객실깨끗하고 시트정리 등 가벼운 청소는 매일 해줘서 좋아요. 그리고 NHK 건물 통해서 나오면 바로 길건너 호텔이라 위치도 좋습니다. 조용한 동네라서 만족스러웠고 자전거 빌려주는거 너무 좋았어요. 직원분들도 친절!!

いつも名古屋に行った時は、このホテルと決めてます。近隣の駐車場も近く、お風呂はなくシャワーですが、洗面所、トイレ、シャワーがすべて独立してて使いやすいです。サービルのフリーコーヒーの提供も良かったです。

This hotel is amazing 👍. All the receptionist is very kind and helpful. The location is amazing, near Sakae Street (Shopping Street), near Subway Station. And they even gave free rental bike which is great cause Nagoya has a flat lane, so it was fun to bike riding in Nagoya. Will comeback again to this hotel if I come back to Nagoya 👍👍👍

The hotel room was average. It was a decent place but it did show signs of neglect and it was dirty, especially at the entrance and the shower. Some of the shower and hand towels were dirty when I arrived. The bed itself was clean enough to sleep in but I definitely did not feel comfortable that my sheets were clean. A bit of a disappointment since I did pay quite a bit. Overall it was a decent place to sleep in, which is what I used it for during my stay during the F1 Japan Grand Prix. No bedbugs or roaches. Close by a train station (Sakae Station) and several convenience stores in the vicinity.

Room was nice but quite small. No wardrobe; just hangers on the wall. No place to leave suitcases open; had to open them each time on the bed. Breakfast wasn't a buffet and lacked options you'd see in many hotels, though what was provided was nice. Had to eat breakfast in the room as there was no seating in the breakfast room. Was fine for us though as we only stayed 2 nights and were out all day.

こじんまりしてましたが、快適に過ごせました。シャワーたけでしたが、とても良かった。いつもシャワーカーテンが邪魔だし、湯船に浸からないので、シャワーブースで回りの濡れを気にすることなく使えて快適でした。おかげで、洗面台もゆったり使えて良かったです。

Room was nice but quite small. No wardrobe; just hangers on the wall. No place to leave suitcases open; had to open them each time on the bed. Breakfast wasn't a buffet and lacked options you'd see in many hotels, though what was provided was nice. Had to eat breakfast in the room as there was no seating in the breakfast room. Was fine for us though as we only stayed 2 nights and were out all day.

お部屋の中はとても小さめですが清潔感はあります。シャワー室とトイレが別なのは良かったです。朝食ビュッフェはとても種類が少ないですが、美味しかったです。１階ロビーに取りに行き部屋で食べるというシステムでした。

家族で宿泊させていただきました。チェックイン時のスタッフさんの対応が無愛想で気分が悪かった。お部屋は綺麗に掃除されていて快適に過ごせました。スキンケアセットのアメニティがあれば嬉しいなと思いました。朝食はバイキング形式でシンプルなメニューで朝にはちょうどいいなと感じました。

The hotel was super and better than we expected for the price. The room and especially the bathroom was spacious and beds really comfortable - but what really stood out was the staff, in particular one member ‘Barry’ who was super friendly and helpful. We really appreciated being able to leave luggage and she went out of her way to help us get a refund for a night we didn’t use due to flight change. Also in a great area next to the Central Park strip with some nice restaurants. We loved our stay thank you!
