Supernice staff all over - we loved spending three days at this hotell. Pool area is much nicer than the pictures show. Small rooms, but clean and nice. Excellent restaurant recommendations from the guy in the reception, just 250 meters from the hotel. listen to the locals - garda is full of touristtraps..

The hotel is quite lovely and we were very pleased as we arrived. It all went downhill fast when you open the door to your tiny room! There was no view. There's a sky light that is too high to see out of. The blind was broken. The room was already tiny, so a sloped roof made it even tighter. We had doubles and singles as part of our group and the double should have been a single, and the single should have been a storage cupboard. They were not clean. There wasn't even a cup to have a glass of water. It was excessively expensive for the stay.

It was a very bad experience. The room was very small, a very small tv hidden behind the closet, the room was without ventilation. The cleaning was not correct. But the worst thing was the bad hospitality. If you are going to be with small children, never go to this hotel. The receptionist of the first shift behaved very badly because a 2 year old child cried, she was very rude and with very bad attitude. The breakfast was good and the pool was good too.

Staff were great and helpful ,choice at breakfast ,rooms a little old fashioned,( but your only sleeping there ) rooms were clean and cleaned everyday ,well situated to get to.places around the lake , lakeside a 5 min walk ,bus stops few meters away
