My stay at this hotel was extremely disappointing and raised serious concerns about their service and quality control. Upon arrival, the staff attempted to check me into an accessible room even though I had booked a standard room. I was initially told that no standard rooms were available. I explained that I did not wish to stay in an accessible room and that I was willing to upgrade by paying the difference. I was then told the upgrade would cost $100 extra, even though the price difference on their own website was only about $40. Strangely, after this conversation, I was suddenly informed that a standard room would be available in about 10 minutes. It was quite questionable that a supposedly unavailable room could become ready in such a short time. Unfortunately, the issues did not end there. After checking in, I drank some orange juice from the minibar fridge only to realise it had gone rotten. I spent the evening vomiting rotten orange juice. Due to this unpleasant experience and the overall lack of quality control, I decided to check out early and move to a nearby hotel which provided a much higher standard of service and cleanliness. Very disappointing experience overall. I would not recommend staying here.
