The property is good but the team and management is very greedy and non co-operative. I stayed 2 nights and was charged for 4 nights. I told Sayoni and Heena at check in that I will stay one day less, and they said it was ok but when I checked out they said it’s a third party booking so we can’t change. I wrote to hotels.com and they said they had informed the property over email and no one was picking their phone. I have all the emails and chat proof. Will never stay again. Rm 621 check your records.

Fantastic hotel close to Mumbai airport. Clean, large rooms, lovely bathroom, friendly and welcoming staff. Highly recommend the evening buffet - amazing selection and absolutely delicious, also offered live preparation counters. Views from rooftop are spectacular. Highly recommend and would return when arriving into Mumbai.
