Hotel is located in a quiet area. The community around the area is experiencing a great deal of growth with restaurants and entertainment options being developed. Hotel offers apartment style living in spacious accommodations not typical with many hotels. Cons- parking extra charge, located offsite. guest required to throw out their own trash.

THE PARKING IS PURE CRAP. The parking is the only thing that will keep me from coming back why are the customers paying for parking and have to walk to a lot that is not really convenient . If you going to have offsite parking at least it should be free.

Nice brand new "boutique-y" hotel on the new edge of Baltimore. A little out of the way, but the price was right. Not a fan of the off sight parking about a block away. WHAT YOU MUST DO! Use the QR code at the hotel to pay, especially in the late evening. DO NOT pay at the parking lot. Possibly hazardous, definitely a few dollars extra ...

This hotel is so nice! Rooms are very spacious and super clean. Big bathroom and bedroom and nice living area. Pool area also really nice although pool is only 3ft deep. Nicer for lounging rather than swimming.

We were surprised to have to pay $32 to park overnight. No other options. No advance notice. Plus the parking was a two blocks away from the hotel. And the front desk person didn’t give us clear instructions about where to park and how to get a $11 discount and how to use the cumbersome parking app. Took us 30 mins. We would not stay here again.

We were blown away by the accommodations. The hotel is modern but feels like home. Our “apartment” had plenty of natural light and was spacious and clean. They have everything you could need to be comfortable including a washer and dryer. The pool was enjoyable with pa view of the water and the Under Armour Campus. The coffee shop was nice to have and there are great dining options that are walkable. The staff was very friendly and we can’t wait to come back.

Biggest issue I have with this place is the parking situation. its all pay to park with 3 hour maxes, so you'll need to babysit parking at a hotel.

Important to note - they ask you to clean your own towels, take out your own trash etc. They do not offer any sort of cleaning or service for the room for stays under 1 week. Not ideal for business travel. You get 2 towels for 6 nights.

The Roost is definitely a prime location to stay when visiting the Baltimore area. The Peninsula is an incredibly inviting locale that surely appeals to all. My only knock against the venue was a sour smell when the air conditioning was raised above 67º. Other than that, the bathroom, the kitchen, the deck space....felt like a home away from home.

Beautiful and clean rooms. Great service. The pool was on a gorgeous terrace with nice view. However the pool was shallow and was not clean. We didn’t come for the pool but if you are counting on it you might be a bit disappointed. Sadly we had to leave earlier than planned but when we return to Baltimore this is definitely a place we will be happy to stay at.

This is a great hotel. There are luxury apartment style suites so you feel more at home. The rooms have full amenities so you can cook and do laundry if needed. The hotel staff are friendly and professional.

This property appears to be new or renovated...the rooms are apartment style. I felt like I was staying in someone's house. Very modern with a one bedroom layout and living room in kitchen. Very modern appliances and even had a hiddem washer and driver. This is where we will be staying when we come to the Baltimore area again...

Our experience at Roost was excellent. Staff were friendly, location was perfect for our purposes. The room layout was also great. We appreciated that the bedroom was separate from the living space. This alllowed is to relax in the living room or on the balcony and to have plenty of space.

The rooms are modern, fully equipped, and beautifully designed—perfect for longer stays or working remotely. The location is unbeatable if you’re looking for a quieter pocket of the city that’s still close to everything. That said, I recommend requesting a room on a higher floor and away from the front of the building. The windows are on the thinner side, and weekend nights can get noisy with guests coming in late—there’s not much in place to manage the disturbance. Also, the beds lean on the firm side, which may not be for everyone. The check in process left much to be desired. The clerk was rude and dismissive. She was listening to some type of device on full blast sitting at the front desk- it was 11pm when we checked in. Facility it self was great.

This was our first stay at the ROOST but it will definitely NOT be our last!! Excellent greeting and staff. Excellent amenities. The real MVP is Jazmine who made sure my iPad was located and made sure I got it back safe and sound. I accidentally left it in our room. I was so stressed out! Jazmine's persistence paid off in talking with the managers and staff of various departments to make sure my iPad was found returned with NO damages or tampering. She went above and beyond!! She deserves all the raises available for her hard work overnight and into the morning. We were able to pick it up before leaving the DMV. We're so grateful!! The rooms were so relaxing and classy. Upscale everything. Living in luxury feeling like home out of town! What a great stay!

Staff was great. Directly accross the street from Under Armor. Dinning options are currently limited within walking distance, but many coming soon signs for restaurants so will be better options as construction is completed. Very modern styling-cool decor. Restaurants in walkable distance. If it wasn't 20 degrees outside, we would have explored more. Mike checked us in and was very helpful: told us about things in the area, the facilities, etc. Recommend this property, especially if going on a cruise. We can see the port from our room.

Beautiful, new, comfortable, safe and convenient. Besides the lack of close bars and restaurants we had everything we needed. Of course the city is uber friendly we were just too early for some of the new bars and restaurants being built. Really enjoyed our stay. I would consider staying at another Roost down the road.
