Property was nice but my room was not fully cleaned. I moved over closer to the window and looked down and seen dust everywhere and dirty linen between the bed and the window below where they take the bed up to put new sheets and seen hair and just looked gross. Once at the bar the chips came out cold but nice service….

The rooms are small and perfect for a solo traveler. This is perfect for business. Staff is great and the property has what you need. A block away from a huge food court. This is small but it makes a world of a difference because many places do not have offer this courtesy - FREE coffee for guest!! It makes my morning.

The room was quite small for a couple and there was no iron inside the room. Guests on the 11th floor had to go 10th floor to iron their clothes, which was inconvenient. We also found it disappointing that's breakfast was not included in the room rate. Instead of having free bottled of h20 in the room, we were told to get drinking water from the restaurant bar. Overall, we enjoyed the friendly service and the good food at the restaurant, but the room size and some of the hotel amenities could definitely be improved to make the stay more comfortable and convenient. The place was clean and safe and stylish. This was a first time staying here maybe not meant for long stays.
