It’s right next to the freeway and very minimalist in amenities overall. No pool, no hot tub, in room phones did not work so guests had to go in person to the front desk or call the hotel on its external line and go through the phone tree joy. Also challenging is there is only one elevator in the whole facility.

Back door to the hotel was broken so it stayed open when you opened it. So did our first room (plus didn’t lock), so we had to get a new room. That room had a broken bathroom door handle and the door barely slid shut. Hair in the beds. And no free breakfast which was part of why we chose this location!

Excellent value and very fresh and clean hotel. Need was great; shower even better. Lots of space in the room. No one could prevent the elevators from breaking down but unfortunately our room was tight next to the stairwell and the door slammed constantly as people came and went. I was surprised that when i was checking out that the clerk was unaware of the elevator issue... what?

Front desk and laundry staff were very friendly and helpful. Quick check in and out. Room was spacious and clean. Vending was a bit limited with respect to drinks. They only had Monster energy drinks and that was it. The side doors were not working so we had to use just the front entry.

Check in host was not friendly at all. Seemed to be annoyed by just me walking in and distributing whatever she was doing in the back. My room was not clean at all (attended to) but not clean. There was used socks and gloves on the shelf, hair in the bathroom, and grime all over the shower

This is a pet friendly hotel and our room definitely smelled like one. There is a spot by the couch where you can tell a dog peed there and someone tried to mask it with deodorizer, which only intensified it. There are visible hand prints and old hair in the bathroom. Plus our comforter had fingernail polish on it. As far as pros, the room is spatious. Plus the location of the hotel is great. It wasn't a terrible stay, but I'd definitely look into other hotels before booking here again.

When we checked into the property we found trash and food on the floor and hair in the beds. Management sent up people to clean and change the linens. The sheets that were put on the one bed were damp. When we went to take a shower the tub drain was slow and the tub quickly filled up. We asked the front desk to help with this but they said maintenance didn’t work on the weekend so we were out of luck. Very disappointed in the experience.

First night i got bite by bed bugs with an accommodation of room exchange only to arrive to another room that had the same issue…my kids and i did not sleep comfortable at all…the staff was very apologetic, but the General manager basically said i was lying about the situation when i showed proof of bite marks and a photo of bed bugs…His name is Tony

We had a room reserved for three nights. The first night went smoothly, but the next morning, I noticed movement out of the corner of my eye in the restroom. Upon closer inspection, I discovered a large cockroach climbing up the wall. When I grabbed my phone to document it, I returned to find it on the floor, crawling under the bathroom sink, after which I didn’t see it again. I immediately contacted the front desk, and the staff member I spoke with was very apologetic. After consulting with her manager, they promptly moved us to a new room on another floor. Despite this resolution, I struggled to feel comfortable for the remainder of our stay, feeling uneasy about sleeping or using the restroom. As a result, we decided to leave around 9 p.m. on our final night. I did not request any compensation or escalate the situation further because I understand that it is impossible to eliminate all pests entirely. I would also like to note that I have stayed at this hotel several times, and this is the first negative experience I've encountered.

The hotel was is in a convenient location. Beyond that there was only one person working and she looked like she had been called in on her day off. There were cockroaches in the staircase and our room still had water all over the sink from where it was not cleaned in between visits. The sheets did appear to be changed out and the ac only worked if the fan was left on at all times.

Nice hotel for the price! The only thing that i wasnt happy with is the people who were up at 5a.m. thought everyone should be up and had zero respect that othera may be sleeping. I realize this has nothing to do with the hotel except super thin walls.

Everything was great just had an issue with our room's TV. The brightness on the TV was turned down so low that you could barely see the TV. Tried everything on the remote to fix it myself and nothing worked. Staff offered to switch us to another room, which was great but that TV kept loosing signal every few minutes

While clean and tidy, some issues observed were: 1) only three tissues in the single tissue box in the bath 2) the phone didn’t work. 3) several lamps were unplugged or non-functional. 4) coffee maker was missing a key component.

It was new and very clean. Close proximity to highway. The only drawback was being so close to the interstate and our room faced the highway so we heard traffic all night. Otherwise very nice hotel. I would recommend a room facing the front street.

Overall, our overnight stay was good. Our only complaint is that our room smelled like dogs. We realize it is a pet friendly hotel. With that being said, there shouldn't be carpeting in the rooms that hold the odor.

Everything was great. My only complaint was we was in the back side next to the interstate and the big truck's kept me awake alot. But that was all. Im a light sleeper. It might not bother anybody else. I would stay there again. Just request a room on the front side.

The bed is extremely firm (this is coming from someone who slept on concrete between jobs) there was no cushion or pillowtopper. If i was staying more than one night, i would get a topper myself. Staff was great. I'm a local that was between jokes for a couple of weeks and stayed there few nights a week. Staff was always great, one girl I think was there as much as I was..and always kept a great attitude.

This Hotel had overbooked its rooms and cancelled my reservation along with 12 others. They offered no other assistance about helping find another hotel. Truly complete dissatisfaction with this hotel.

My son and I where in town for work and I was already in bed and my son was in the shower, The door comes open and a lady with a dog and dog food came into our room. The front desk had booked her into the same room and gave her a key to our room. Very dangerous for sure, She spilled dog food all over the floor. I called from desk, and it took over an hour someone to come and take care of it. They were not very helpful when they were the ones who made a mistake and gave her our room key. Didn't try to compensate or really apologize for their mistake. Had to call again for someone to come clean it up and they said well, cleaning staff is not here at this time. It was 9 pm, We had to get up the next morning at 4:30am. I had to go downstairs to see the manager because they didn't know there was dog food everywhere. I first person I spoke to failed to pass that on. I finally said do you not have a broom and dust pan? Finally someone came up and swept it up. They said they didn't show in the computer that that room was even occupied. Do not stay there!!

We unlocked the door with OUR key card that was just given to us and it was someone else’s room. Quite literally walked in to someone else’s room at 10:30 at night. I felt terrible and embarrassed! They were quick to get us a different room but still that is awful that we got a room and a room key to a room with people in it!

I had a terrible experience with a hotel booked through Expedia. Despite booking two rooms with two queen beds each, we were given rooms with one king bed and a sofa bed. We were told by the front desk that they had no extra rooms and if we were not happy we could leave. The hotel staff was rude, unhelpful, and even hostile. We were traveling with children for a soccer tournament, and the situation escalated to the point where the police were called by us because the front desk denied extra pillows and blankets for the sofa bed and we were forced to leave at night with our sleeping kids. We were relocated to a much further hotel from the fields. We are still waiting on a full refund. This was an unacceptable and distressing experience, and I urge Expedia to vet properties more carefully to protect families from situations like this.
I had a terrible experience with a hotel booked through Expedia. Despite booking two rooms with two queen beds each, we were given rooms with one king bed and a sofa bed. We were told by the front desk that they had no extra rooms and if we were not happy we could leave. The hotel staff was rude, unhelpful, and even hostile. We were traveling with children for a soccer tournament, and the situation escalated to the point where the police were called by us because the front desk denied extra pillows and blankets for the sofa bed and we were forced to leave at night with our sleeping kids. We were relocated to a much further hotel from the fields. We are still waiting on a full refund. This was an unacceptable and distressing experience, and I urge Expedia to vet properties more carefully to protect families from situations like this.

When I got to the hotel and needed to check-in, I waited 15 minutes at the desk. I eventually called the hotel and told them I needed to check in. I assume it was the manager that answered and said he would be right out. It took another 4 or 5 minutes before he came out of office that was about 15 feet from the front desk. When he came out, he didn’t apologize at all. He simply said his front desk person hasn’t shown up yet. I’m guessing that if I hadn’t called I would’ve waited until his employee finally showed up to work. Other than that, the hotel was nice.

Great location south of Nashville! Clean, NICE premiere rooms. Full kitchen if you wanted to save money and do your own cooking. But then you have to go purchase food. Right next to a Texas Roadhouse if you don't feel like cooking! But overall this hotel has so many pros. Definitely going to make this want to remember.

We enjoyed our stay, the rooms were clean and the space was great. The included breakfast was never available. When I asked, they stated that they were "waiting on a truck" another front desk person claimed they've been waiting 2 weeks for a truck. we would have preferred not to run out for breakfast every morning. The room was nice and clean and the service was good. The only complaint I have was the breakfast was horrible. The only protein was room temperature boiled eggs in a bowl with water standing in the bottom. Lots of pastries and some hard, room temp biscuits. The juice machine wasn’t working either.

The room smelled strongly of smoke when we checked in. We were also told the breakfast only included ‘grab n go’ with nothing hot. We went down for at least coffee the next morning and were told they were ‘out of everything’ because the manager quit. They didn’t even have creamer set out. It wasn’t worth the cost of staying.

It was very nice and updated except the shower head had no pressure. It made very difficult to was hair and rinse your body. The shower was a disappointment. The food was good at breakfast but the juice machine didn’t work and their was no milk for drinking.

Beware - this hotel does not reliably provide breakfast, despite advertising that it is included. Upon check-in, our family of 6 was told that there was no breakfast available at the hotel (and apparently hadn't been available all month), due to "weather." We had to spend $50 at McDonald's the next morning to feed our family. If the hotel's breakfast supplies couldn't get to them, they certainly could have picked up some juice, bagels and muffins at the grocery store for their guests. Instead, they left their families in the lurch. At the time of our stay, there were several soccer teams also staying on property - all of which were scrambling for food they thought they had arranged.

Did not like the fact that only shampoo, conditioner and bar soap was provided for bathroom amenities. The breakfast was very poor. Have stayed in othe hotels with less quality ratings with a much better selection for breakfast items. Especially fruit and hot item such as eggs, bacon or sausage. Needs a lot of improvement in this area.
