The Green Park Diyarbakir

Das Zimmer war ok. Im Restaurant gab es Livemusik bis 24:00 Uhr da dass man nach einem langen Tag nicht schlafen konnte. Mit Englisch kamen wir nicht weiter. Außer Cavit an der Rezeption konnte keiner Englisch und er war sehr hilfreich.

2 odanın 1 tanesi kirliydi. Otopark sıkıntısı var. Gerçi vale arkadaşımız çok ilgilendi.

Otelin altında pavyon yada bar var ve gece yarısına kadar yüksek sesli müzik çalıyor odada Tv sesini bile bastırıyor.

The staffs at the reception were the worst. It happened when I wanted to check in. I booked a 2 deluxe suite room and without informing us, the staff gave a normal double room. I had babies and an elderly with me. We went up and realised that is not the room we paid for. I went down and the staff said the price you paid for is for this room. I told them speak to expedia then because the prices are from them. He said the prices are wrong on Expedia. He then changed me to another room which was not what I booked and after I insisted of not changing room, only then they gave the room that we booked. On top of that, the room was noisy. The hotel's restaurant was playing music until 12am. I asked the reception if there is anything they can do about it. I have two babies who were trying to sleep and an elderly in another room. The staff blamed me saying that I am the only one who doesnt want music in my room. Other guests want it. I told her if I want music, I will go your restaurant. I booked a room to rest and sleep, especially if I have small babies. To add that the toiled was clogged and the room was not really clean. I have booked at the other Green Park Hotels before and this is the worst so far. I really do not recommend staying here unless you want bad treatment and music until 12am in your room. Another option is Demir Hotel which has a better location. I added another star for cleaning staffs who were friendly and the location of thr breakfast, which was historical.

Sehr freundliche Mitarbeiter. Sehr gute Lage und eine gute Ausstattung. Am Wochenende gibt es live Musik mit einer sehr schönen Ambiente. Zimmer hat leider nach Urin gerochen. Die Mitarbeiter waren bemüht unser Zimmer noch einmal zu reinigen. Leider hat es nichts gebracht.

Die Lage ist sehr zentral und optimal für Besichtigungen. Sehr störend waren Live-Musik und vor allem der intensive Grillgeruch im Zimmer bis Mitternacht.

Genel olarak otel üç yıldızlı otel ayarında…Kahvaltı kalitesi düşük…Otopark yok, sokağa park ediyorsun…Otel SUR içinde olduğu için kalabalık…

Çok kötü kokuyordu oda ve lavabo. Buz dolabının kolu kırık, Raflar kırık, Hijyen olarak çok rahatsız oldum. Gece diğer odalardan garip garip sesler geliyordu. Geç saatte giriş yaptım, erindiğim için kaldım yoksa kesinlikle kalmazdım

I asked specifically for a non smoking room, I got to change the room twice but it was still a smoking room and it smelled horrible. The bathroom was filthy with stains on the mirror and hair on the sink. The carpet was dirty. The toilet was not stable and was not attached properly in both rooms. I'm very disappointed at this five star hotel.

kaldığım odadan lağım kokusu geliyordu. banyoyu bu nedenle kullanmakta zorlandım. daha önce de bu otelde kaldım ve konumunu, rahatlığını çok seviyorum ama bu sefer hem odadaki koku, hem sökük/dökük bir yatak görmek biraz soğuttu beni.

An Hygiene muss noch gearbeitet werden. Der erst Zimmer denn die uns gegeben haben hat stark nach Zigaretten gerochen , die Hantücher , die Bettwäsche stank Extrem nach Zigaretten.

Otel tam merkezde olmasına rağmen çok kötü ve kirliydi. Odaların bazı penceresiz ve havasız, tüm gece klima çalıştırmak zorunda kaldım. Restoranda gece geç saatte kadar canlı müzik vardı. Genel olarak temizlik konusunda berbattı. Yatak ve yastıklar değişmeli. Tavsiye etmiyotum

Ekonomik odalarda pencereler avluya açılıyor ve çok havasız. Genel olarak tavsiye edilecek bir otel değil.

Genel olarak yıpranmış bir otel

Gürültülü bir otel. Yanında gece kulübü var sanırım. Odaların bakıma ihtiyacı var. Banyo yenilenmiş.

Oda aşırı küçük ve bogucuydu

Bulunduğumuz oda dış cepheye bakmıyordu ve çok küçük bir camı vardı ışıklığa bakan . Gece gündüz ayırt edemiyorsunuz . Onun haricinde personel ve hizmet gayet iyiydi

3 maybe 4 stars hotel, small dark room, small window overviewing a dark wall, not even a chair to sit down, constant power failures ( both electricity and internet) broken door in the closet. Much better hotels around

Odanın gardrobu kırıktı açılmıyordu. Sandalye kırıktı. Lobide bunu dile getirdiğimizde odayı değişmek yerine bunların tamiri ile ilgilenildi. gardrop kapağı yapıldı. Sandalyenin kırık kolçağı yapıştırıldı. Klozet kapağı çatlaktı ona yapacak bir şey yoktu. Duş giderinden koku odaya doluyordu. Onu dile getirmedik çünkü farkettiğimizde bu durumla alakalı bizi yormalarını istemedik. Temizlik konusunda iyiler. Havlular nevresimler vs temiz olduğu çok aşikar. Fakat hizmet ve odanın hali komik. sandalyenin yapıştırılmış olması durumu özetliyor.

Otelin konumu dışında hiç iyi bir özelliği yok. Odalar havasız, küçücük pencere apartman boşluğuna bakıyor. Aklınıza gelebilecek her şey kirli ve bir yerlerden kötü koku geliyor. Sigara içilmeyen odayı özellikle seçmeme rağmen (alerjim olduğu için) hem odada kül tablası vardı hem de sabaha kadar her yerden sigara kokusu geldi ve hastalandım. Sabahı zor ettim ve tiksindiğim için kahvaltıya gitmedim bile. Kaldığım en kötü otellerden biriydi.

Kötü tarafı Economy odasında konakladık odanın tek pencere si havalandırma boşluğuna bakıyordu bu yüzden havasızdı ve karanlıktı.. iyi yönü merkezi otelin konumu heryere yakındı bir çok görmemiz yeri araç kullanmadan gezmiş olduk

İnternet üzerinden ayarladığınız rezervasyonlarda sizi kör cephe odalara alıyorlar odaya ilk girdiğimde odadan gider kokusu geliyordu cam yok odada bildiğin tek hücreli odada gibisiniz lavabolar yataklar temiz ama oda çok basık . Odayı değiştirmek istediğimde yandaki odaya alacaz dediler 20 dakika değiştirmelerini bekledim odanın konsepti aynı idi kör cephe.

I stayed for several days at the Green Park and enjoyed the whole experience. The restaurant chef cooks great food, pricing is on point and the staff is really friendly and polite. I have to recommend Gökhan, Akif and Yasin by name because they helped me way more than they get paid for. They made me feel comfortable while being far away from home. Loved my stay and will return! Thank you

personel çok ilgisiz

Der junge Mann an der Rezeption hat mehrmals versucht mich ab zu zocken. Ich habe online inklusive Frühstück für zwei Zimmer, drei Personen gebucht und Der Typ an der Rezeption wollte mir vor Ort beim einchecken extra noch mal für Frühstück jeweils drei Personen Geld berechnet, die ich dann in bar hätte zahlen sollen. Natürlich habe ich ihm die Buchung gezeigt, dass ich inklusive Frühstück gebucht habe und erst dann war er einsichtig und hat so getan, als hätte er einen Fehler gemacht. Am Abend, beim Geldwechseln, euro in türkische Lira, hat er mich wieder versucht zu betrügen, indem er mir einen ganz falschen Kurs berechnet hat und wollte mir umgerechnet, 20 € Von 50 € Wechseln Abzocken. Nach langem Hin und her und nachdem ich ihm den Kurs online gezeigt habe, war er irgendwann einsichtig und hat sich zwar bei mir entschuldigt, aber das nur weil ich ihn beim betrügen ertappt habe. Dann tut er so und schiebt die Schuld An seine Arbeitskollegin und schimpfte mit ihr auf Türkisch. Sie hat überhaupt gar keine Schuld. Es geht hier nicht um kleine Wechselbeträge, sondern wirklich und große Summen . es kann nicht sein, dass ich zum Beispiel 50 € in türkische Lira wechseln möchte, und klaut sich davon 20 €. Das ist fast die Hälfte des Betrages. Unmöglich. Nie wieder buche ich diesem Hotel. Die anderen Angestellten, können natürlich nichts für sein Verhalten, aber der Typ an der Rezeption, er hat leider keinen Namen getragen, gehört aus dem Hotel gekündigt.

Hotels vb, uygulamalardan yapılan rezervasyonlar otel çalışanları tarafından çokta güzel karşılanmıyor sanırım uygun fiyata oda verildiği için. Bu fiyata çok daha güzel otellerde kalınabilir. Özellikle resepsiyon çalışanlarının somurtkan ve tatsız oluşları çok kötü, odalar tamamen rezalet bir hâl içinde yıkık ve dökük. Banyo kısmında ise tamamen bir savaş vermeniz gerekiyor duş alırken suyun içeriye dolmaması savaşı ve klozetin tamamen banyonun ortasına konumlanması. Ayrıca oda içerisinde halı ve benzeri döşemelerin olmaması ve zeminin kirli olması, yatak kısmına gelince çarşaf yüzleri temiz fakat iç tarafı tam bir hüsran.. oda iç aydınlatılmasına gelince; ellerimle ışıldakların ampüllerini sıkıp çalıştırdım bir çoğu patlaktı. Baştada belirttiğim şekilde, parasını hak etmeyen bir otel.

Hotel au centre historique, staff tres sympa et aidant. Chambre qui necessiterait une renovation mais confortable. PdJ tres bien dans une salle qui sert aussi pour des concerts locaux...je recommande d y assister. Wi-Fi tres bien un point a ameliorer le menage a faire chaque jours dans la chambre, au moiins un coup d aspirateur et vider les poubelles..

We stayed for one night. We were very comfortable in our room, the bathroom was clean. They had a perfect breakfast.
