They are renovating the property, however things were surprisingly clean. Pool was not functioning at the time but that really didn't affect us. I would go back

The decision to book the room was for a long weekend the kids had from school. I hotel close to home to get away and be able to swim while it was still cold outside. Well the indoor pool was FREEZING to the point the kids lips were blue. They couldn’t even swim. We asked the front desk employee if there was anyway they could turn the heat up to the pool to which they said “it’s not actually a heated pool, that just means it’s inside of a heated room.” I’ve been swimming in plenty of pools that took some getting used to, but this was unbearable!

The hotel location wasn't convenient. The parking wasn't great. The front desk agent wasn't helpful. The hotel was clean & modern. The room was nice, clean, bed was comfortable, blackout curtains, microwave, coffee, mini fridge, vending & ice near room. Breakfast buffet was good. We had a one night stay traveling through. I would recommend for the price point.

Our room overlooked a mall roof and a mall parking lot. was there for 4 days and never had turn down service or new towels. Ran out of shampoo and had to ask for some. The folks I seen were friendly at the front desk but no one was available when we checked out. I felt Ghosted.

We have stayed at this hotel 10+ times and always been very happy with it. This was not our best experience. 1. We had two reservations and reached out to hotels.com to cancel one. I was happy that customer service was helpful and reached out to the hotel to cancel one. At check in the hotel still has both reservations active and wanted us to pay for both despite me showing Wendy at the desk the cancellation email and conversation with hotels.com. Instead of Wendy handling it or contacting hotels.com I the customer was told to reach out to hotels.com myself and make them call the hotel or my credit card would be charged at midnight. Why as the customer is this my responsibility. Having to go through this process made us late for our event. 2. Our room - the spout on the sink was loose and leaking. The tissue box was empty, and one of our towels was stained.

Wry nice hotel and staff was great. Very poor water pressure in our room and it’s not an isolated issue because we stayed prior in a different room and the water pressure was equally poor. It would be nice if all the staff were dressed in casual business attire not sweats and a sweatshirt that one clerk wore (only identifiable as staff because she was wearing a name tag).

Only thing I found annoying was the AC unit that kicked on/off all night that interrupted my sleep. Its nice to have an option to leave the fan on continuous at night for white noise.

Overall, the hotel was fine. My only complaint is that there was a loud, low mechanical buzzing noise that reverberated throughout the hotel and our room. It made it impossible to relax or sleep well. I don’t know if it came from the hotel’s HVAC, or the semi trucks outside. But it was uncomfortable to feel that sound all night. We were on the top floor, but I noticed the sound even when we came down for breakfast in the morning.

Staff and overall would have been excellent, but when I called front desk about the noise at 9:30 the phone was busy for 30 minutes to where I had to get out the bed and goto front desk. Staff said it would be taken care of and at 11:00pm was still going on and was louder and try yet again to call front desk continues with busy signal. So needless to say wasn’t asleep till 12:30am and soon as I was up at 5:00am it starts again. Thank goodness this was our last night there..

As always when I stay here, the property is nice and the staff is amazing! The only downfall was on Expedia’s side. I booked almost a year ago and was supposed to have a double bed with a pull out and wetbar. Expedia told them it was a double queen handicap and they were completely booked. The staff was amazing and put a cot in our room. We will be back next year!

The property was excellent, however, we were left waiting almost an hour past our check in time because a mix up in their system. It made us late leaving for an event we needed to attend. We were literally trying to get ready in the lobby, when they finally caught on to their mistake.

We were in St. Clairsville for my cousin, Shawn Chrisagis’ celebration of life. We were able to check in early so we could change into our dress clothes and so we didn’t have to ride all the way from home in our dress clothes. They were very accommodating. The only issue I had was at breakfast there wasn’t any oatmeal and being lactose intolerant that’s typically the only thing I can eat.

Just a stay of convenience for us being close to a family get together. I was really impressed with the breakfast bar having fresh cooked eggs, Kielbasa Education, Sausage and potatoes, peppers, and onions!
