My stay was awesome. The hotel is beautiful and my queen suite was huge and very comfortable, it was a home away from home in the middle of everything. The pool was small but my grandchildren had fun in it. I will be booking again

Our stay was really nice. Everything looked new and staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was delicious and plenty of restaurants and fast food nearby. Room had a kitchen and everything needed to cook as well. Fire pit on patio and happy hour specials made it a fun stay too

I was so impressed with everything about this property. It was very clean, the staff was so friendly and they went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. We only stayed one night and we just came in town for a funeral but I would definitely stay there again if I was in the area. Great little bar (first drink was free), wonderful continental breakfast and they even had a managers reception with snacks in the lobby when we arrived. 5 stars all the way!

It is one of the closest properties to IAH Airport yet no airport shuttle. This was my only quarrel. Front desk girls were super friendly and welcoming. I was only at the property for a short 6 hours on a layover

Brand new hotel. Fabulous linens and pillows. Bed was extremely comfortable. There is a full frig for longer stays The only drawback is no shuttle service to the airport - Bush International. This is key for hotels close to The airport. Hawthorn Suites needs to institute this ASAP

This hotel was the best of the 3 we stayed at during our trip to Houston. Thankfully, we were there 4 nights. The room was big, clean, comfortable and quiet. Breakfast was very good. They alternated having omelets and biscuits and gravy. The location was very convenient to Kingwood and Houston downtown. The workout room was excellent - lots of options. I'd happily stay here again!

I believe you all should update your televisito allow for casting or at the very least be a smart tv with apps to enjoy nights in the room. Very inconvenient only being able to watch local channels. The floors and walls are a but thin, but overall experience was nice. The tv accommodations are a deal breaker for me, but once provided, definitely will be my go to hotel.

We had the handicap room on the 4th floor and man. It was the largest “normal” hotel room we had ever seen. Especially after coming back from a cruise. Or cruise cabin would hav edit 4 times in that room. Very spacious. Automatic blinds. Great beds. It was great

Been staying here for a long time. Depends on which floor they put you on but it can be noisy. Rooms are spacious but the beds are very soft.

Staff was really accommodating, we were there for a baseball tournament with our newborn baby and our schedule was changed last minute and staff allowed us to check in early and then our schedule got changed again and we were able to check out late this helped us being out in the heat for hours at a time with a newborn so this accommodation was greatly appreciated

The power went out 7 times. I was in the shower when it went out the first time. I slipped and fell. I hit my head and elbow pretty bad. I called down to the front desk. The lady who answered laughed. Totally unacceptable.

Great place to stay - short or extended stay. We definitely will make it a regular hotel for us. Rooms are great, spacious and very clean. Had a studio with kitchenette and all the essentials. It’s a newly built hotel so it was just wonderful. Lots of dining and stores right outside the doors. Traffic is probably the only downside as it is a very busy road. But you do not hear a thing when in your rooms.

I had to find a hotel while they did repairs at the property I am renting. This hotel is clean, and I felt safe staying here. The last hotel I stayed in was not clean, and I did not feel secure sleeping there. The door locks were falling off. The price I am paying nightly is reasonable, but the breakfast is not that good. I didn't eat it more than once. The amenities are good; you can cook in your room, and there is a full-size refrigerator. I would highly recommend this hotel, and I will definitely return if I need to.

The room was very nice. The only problem was the breakfast. The first morning it was not ready at 7, they were running late. At 7:30 we had to leave because of premade plans. Second morning they had a hot breakfast but it was very bland and rubbery. Hotel was nice, breakfast was not enjoyable.

Overall nice stay. The only downside was they charged me 2x for one night and didn't refund me the correct amount when i decidedto go with the late check-out. It should have obly been $50 but theu charged me an entier night stay of 179. I wouldn't stay here again for this reason only. Otherwise, it was a nice stay and overall would recommend for the value and cleanliness. Breakfastwas okay.

If I could give this hotel 100 stars I would. The hotel is beautiful for the low price. Rooms were spotless, no funky motel odor and the staff was extremely nice and helpful. The breakfast was outstanding, and we will definitely be back.

It was very clean and very quiet... Super happy about that. They definitely could inform ALL staff what the hours of breakfast are. We were told a time when we checked in then the next morni g went fown and breakfast was over. The afternoon staff was pleasant. When we fianlly were told the correct hours for breakfast tge 2nd day we made it in time and the food was actually very good. Chorizo at a Hotel.. Man it was good
