Staff were helpful and wecoming. Bathroom was well maintained and relatively new but furniture was shabbby and meagre with no embellishments sych as colour or cushions. Well located near Central station, universities and cafes with all types of food imaginable.

The room was nice and clean. The location is VERY noisy. The water pressure in the shower is non-existent. The aircon was set to very cold, with no in room controls.

The staff member was exceptionally courteous. I was feeling very vulnerable after a day in hospital, and he was very compassionate.

The staff were accommodating and friendly. The only issue is that not every room has a window or a thermostat. Otherwise, great location. Would stay here again. The property is in a prime location for public transportation, dining and shopping, or even walking.
