This house is big! Our company has used it for an off-site work retreat twice, and even though we've grown, we still all have plenty of room in this spacious house. The theater room is perfect for presentations during the day, and our team loves playing video games in the evening. The hot tub is definitely a favorite as well! For those that want to game analog-style (i.e. board games), the upstairs dining table has a generous amount of room for all to play, and there are so many comfortable places for people to sit and chat. The upstairs/downstairs kitchen makes it great for having drinks and snacks on both levels. And with a large group, having plenty of bathrooms available is definitely a plus. The only drawback is the city ordinance (not in the control of the host) that no vehicles can park on the street overnight, ever. While the garage is large enough for three vehicles, and the driveway can hold quite a few, this makes it difficult for larger groups to stay (we found carpooling to be the solution, but it's not ideal). That, and the 9:30 pm outside "curfew" make the location a little less exciting (especially on a nice night when you want to enjoy the cool evening). But with so many places in the house to hang out, this is a short-lived sadness. :) Our whole team loves the place, and we're looking at coming back again in the Spring!

This house is absolutely incredible. Just when you think you’ve reached the end of it, it keeps going. All of the amenities are such a great perk. There are plenty of dishes and cooking utensils, not to mention a fully stocked spice rack (this never happens) and keurig coffee and tea provided. The beds were more comfortable than my own at home, and it was all-around such an incredible stay. Don’t hesitate to book this place! You won’t regret it!!!
This house is absolutely incredible. Just when you think you’ve reached the end of it, it keeps going. All of the amenities are such a great perk. There are plenty of dishes and cooking utensils, not to mention a fully stocked spice rack (this never happens) and keurig coffee and tea provided. The beds were more comfortable than my own at home, and it was all-around such an incredible stay. Don’t hesitate to book this place! You won’t regret it!!!

It was a stunning home. It was great for cooking or serving for a large group (13). There was plenty to do within the house--movies, tv, walking path along the lake, games etc. It was also convenient to places in the Twin Cities. The garage was a plus as well. We would encourage the owners to install grab bars in the bathtubs--our ages ranged from 60s to 80s.

We had a big friend reunion here to mostly hang out in one place, and boy was this the best pick. The theater room was amazing hooked up to our video games and has to be seen in person — so incredible roomy and immersive. Hot tub was a big hit, and the upstairs fridge is absolutely monstrous. Everyone loved the many beds, including the bunks. Host was great with communication, especially after our stay when we accidentally left a few items that needed to be picked up. Highly recommend!

This is our company's third stay at this house, and we love it. Laura is great with communication and always has the house ready to go for us (she even includes a jar of candy which my team usually finishes off). There is no end to the amount of space in this house, so even when we have our full team of employees (about 36 people) there during the day, it doesn't seem crowded. The rec room and theater rooms downstairs are always a popular hang out location, but when it's nice out, the newly added fire pit and deck chairs outside are the best place to be. The views are beautiful. Our team also enjoys the walking trail that starts right outside the house and goes around the lake, and they even visited the pickle ball courts that are nearby. I will say that if you have a large group of people that stay here, I would recommend sticking to the house rules about street parking and quiet hours. We've always been very respectful about this and have followed the rules, but during the day when the majority of our team was parked on the street (which is legal) a neighbor drove by recording all of the cars that were parked there. We thought this was a little odd, but were not confronted by anyone and the host never contacted us about any complaints. I got the impression that if any of those cars had remained on the street overnight (a city ordinance prohibits that) that the neighbors would have reported it. So fair warning to follow the rules. :)

Our group had a great time staying at this house. There was more than enough room for us to all spread out and enjoy various activities while still feeling like we were together. The house is beautiful and the different levels helped those that wanted to "get away" for a little bit find space to do so comfortably. In fact, the only reason I gave 4 stars to "accuracy of online listing" is because I think it understates how big this place is. When we arrived, we did have some issues with the smart home lighting/sound system, but Laura was extremely responsive and took care of us right away. More actual light switches would be nice, but once the system reset and we started to figure out the various buttons it wasn't as much of an issue. The theater room was great for the video game players in our group, and the giant pool table, foosball, ping pong table, and shuffleboard all got their share of use. The amount of storage and refrigerator space was perfect for a group of our size too. We brought two coolers that we didn't end up having to use, and still had room for leftovers! We would love to rent from Laura again, and may do so in the fall!

We hosted our family over Thanksgiving weekend at the house and everything was perfect! The kitchen was stocked with everything you need to cook a full Thanksgiving dinner for a large group and the multiple ovens and refrigerators came in handy. Our family loved watching football together in the movie room and playing games in the lower level. Definitely will visit this home again! And, Laura responded promptly to all my questions. Laura was an amazing host with an amazing house with every amenity you could possibly need. We had the most wonderful stay with family and the house had everything for everyone! From the games room to the theater we enjoyed every bit. The kitchen was an absolute joy to cook in and had accommodated for everything. The bedrooms were so beautiful and extremely comfortable. The perfect place for a snow day in. Would absolutely recommend staying here!

Loved this property! So big and so many perfect bedrooms! We had 10 adults and 6 children--the bunk room was perfect for all the little cousins! And there was room enough to escape the craziness, too. The movie room was a huge hit.

The house was beautiful and well taken care of. The iPads used to control the house took a short amount of time to get used to. As long as someone in the group is semi-tech savvy, there should be no issues figuring everything out. Would highly recommend to anyone!

We had a large group of four families staying here and it was plenty big! The basement was a very fun hangout space for adults as was the movie room and bunk room for kids. The beds were very comfortable and clean. Lights were a bit tricky as others mentioned but many specific directions to help with that! Kitchen was well stocked with spices and bags. Bathrooms also had plenty of clean towels and toiletries! Close to many things and had fun on the nearby trail. Would definitely recommend for a large group!

We were incredibly impressed with everything in the home and the way the hosts treated their guests! Immidiate responses, accommodations were made to the fullest and Laura was unbelievably sweet!!! The house was immaculate, clean, organized, so comfy and every little detail was thought out for renters. We had a company retreat here and all 20 individuals were in awe on the accommodations for each guest and the beauty of their home. I cannot brag up the home or the hosts enough!!! A+ and would 100% stay here again!

The house was everything we could have asked for and more. We had 9 grandchildren with us, and the theater and game rooms were a big hit. The kitchen and pantry had all the dishes and appliances needed for quick meal preparation, and the comfortable bedrooms and many bathrooms were perfect for our large extended family. The house is beautifully maintained and the access to walking paths is excellent.

This is a very big house with lots of space for everyone. Very clean and very well appointed. We all enjoyed walking the trails that originate immediately out the side of the house. Laura, our property manager was excellent to work with and helped us make this a very special event.

This is a great house, nicely decorated, with lots of extras. The kitchen was well equipped and very clean, and all 12 of us could dine together at the dining room table. We enjoyed walking in the neighborhood and on the trail behind the house and around a lake. Laura is a great host, always quick to respond and answer questions.

We had such a wonderful stay at Laura's home. Laura went above and beyond to help us with everything we needed and the home was clean, well stocked, and well cared for upon arrival. The beds were so comfortable and we had a blast with all the amenities. It was a perfect home for adults and littles alike. Could not have been more grateful for the beautiful space!

It’s very nice place and a lot of rooms. The lights were not bright enough and it’s not easy to control manually. The bonus room do not have the door that disturbs sleep. Otherwise It was great place to stay with famy

This place is absolutely stunning and has so many fun amenities! It was perfect for our girls weekend. The property manager was friendly and quick to answer our questions. The check-in and check-out process was super easy. We had a great time!

We had a large family group fly in from across the US to celebrate the life of one of our family. This house was comfortable and large enough to allow us to gather and connect and also have fun. The kids and adults alike enjoyed the games and hot tub as well as the movie theater. There was not a lack of fun things to do in this house. Laura is a gracious and kind host and very responsive to all our questions. We would very much stay here again. Thank you Laura!

We were incredibly impressed with everything in the home and the way the hosts treated their guests! Immidiate responses, accommodations were made to the fullest and Laura was unbelievably sweet!!! The house was immaculate, clean, organized, so comfy and every little detail was thought out for renters. We had a company retreat here and all 20 individuals were in awe on the accommodations for each guest and the beauty of their home. I cannot brag up the home or the hosts enough!!! A+ and would 100% stay here again!

We had a big friend reunion here to mostly hang out in one place, and boy was this the best pick. The theater room was amazing hooked up to our video games and has to be seen in person — so incredible roomy and immersive. Hot tub was a big hit, and the upstairs fridge is absolutely monstrous. Everyone loved the many beds, including the bunks. Host was great with communication, especially after our stay when we accidentally left a few items that needed to be picked up. Highly recommend!

Had a great stay. Lots of space to be together but also to spread out when needed. Kids loved the basement and spent lots of time playing games and watching movies together. We were able to cook a full thanksgiving meal with the multiple ovens and large range. We did have a bit of trouble with starters on the gas range but Laura was quick to respond. She assured us we were safe to use the range and she’d have the issue looked at immediately upon our departure. We would definitely stay again.

This is our company's third stay at this house, and we love it. Laura is great with communication and always has the house ready to go for us (she even includes a jar of candy which my team usually finishes off). There is no end to the amount of space in this house, so even when we have our full team of employees (about 36 people) there during the day, it doesn't seem crowded. The rec room and theater rooms downstairs are always a popular hang out location, but when it's nice out, the newly added fire pit and deck chairs outside are the best place to be. The views are beautiful. Our team also enjoys the walking trail that starts right outside the house and goes around the lake, and they even visited the pickle ball courts that are nearby. I will say that if you have a large group of people that stay here, I would recommend sticking to the house rules about street parking and quiet hours. We've always been very respectful about this and have followed the rules, but during the day when the majority of our team was parked on the street (which is legal) a neighbor drove by recording all of the cars that were parked there. We thought this was a little odd, but were not confronted by anyone and the host never contacted us about any complaints. I got the impression that if any of those cars had remained on the street overnight (a city ordinance prohibits that) that the neighbors would have reported it. So fair warning to follow the rules. :)

This is a great house, nicely decorated, with lots of extras. The kitchen was well equipped and very clean, and all 12 of us could dine together at the dining room table. We enjoyed walking in the neighborhood and on the trail behind the house and around a lake. Laura is a great host, always quick to respond and answer questions.

We hosted our family over Thanksgiving weekend at the house and everything was perfect! The kitchen was stocked with everything you need to cook a full Thanksgiving dinner for a large group and the multiple ovens and refrigerators came in handy. Our family loved watching football together in the movie room and playing games in the lower level. Definitely will visit this home again! And, Laura responded promptly to all my questions. We had a large group of four families staying here and it was plenty big! The basement was a very fun hangout space for adults as was the movie room and bunk room for kids. The beds were very comfortable and clean. Lights were a bit tricky as others mentioned but many specific directions to help with that! Kitchen was well stocked with spices and bags. Bathrooms also had plenty of clean towels and toiletries! Close to many things and had fun on the nearby trail. Would definitely recommend for a large group!

This house is big! Our company has used it for an off-site work retreat twice, and even though we've grown, we still all have plenty of room in this spacious house. The theater room is perfect for presentations during the day, and our team loves playing video games in the evening. The hot tub is definitely a favorite as well! For those that want to game analog-style (i.e. board games), the upstairs dining table has a generous amount of room for all to play, and there are so many comfortable places for people to sit and chat. The upstairs/downstairs kitchen makes it great for having drinks and snacks on both levels. And with a large group, having plenty of bathrooms available is definitely a plus. The only drawback is the city ordinance (not in the control of the host) that no vehicles can park on the street overnight, ever. While the garage is large enough for three vehicles, and the driveway can hold quite a few, this makes it difficult for larger groups to stay (we found carpooling to be the solution, but it's not ideal). That, and the 9:30 pm outside "curfew" make the location a little less exciting (especially on a nice night when you want to enjoy the cool evening). But with so many places in the house to hang out, this is a short-lived sadness. :) Our whole team loves the place, and we're looking at coming back again in the Spring!

It was a stunning home. It was great for cooking or serving for a large group (13). There was plenty to do within the house--movies, tv, walking path along the lake, games etc. It was also convenient to places in the Twin Cities. The garage was a plus as well. We would encourage the owners to install grab bars in the bathtubs--our ages ranged from 60s to 80s.

The house was everything we could have asked for and more. We had 9 grandchildren with us, and the theater and game rooms were a big hit. The kitchen and pantry had all the dishes and appliances needed for quick meal preparation, and the comfortable bedrooms and many bathrooms were perfect for our large extended family. The house is beautifully maintained and the access to walking paths is excellent.

This is a very big house with lots of space for everyone. Very clean and very well appointed. We all enjoyed walking the trails that originate immediately out the side of the house. Laura, our property manager was excellent to work with and helped us make this a very special event.

Our daughter was getting married at Elm Creek Park and her fiancés family was from Sioux Falls. So wanted a space for the bridal party to stay together with His parents and grandparents. The space provided the space for all the best memories the kids will remember forever. And having the master for the bride to get ready was beyond perfect for the photographer to capture all the moments.

This house is absolutely incredible. Just when you think you’ve reached the end of it, it keeps going. All of the amenities are such a great perk. There are plenty of dishes and cooking utensils, not to mention a fully stocked spice rack (this never happens) and keurig coffee and tea provided. The beds were more comfortable than my own at home, and it was all-around such an incredible stay. Don’t hesitate to book this place! You won’t regret it!!!

Our group had a great time staying at this house. There was more than enough room for us to all spread out and enjoy various activities while still feeling like we were together. The house is beautiful and the different levels helped those that wanted to "get away" for a little bit find space to do so comfortably. In fact, the only reason I gave 4 stars to "accuracy of online listing" is because I think it understates how big this place is. When we arrived, we did have some issues with the smart home lighting/sound system, but Laura was extremely responsive and took care of us right away. More actual light switches would be nice, but once the system reset and we started to figure out the various buttons it wasn't as much of an issue. The theater room was great for the video game players in our group, and the giant pool table, foosball, ping pong table, and shuffleboard all got their share of use. The amount of storage and refrigerator space was perfect for a group of our size too. We brought two coolers that we didn't end up having to use, and still had room for leftovers! We would love to rent from Laura again, and may do so in the fall!

We hosted our family over Thanksgiving weekend at the house and everything was perfect! The kitchen was stocked with everything you need to cook a full Thanksgiving dinner for a large group and the multiple ovens and refrigerators came in handy. Laura was an amazing host with an amazing house with every amenity you could possibly need. We had the most wonderful stay with family and the house had everything for everyone! From the games room to the theater we enjoyed every bit. The kitchen was an absolute joy to cook in and had accommodated for everything. The bedrooms were so beautiful and extremely comfortable. The perfect place for a snow day in. Would absolutely recommend staying here!

It was a stunning home. It was great for cooking or serving for a large group (13). There was plenty to do within the house--movies, tv, walking path along the lake, games etc. It was also convenient to places in the Twin Cities. The garage was a plus as well. We would encourage the owners to install grab bars in the bathtubs--our ages ranged from 60s to 80s.
