Hotel super, Zimmerpreis in Ordnung,Frühstück absulut Ausreichend Tiefgaragenplatz zu teuer mit 17 Euro.Und die Beschilderung zur Einfahrt könnte besser ausgeschildert sein.

Great property. Front desk staff very easy to work with and helpful. Clean and well kept. Breakfast organized, plentiful and we'll staffed and the space was large. Bar in the evenings is a plus. Easy walk to hautbanhof and parking.

War alles Klasse, bis auf die Parkplätze. 138 Betten und nur 20 Stellplätze in der Tiefgarage. Bloß nicht auf den Stellplätzen des Nachbarhotels parken! Anklage und Abschleppdienst droht. 17,50 Eur für 2 h. Das Hotel ist nur für Zugreisende uu empfehlen.

Das Hotel war definitiv sein Geld wert. Das einzige war die spärliche Parkplatzanzahl vom Hotel selber, ansonsten alles top.

Die parkmöglichkeiten waren das einzig negative

Well located near mall and 10-15 minutes walk from central station. Rooms are modern but very tiny. Staffs are super friendly and breakfast time is very crowded but good to have in the price paid. Parking is a problem as space is limited and come on first come first served basis without real in-out privilege. You can lose your spot upon a return trip even if you are paying for the service. This is probably a stupid rule given that you are paying more than €20 per day.

O hotel tem uma ótima infraestrutura, mas há poucas vagas no estacionamento do hotel. Ainda bem que há convênio com o Shopping ao lado, o que possibilita um preço diferenciado para os hóspedes.

There are really limited parking spots can use and i had to use street parking lot or other place which took 8 mins by walk.

Tudo bem com o hotel . Bom café da manhã . Não tinha vaga no estacionamento e tivemos q parar no shopping ao lado por 20 euros por noite . Cama boa .

Very central - the gentleman who checked me in was very welcoming and kind. My room was spacious with an excellent shower and comfy bed and great WiFi. The gym was very good as it had a cable machine so could use that - the complimentary breakfast has great selection and quality. Highly recommended.

Zentral, sauber und modern

zentrales Hotel mit U-Bahn-Haltestelle direkt vor dem Haus, es muss jedoch eine weite Treppe gelaufen werden oder mittelsauberer öffentlicher Aufzug gefahren werden, um zum Bahnsteig zu gelangen. Aufgrund der Bilder gingen wir eigentlich davon aus, dass der Eingang direkt ebenerdig zur Bahnstation zu gelangen. Das Zimmer war für uns plus pubertierenden Sohn gerade so ausreichend, andere Zimmer hatten ihren Bürostuhl in den Flur gestellt. Wir waren per Bahn und nur mit Rucksäcken angereist, welche wir in dem ganz schmalen Schrank unterbringen konnten, mit einer großen Reisetasche/Koffer wäre es zu eng geworden. Nicht gefallen hat uns, dass es bei Frühstück immer so voll war und man teilweise auf Plätze warten musste. Die Auswahl hat uns jetzt auch nicht in Begeisterung versetzt. Es gab kein frisches Obst und keinen Obstsalat und die Schlange am Waffelautomaten behinderte den Zugang zu den Marmeladen und Nutella so dass man unnötig warten musste oder sich vordrängen. Denke das könnte logistisch etwas besser gelöst werden. Sauberkeit war mittelmäßig beim Frühstück. Tische aufgrund der Platznot noch krümelig und an einem Tag hatte offensichtlich ein Kleinkind viel gekrümmelt so dass der Boden voll mit Essensresten war, Konnte beobachten dass während unserer Frühstückszeit das vom Personal nicht beachtet wurde während ständig Gruppen auf Suche nach Platz waren und den Tisch darum nicht nutzen konnten und wollten... Auch hier sicher Verbesserungsbedarf.

Lovely clean hotel, although the cups/glasses in our rooms were NEVER cleaned for the 5 days we were there, hence my score. Breakfast was busy and the layout was very tight. For such a large hotel, there were only two coffee machines. The hot food was hit and miss but there was enough choice to be happy. The staff were extremely friendly, polite and attentive, although they did seem a little under pressure. There is a train stop right outside the hotel which is a huge positive, although it is only a 10-15 minute walk into the city centre.

Das Hotel ist relativ neu und in einem guten Zustand. Komfortable Betten. Gutes Frühstück. Wir waren in einem Zimmer zum kleinen Innenhof logiert, das hat uns gar nicht gefallen. Leider hat kein Zimmerservice stattgefunden. Ich habe am Samstag um 13 Uhr die Rezeption informiert, dass das Zimmer noch nicht gemacht wurde. Bei unserer Rückkehr um 19 Uhr mussten wir feststellen, dass es nicht gemacht wurde. Leider gibt es nur wenige Parkplätze, wenn man um 17 Uhr ankommt sind diese schon alle belegt, die Alternative am Bahnhof zu parken ist dann sehr teuer.

This hotel is wrong, with small rooms and terrible cleaning. They didn't clean our room, and they made no apologies or anything. The picture attached is the trash outside our room during the whole stay.

Came to Stuttgart for the Xmas market. The hotel is a bit too far from it, around 30 min walk. We stayed as a family of 3, the room doesn’t have any accommodation to store clothes. Shower was great!

The Tram noise is quite disturbing

La camera per 3 persone non è adatta. Diventa troppo piccola. Non c'è frigo e l'acqua in reception costa tantissimo.

Checked in at 10PM. No parking. Manager was not helpful and told me to park on the street. Then she checks me in under the wrong reservation and would not listen when I explained we only had 2 people not 3. Had to call front desk because even the WiFi connection didn’t show me checked in. She wrote the wrong last name on my room key sleeve, then shows up at our door when she finally realized her mistake and has the correct name. I told her I tried to explain and she insisted I was mistaken. Worst Hilton/Hampton experience ever. Worst customer service ever. Totally arrogant manager refusing to take any responsibility for HER mistake. This hotel should be avoided at all costs due to their parking situation.

Great property! Good location to trains. Mona at the front desk was amazing! Helped solve a couple small issues we had…. Smart, pleasant and efficient. You are lucky to have her on your team.

Checking staff really unprofessional, they didn’t allow early checkin, even requested 4 days before, no response till check in time. They gave 2 rooms totally different floors for kids, we requested close room if possible during booking 4 days before. Breakfast staff friendly , Reception staff not professional at all Rude and need to be trained !!

Hotel is adjoining a train Station, you can hear some noise at night but not overly loud. Staff not very helpful asked for some clean cups when they left the dirty ones after servicing the room at first they said they would send them up then after waiting a while they called back and said come get them yourself

Staffs were friendly and helpful. Special mention to Axel at front desk that was helpful to give us some recommendation on what to see and dine in our short two nights stay

Front desk staff was fantastic. Answered every question and helped solve parking and transportation problems. Breakfast was well staffed and food was plentiful. Rooms were clean and water, quiet and awesome water pressure.

Nice hotel, but they assigned me a room that was not ready even if they had room that were ready. I had to pay 15 euros to get a room, first time this happens to me.

Good standard and location close to railway

Very clean, easy access to the subway. Super convenient location as it’s right next to a big shopping mall and short walk to the main train station. Great breakfast. Would stay there again if I go to Stuttgart next time.

Tolles Stadthotel in 10 Gehminuten ab Hauptbahnhof zu erreichen. U-Bahn-Haltestelle ebenfalls vor dem Hotel.

Subway rail/train stop ( Budapester Plaza) right outside hotel. Also Stadt/bibliothek stop 200 meters away which goes to airport, also the main train station is a 15 minute walk away. All around very convenient location and newer property.

Sehr schönes modernes Hotel, Innenstadt zu Fuß zu erreichen, ansonsten direkt vor der Tür eine S-Bahn. Normal grosses Zimmer, sehr tuerfreundlich. Wir hatten auch Glück mit dem Parkplatz, waren aber auch schon gegen Mittag angekommen

The hotel is very good and clean. In my opinion they should add a restaurant offering dinner to the guests. The current bar is ok.

Frühstück war miesersbel. und der Frühstücksraum total überfüllt. Zu viel Gäste - zu kleiner Raum - schlecht organisiert Aufgabaut. Brötchen hart oder wie gummi. Hotelzimmer selber sehr schön.

2 kleine Kritikpunkte: Die Zimmer sind leider sehr hellhörig, Gespräche aus den Nachbarzimmern und schließende Zimmertüren sind gut zu hören. Frühstück: Sehr große Auswahl, aber leider viele Fertigprodukte. Der Frühstücksraum mit ca. 50-60 Sitzplätzen ist viel zu klein geraten für die Größe des Hauses. Ansonsten modernes und sauberes Hotel mit gehobener Ausstattung.

Great location, lots of options to get around the city. Located right by a shopping mall with many dining options and supermarket. The staff is absolutely wonderful! Willing to help and answer questions. Breakfast had so many options to choose from - and so delicious. Highly recommend!
