Amazing experience, everything was perfect, the service with extremely friendly and helpful staff, the elegant and beautiful hotel decor and amenities, very nice rooms with comfortable beds and spotless clean, great infinity pool with plenty of sun lounges and beds, and excellent spa with a variety of treatments. The hotel location is on a beautiful spot away from all the hustle of Ayia Napa center which was perfect for us. The buffet breakfast was delicious with plenty of choice and the fine-cuisine restaurant was a great experience, expensive but worth every penny. We will definitely come back.

Food and drink options were amazing. Room was fabulous and very clean. We paid for a sea view but only got a room with a partial sea view to the side. The pool area was definitely too crowded and too small for the number of people in the hotel. Definitely not relaxing and we had to go out of the hotel every day to find a quiet space to relax at the beach. So even though we paid for full board, we only used half board. Very disappointing.

One of the best hotels I ever stayed in - everything was perfect! The hotel is very modern, spotless clean, amazing rooms, common areas, pool, spa, gym, and the food was succulent! Location is 2min from the beach (but the pool area is so comfy that it's hard to get away from it!) and 15min walk to the center. Just next to the sculptures park (worth seeing it!) and a couple supermarkets. Loved everything about this hotel!!!

Die Unterkunft war sehr schön und neuwertig ❤️ Wir hätten uns im Trainingsbereich allerdings ein paar mehr oder neuere Geräte gewünscht. Der Tennis Platz ist super! Vllt gibt es auch einen alternativen Platz in Zukunft für Volleyball. Das Angebot von Pilates und Yoga findet unmittelbar nach dem Frühstück statt. Wir hätten es bevorzugt, wenn die Kurse, wie in anderen Hotels oder Resorts, zu verschiedenen Zeiten, etwa um 8:00 Uhr, 12:00 Uhr und 17:00 Uhr, angeboten würden, auch fanden das die anderen Besucher, als wir fast jeden Tag aufs Neue drüber sprachen. Leider waren in unserem Bett Haare von anderen Gästen vorhanden, und auch auf dem Bademantel sowie in den Handtüchern gab es Spuren, was die Hygiene im Zimmer beeinträchtigt hat 🙅\u200d♂️ Besonders danken möchten wir jedoch dem super tollen und netten Personal in den Restaurants sowie am Buffet. Ihr leistet einen hervorragenden, aufmerksamen und motivierten Job.

Ein sehr schönes und sehr sauberes Hotel. Service beim Frühstück oder Dinner TOP! Zimmerservice täglich, diskret, alles blitz blank! Es gibt keinen Minuspunkt, außer das wir ein Zimmer mit direkten Meerblick gebucht haben und leider nur eines mit seitlichem bekommen haben..Auf Frage direkt nach betreten des Zimmers wurde mit versichert das es ein direkter Meerblick sei, habe das leider dann hingenommen, wollte mich nicht am ersten Urlaubstag aufregen, allerdibgs am Tag der Abreise konnte ich durch Zufall in ein richtiges Zimmer mit direktem Meerblick reinschaueb! Schade, leider zu viel gezahlt…außer diesem Punkt, der sehr enttäuschend war/ist…Wirklich tolles Hotel mit tollem Essen und tollen Mitarbeitern!

Hotel itself is beautiful but we were two friends staying in a twin room and the beds were absolutely tiny (<80cm wide). we were constantly afraid that we would fall off. I would expect better for a 5 star hotel to have been better equipped. Also as a gold member, i thought i would get an upgrade based on availability which there was but unfortunately i did not.

Beautiful and clean property. I would suggest potentially making a sign that you need to ring the bell in order for the gate to open for parking. We had a pretty difficult time trying to figure out how to enter the property as there was not really any visible signs. Also, the shower does not have a door - so the water leaked all the way into the hallway which was not pleasant. Everything else was amazing!

Als wir im Amarande angekommen sind wurden wir Freundlich begrüßt mit einem Schnellen Check in sowie einem Drink. Das Hotel machte direkt einen Ruihgen, schönen und seriösen Eindruck. Dad Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Zimmer sowie alles andere im Hotel ist sehr sauber und modern. Das Zimmer verfügte über eine gute Ausstattung. Da wir ein Zimmer mit Meerblick gebucht haben, hatten wir eine sehr schöne Aussicht auf Ayia Napa. Das Frühstücksbuffet verfügte über eine sehr grosse Auswahl. Man wird am Tisch mit gutem Kaffee bedient. Die Poolanlage ist ebenfalls sehr sauber und gemütlich. Ein super ort zum Entspannen. Wir würden das Hotel sehr weiterempfehlen.

Take an eye mask for your room- the light switches are digital and bright at night. There is no garden so rooms with a ‘garden view’ look onto the water park next door which thankfully was closed when we went (early April) so if you are looking for a completely adults only experience I’d suggest you pick a sea or partial sea view room!

Hotel insgesamt ganz gut, aber nicht auf 5 Sterne Niveau. Es ist ein gutes 4 Sterne Plus Hotel. Das Personal ist bemüht, insgesamt sehr freundlich aber teilweise ziemlich unfreundlich und arrogant. Vor allem an der Rezeption gibt es 2 Damen die einfach im falschen Job sind! Die Zimmer sind schön und werden täglich gut gereinigt. Auf jeden Fall Meerblickzimmer buchen sonst schaut man auf einen Wasserpark mit viel Geschrei. Frühstück ist umfangreich. Schlussabrechnung gut überprüfen.

Waiting for my luggage back at Heathrow and am missing the wonderful Amarande Hotel already. Oxana, Guest relations and the rest of the front of house team made my welcome and departure a fabulous memory. The hotel is my new fave (used to use the Sunrise Pearl and Jade nearby!) but the staff and set up throughout far exceeds whatever they offered. Twice in one year so far. Back again v soon.

Once again I’ve returned to this incredible hotel for the 6th time in three years. It stands heads and shoulders above other 5 star properties with the main reason being the attentive and always smiling staff. This is a must stay adult only property. Get booked in before it’s too late.

Cleanliness was exceptional. All the staff were very polite and always available to assist. The food in each of the restaurants was superb, especially The Ezra fine dining experience. The only negative is that some of the younger front line staff were less knowledgable than the more experienced staff.

Très bel hôtel, très bien entretenu. Petit manque de communication au niveau des boissons incluses et autres au niveau du petit déjeuner. S’agissant d’un hôtel adult only plus de choix en nourriture préparée directement à la demande ou des spécialités auraient été appréciées.

Beautiful hotel, staff were amazing. The only criticism we can say we were half board and they did not include any soft drinks or more importantly water which is inexpensive and I believe water should be supplied as a courtesy.
