was just really noisy all night. You can hear sirens, loud cars passing and trucks. If you can sleep in then I guess it’s ok. It’s really close to a main road, so I’m sure there’s a station nearby for your convenience. The bed was ok. And the guy at the front desk wasn’t mean lol he’s just there and even toned.

Nothing unique about this property and the stay was terrible. There were people fighting in the hallways and inside the rooms. I did not sleep at all the time we stayed there. The audacity not to be able to get a refund because I did it on line.

The facility worked for our needs, however there's no mini fridges in the room, at least the one I was in. There was no extra rolls or toilet paper, I had to ask. The sheets were stained and the pillows were flat. I requested extra pillows that never came. The staff only came around once for house keeping it was during our second night there. And the biggest issue, was how noisy it was in the morning! Constant doors slamming, children screaming and running down that hall, people talking extremely loud. It was just chaos. However, it worked for me and my parties need, but there are better options out there. One of two nights, okay. But if your stay is long, I'd suggest finding someplace else.

The staff was kind, informative and even let us bypass the $60 cash deposit fee. I wish I would have known about that on the expedia before booking. Other than that, my stay was great. Clean facility and cozy bed.

Staying in this property was a nightmare it was dirty the personal is extremely rude. The sheets were dirty. The whole building smells like weed. It’s a very dangerous place and I don’t recommend it to anybody. People were screaming and fighting in the middle of the night and it was impossible to contact the front desk so they can see what was going on. I had to call the police to have some peace again. Expedia didn’t care about the whole situation and when I asked for a refund so I can go somewhere else they didn’t want to do it. They didn’t care about our safety and the hotel is actually a shelter. Please if you want to enjoy your trip in New York. Don’t go at the Royal Hotel Bronx. I promise you will regret. I have pictures with the bed cover dirty with bloods and other disgusting fluids. If I could give them 0 stars i would.

I've been there several times to this hotel I've actually stood there more than 10 times and I will continue to always go back I don't care where I have to go and what I have to do in New York I will always stay at the Royal Hotel in the Bronx I don't care if it takes an hour which has all the time to get to where I have to I will stay at the Royal Hotel in the Bronx a treat you like family the place is always clean and they're always make sure they take care of you no matter what the problem and no matter what the time so I recommend anybody and everybody to go stay at the hotel Royal Bronx

Hotel de péssima localização, local do gueto de NYC , o recepcionista muito atencioso, porém localização perigosa pra se hospedar. Não indico a ninguém ! Não vale a pena o risco por conta do valor. Cuidado!!

My stay was good and comfortable, Staff was helpful when I needed them. The air conditioner in my room was amazing. There was only street parking but I found parking in front the whole time. My room was clean, but the bathroom could have been cleaned better
